- Abstract
Allergic rhinitis(AR) is a non-infectious chronic inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa mainly mediated by immunoglobulin E(IgE) in atopic individuals after exposure to allergens. T cells are the core cell population. In recent years, studies have shown that memory T cells play an important role in the development of allergic rhinitis. This article reviews the pathogenesis of memory T cells in allergic rhinitis, in order to further improve the pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis and provide theoretical basis and reference for subsequent clinical drug treatment., Competing Interests: The authors of this article and the planning committee members and staff have no relevant financial relationships with commercial interests to disclose., (Copyright© by the Editorial Department of Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery.)
