The article presents news briefs on the recent developments in marketing. Aluma Buildings Systems Inc., a Canadian company, is marketing a new concrete forming system for high rise buildings. It can cut man-hours by 24 percent depends on the light weight and high strength of aluminum to produce a single reusable concrete forming panel five times larger than conventional panels. The supporting structure has also been simplified so it can be "flown" from floor to floor by tower cranes. A survey of market researcher in 19 European countries, by the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research, found 33,000 market researchers, but about two-thirds are part-time research.
