Abstract
The article reports that the 17 year-old private Richard Nixon Library and Birthplace in Yorba Linda, California has become the public Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum under the federal presidential system. The new museum will combine U.S. President Richard Nixon's private papers with the collection of Nixon's papers from the National Archives.
