Abstract

The article presents information on a study on the measurement of kinematics of the lower leg, trunk, and spine during squats. The study was conducted on a total of 30 players who performed unrestricted and restricted barbell squats. It was found that the subjects showed significantly increased in range of motion (ROM) for thoracic curvature during the restricted squats.
