Prevention of spreading COVID 19 in the house level requires awareness of family members in implementing health protocols. The aim of this study is to analyze the factors of Covid-19 transmission in Close Contacts case. The research design used is quantitative analysis with a case control. The sample in this study was 100 people who got close contacts of confirmed cases, consisting of 50 respondents of close household contacts as case group and 50 respondents of close non-household contacts as control group. Researcher used questionnaire as research instrument. The result showed that the independent variables that were highly significant infected with Covid-19 in close contacts were age, knowledge, disease history, implementation of health protocols and occupancy density where the value of OR > 1. In this study it can be concluded that the factors such as age, knowledge, disease history, implementation of health protocols and occupancy density have high risk of contaminating Covid-19 in close contact cases. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penularan Covid-19 pada Kontak Erat. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan pendekatan case control. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang kontak erat dari kasus konfirmasi yang terdiri dari 50 kontak erat serumah (household) sebagai kelompok case dan 50 responden kontak erat non serumah yang merupakan sebagai kelompok kontrol. Peneliti menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independent yang sangat signifikan dengan tertular Covid-19 pada kontak erat yaitu variabel umur, pengetahuan, riwayat penyakit, penerapan prokes dan kepadatan hunian dimana nilai OR > 1. Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor umur, pengetahuan, Riwayat penyakit, penerapan protokol kesehatan dan kepadatan hunian berisiko tinggi tertular Covid-19 pada kasus kontak erat. Indonesia is the third highest in the world with 3,094,915 cases of the urinary system (kidneys). Aceh is the second-highest prevalence category of chronic kidney failure in Indonesia along with Gorontalo and North Sulawesi. Treatment for patients with kidney failure is dialysis (hemodialysis). Complications that occur in chronic kidney failure are anemia, the main factor causing anemia is erythropoietin (EPO) deficiency as a result of damage to EPO-producing cells in the kidneys. To analyze the comparison of hemoglobin levels before and after hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney failure. The research design was quasi-experimental with a pretest-posttest one-group design. The population in this study were all patients with chronic kidney failure who underwent hemodialysis at the Langsa City Hospital. The research sample was 30 people using the accidental sampling tehnik. The data analysis used paired t-test. There is a difference in hemoglobin levels before and after hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney failure at Langsa City Hospital with a P-value (sig) = 0.000. It can be concluded that hemodialysis can increase hemoglobin levels in patients with kidney failure. Aceh merupakan kategori prevalensi gagal ginjal kronis tertinggi kedua di Indonesia bersama Gorontalo dan Sulawesi Utara. Pengobatan yang dilakukan pada penderita gagal ginjal adalah cuci darah (hemodialysis). Komplikasi yang terjadi pada gagal ginjal kronis adalah anemia, faktor utama penyebab terjadinya anemia adalah defisiensi eritropoetin (EPO) sebagai akibat kerusakan sel-sel penghasil EPO pada ginjal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbandingan kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah hemodialisa pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis. Desain penelitian ini quasi eksperiment dengan rancangan penelitian pretest-posttest one group desain. Populasi pada penelitian ini seluruh pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang melakukan hemodialisa di RSUD Kota Langsa, Sampel penelitian adalah 30 orang dengan menggunakan tehnik accidental sampling. Tehnik analisa data menggunakan uji paired t-test. Ada perbedaan kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan setelah dilakukan hemodialisa pada pasien gagal ginjal kronis di RSUD Kota Langsadengan nilai P (sig) = 0,000. Dapat disimpulkan hemodialisa dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin pada pasen gagal ginjal. Kata Kunci: Gagal ginjal kronis, Hemoglobin, Hemodialisa

The Indonesian government has implemented family planning (FP) to reduce the rate of population growth. With the development of the family planning program launched by the government, contraception is also growing. Various choices of contraceptives are offered to the public. Injectable contraception is a drug to prevent pregnancy that is used by injecting the drug into fertile women. The use of injectable contraception for either one month or three months has a major side effect, namely weight gain. Factors that affect the bodyweight of injectable contraceptive acceptors are the presence of a strong progesterone hormone that stimulates the appetite hormone in the hypothalamus. To analyze the relationship between the use of depo medroxyprogesterone acetate (DMPA) injectable contraceptives and maternal weight gain. The research design used observational analytics with a cross-sectional research design. The population is all maternal who use DMPA contraception at Langsa Baro Public Health Center. The sample of the study was 96 mothers using a random sampling technique. Data analysis technique using Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there was a relationship between the use of injections for 3 months with an increase in body weight with a value of P (sig) = 0.000 (

The increasing of deliveries by Sectio Caesarea (SC) is a challenge for midwifery to perform post-SC wound care. One way to provide pharmacological treatment is to provide antiseptic or antibiotic treatment for surgical wounds. An alternatives option that can be used as a topical therapy treatment for wounds is to use honey therapy (Mel). Honey can trigger the rate of formation of granulation tissue and collagen thereby accelerating wound closure. The high antioxidant substances contained in honey can protect cells from free radical damage, and the acidic nature and water content of honey can prevent bacteria from penetrating and provide moisture to the wound in accordance with modern wound care principles. The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of using honey (Mel) in healing surgical wounds on sectio Caesarea in BLUD RSUD Langsa. The research applied Quasi-Experimental and the design applied in this research is a non-equivalent control group design. The population was all post sectio Caesarea mothers in BLUD Hospital Langsa with a total sample of 32 post-cesarean mothers who met the inclusion criteria. The data were observed by looking at the degree of wound healing using the REEDA instrument (Redness, Edema, Ecchymosis, Discharge, and Approximation). The statistical test used is the Mann-Whitney test. The results showed that in both groups; honey and 0.9% NaCl obtained were not normally distributed. The mean Mann-Whitney test results in the intervention group was 9.81 lower than the control group was 23.19 (p-value = 0.000). The honey treatment group was more effective in wound healing than the control group (0.9% NaCl). So that honey can be an alternative therapy for post SC wounds Keywords: Honey (Mel), Post Sectio Caesarea, Wound Healing ABSTRAK Meningkatnya jumlah persalinan dengan Sectio Caesarea (SC) menjadi tantangan bagi bidan untuk melakukan perawatan luka paska SC. Salah satu cara yang digunakan untuk memberikan pengobatan adalah dengan memberikan antiseptic atau antibiotik. Alternatif pilihan yang dapat digunakan sebagai penanganan terapi topikal untuk luka adalah dengan menggunakan Madu (Mel). Madu dapat memicu laju pembentukan jaringan glanulasi serta kolagen sehingga mempercepat penutupan luka. Zat antioksidan tinggi yang terkandung dalam madu dapat melindungi sel dari kerusakan radikal bebas, dan sifat asam dan juga kandungan air yang terdapat dalam madu mampu mencegah bakteri melakukan penetrasi dan memberikan kelembaban pada luka sesuai dengan prinsip perawatan luka modern. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan Madu (Mel) terhadap penyembuhan luka operasi pada ibu sectio caesarea Di RSUD Kota Langsa. Jenis penelitian Quasi Eksperiment dengan desain non-equivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu post sectio caesarea di BLUD RSUD Langsa dengan total sampel 32 orang ibu post section caesarea yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Data di observasi dengan melihat derajat kesembuhan luka dengan menggunakan instrument REEDA (Redness, Edema, Ecchymosis, Discharge and Approximation). Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kedua kelompok; madu dan NaCl 0,9% yang diperoleh tidak berdistribusi normal. Rerata hasil uji Mann-Whitney pada kelompok intervensi 9.81 lebih rendah dibandingkan pada kelompok kontrol 23.19 (p-value = 0.000). Kelompok perlakuan madu lebih efektif dalam penyembuhan luka dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (NaCl 0,9%). Sehingga madu dapat menjadi salah satu alternative terapi pada luka post SC. RELATIONSHIP OF SOCIAL SUPPORT WITH QUALITY OF LIFE IN LOWER EXTREMITY FRACTURE PATIENTS AT RSUD MEURAXA BANDA ACEH Introduction : The incidence of fractures in the world is increasing, according to WHO, in 2012 there were as many as 13 million people (2.7%) experiencing fractures, in 2013 it increased to 18 million people (4.2%) in 2014 there was another increase of 21 million people (7.5%). In Indonesia, fracture is the third leading cause of death after heart disease and tuberculosis. Patients with fractures cannot carry out their own activities so that sufferers experience stress, so that it can affect psychologically and will have an impact on the patient's quality of life.Purpose: To determine the relationship between social support and quality of life in patients with lower extremity fractures.Method: The research design used was analytic with a cross sectional approach. This research was carried out in the Ar Rayyan Inpatient Room, Meuraxa Hospital, Banda Aceh. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 57 people. The instrument used is in the form of a questionnaire. hypothesis testing using Chi-Square statistical test.Result: The results showed that there was a relationship between emotional support for extremity fracture patients (P= 0.012), there was a relationship between instrumental support for extremity fracture patients (P- 0.034), there was a relationship between informational support for extremity fracture patients (P=005) and there was a relationship between assessment support in patients with esternal fractures (P = 0.028).Conclusion: there is a relationship between emotional support, instrumental support, informational support and assessment support with quality of life in patients with osseous fractures. Keywords: Social Support, Quality of Life, Lower Extremity Fracture INTISARI: HUBUNGAN DUKUNGAN SOSIAL DENGAN KUALITAS HIDUP PADA PASIEN FRAKTUR EKSTREMITAS BAWAH DI RSUD MEURAXA BANDA ACEH Latar Belakang: Angka kejadian fraktur didunia semaking bertambah, menurut WHO tercatat pada tahun 2012 ada sebanyak 13 juta jiwa (2,7%) mengalami fraktur, pada tahun 2013 meningkat menjadi 18 juta jiwa ( 4,2%) pada tahun 2014 terjadi peningkatan lagi sebanyak 21 juta jiwa (7,5%). Di Indonesia fraktur merupakan penyebab kematian ketiga terbesar dibawah penyakit jantung dan tuberculosis. Penderita dengan fraktur tidak dapat melakukan kegiatan sendiri sehingga para penderita mengalami stress, sehingga dapat mempengaruhi psikologis dan akan berdampak pada kualitas hidup penderita.Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui ada hubungan dukungan sosial dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien fraktur ekstremitas bawah Di RSUD Meuraxa Banda AcehMetode Penelitian : Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Ruang Rawat Inap Ar Rayyan RSUD Meuraxa Banda Aceh. Pengambilan sampel sengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 57 orang. intrumen yang digunakan yaitu berupa angket. uji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik Chi-Square.Hasil : Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara dukungan emosional pada pasien fraktur ekstermitas (P= 0,012), ada hubungan antara dukungan instrumental pada pasien fraktur ekstermitas (P- 0,034), ada hubunga dukungan informasi pada pasien fraktur ekstermitas (P=005) dan ada hubungan antara dukungan penilaian pada pasien fraktur estermitas (P= 0,028).Kesimpulan : terdapat hubungan antara dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental, dukungan informasi dan dukungan penilaian dengan kualitas hidup pada pasien fraktur estermitas.
