The remaining 14 cases showed negative cCD3 by IHC and/or flow cytometry and 12 cases demonstrated concordant cCD3 expression status between IHC and flow cytometry. None of the AMKL with RAM-phenotype or aberrant cCD3 expression showed co-expression of other surface T-cell markers, while the majority of the other AMKL cases showed aberrant surface T-cell expression such as CD2, CD7, or CD4.
