In this paper, the existing scenic spot recommendation algorithms ignore the implicit trust and trust transmission of users when dealing with user relationships, and the lack of historical browsing behavior data of users in new city scenes leads to an inaccurate recommendation. In this paper, a personalized scenic spot recommendation method combining user trust relationship and tag preference is proposed. Firstly, the trust degree is introduced when the recommendation quality is poor only considering the similarity of users. By mining the implicit trust relationship of users, the problem that the existing research cannot make recommendations when the direct trust is difficult to obtain is solved, and the data sparsity and cold start problems are effectively alleviated. Secondly, in the process of user interest analysis, the relationship between scenic spots and tags is extended to the relationship among users, scenic spots and tags, and users' interest preferences are decomposed into long-term preferences for different scenic spots tags, which effectively alleviates the problem of poor recommendation quality when users' historical tour records are lacking. The personalized tourism recommendation method proposed in this paper effectively integrates many features of social networks and effectively alleviates the problems of data sparseness and feature learning in tourism recommendation based on social networks by using vectorization and deep learning technology. Its research has very important usage scenarios and commercial value in the tourism industry. This model can efficiently mine the association rules between scenic spots in multisource information data. Irony recognition is an important research direction in text sentiment analysis, which contributes to discover ironic tone to judge text emotion correctly. The object of this paper is the application of deep learning to irony recognition, and the research aims to solve the problem that existing machine learning algorithms have difficulty in discriminating ironic tones. Aiming at the irony recognition of Chinese social comments, DC-BiGRU-CNN is proposed from the perspective of structural optimization rather than a text vectorization mechanism point of view, which is a dual-channel CNN combined with BiGRU, and incorporates attention mechanism and multigranularity convolutional neural network as the main framework. This paper first briefly discusses the difficulties of irony recognition and provides an overview of existing text sentiment analysis algorithms. This is followed by a detailed discussion of DC-BiGRU-CNN. Furtherly, it is compared with the main irony recognition methods on a social comment dataset containing Chinese ironic comments, and the experimental results show that DC-BiGRU-CNN can improve the accuracy of irony recognition. Traditional English teaching focuses on exam-oriented education. Although many students have passed various English tests and even achieved high scores, they cannot communicate freely in English. In order to change this situation, the state has adjusted the syllabus to enhance students' audiovisual (AV) and oral ability. With more attention paid to the course of audiovisual speaking, the improvement of teaching quality has become an important part. The rationality of teaching effect evaluation plays a key role. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a scientific and reasonable AV and oral teaching effect evaluation model. Based on this, this paper proposes an evaluation algorithm of English AV and oral teaching effect based on deep learning (DL). Its characteristics are as follows: firstly, a data-based objective evaluation method of teaching effect is constructed, and then the adaptive algorithm is used to optimize the initial weight and threshold of deep neural network. English teaching implementation shows to us that English language characteristic and the matter of actual activities are closely connected to the context. English learning should not only pay attention to the understanding of English vocabulary and sentence and also carry out cultural exchanges with the countries, but English is the common language. The experimental results show that this model improves the prediction accuracy and convergence speed of teaching quality evaluation results, providing a more feasible scheme for the evaluation of English AV teaching effect. With the continuous deepening of the application of educational OA, massive educational data has been produced. Hence, the application of teaching big data (TBD) has a certain theoretical basis, practical methods, and research methods in the field of education. How to fully play the leading role of education on TBD in professional education, guide and recommend students to carry out personalized learning, change the teaching mode, enrich the teaching evaluation, then further improve the quality of talent training is a current issue, which has yet to be solved. Based on the analysis and mining of big data, this paper uses the spectral clustering algorithm to construct the curriculum association classification model and realizes the clustering of core courses. Then, through the analysis of the academic achievements of previous professional core courses, we can master the current situation of students' learning, construct the model as the portrait of students' individual, curriculum, and professional characteristics through deep learning, so as to realize the precise referral of personalized learning courses, provide students with targeted academic guidance, and further dynamically adjust the teaching syllabus, including the teaching methods and teaching means. Vice versa, we can improve the core courses clustering to further feedback on the curriculum association classification model by analyzing the job position technical requirements. Experiments show that the proposed model using a spectrum clustering algorithm could be better provided strong technical support for the decision-making of precision education in colleges and universities. Image text description is a multimodal data processing problem in the computer field, which involves the research tasks of computer vision and natural language processing. At present, the research focus of image text description task is mainly on the method based on deep learning. The work of this paper is mainly focused on the imprecise description of visual words and nonvisual words in the description of image description tasks in the image text description. An adaptive attention double-layer LSTM (long short-term memory) model based on coding-decoding is proposed. Compared with the algorithm based on the adaptive attention mechanism based on the coding-decoding framework, the evaluation index BLEU-1 is improved by 1.21%. The METEOR was 0.75% higher and CIDEr was 0.55%, while the indexes of BLEU-4 and ROUGE-L were not as good as those of the original model, but the index was not different. Although it cannot surpass all the performance indicators of the original model, the description of visual words and nonvisual words is more accurate in the actual image text description. In the process of wireless communication, the transmission of signals will be subject to various kinds of interference, which will affect the quality of communication. Interference detection is an important part of improving the reliability of communication. When the interfering signal has the same frequency as the original communication signal, with traditional methods, it is difficult to extract feature parameters. Aiming at this special cofrequency interference signal, this paper proposes a time series signal prediction model based on deep learning and uses the difference between the predicted signal and the received signal as the eigenvalue to detect interference. In order to improve the detection rate, the eigenvalues predicted by LSTM and Bi-LSTM networks are subjected to windowing experiments. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) is used to detect the interference of eigenvalues, and the comparison results are visualized by the confusion matrix. The experimental simulation results show that the Bi-LSTM model has better feature extraction ability for time series signals, and the prediction ability of the signal and the accuracy of interference detection are higher than those of the LSTM model. Personalized interactive image recommendation has several issues, such as being slow or having poor recommendation quality. Therefore, we propose an image personalized recommendation algorithm (IPRA) using deep learning to improve the time and quality of personalized interactive image recommendations. First, the feature subimage is obtained and converted into a one-dimensional vector using the convolution neural network model. Single input and single output functional and dual input and single output generalized functional network model are integrated into the model to improve the learning ability of nonlinear mapping and avoid overfitting during the training process; second, a one-dimensional vector is clustered using the fuzzy k-means approach and then translated into hyperbolic space; Finally, the Poincare map model is used to map the updated vector, the transformed vector is mapped using the PM model, and the image information is fed back to the two-dimensional plane, and the image recommendation set is formed based on the ranking of similarity, and the visual recommendation is presented to the user. The results show that the size of the convolution kernel is 2 × 2, and the image one-dimensional vector clustering can be better completed. The optimal value of F1 is 0.92, and the optimal value of average time is 11 s. Time-triggered and event-triggered sampling methods have been widely adopted in control systems. Optimal sampling problems of the two mechanisms have also received great attentions. However, for high-dimensional systems, analytical methods have some limitations. In this study, we propose a model-free method, called soft greedy policy for neural network fitting, to calculate the optimal sampling period of the time-triggered impulse control and the optimal threshold of the event-triggered impulse control. A neural network is used to approximate the objective function and then is trained. This approach is more widely applicable than the analytical method. At the same time, compared with different ways of generating data, the algorithm can carry out real-time update with greater flexibility and higher accuracy.
