This paper adopts a random matrix approach to model spatial panel data and applies the model to the analysis of regional economic disparity. A panel data clustering method based on variable influence and response structural relationship clustering is proposed to define the structural relationship distance, cluster the panel data from the structural relationship so that the data within the class have the same structural relationship, and give the specific algorithm for determining the classification number in the clustering process based on the structural relationship. The methods of clustering panel data with the presence of linear, nonlinear, and functional relationships are considered separately to aggregate and classify the panel data in terms of the structural relationships of parameters. Using the classification modeling approach proposed in this paper, the empirical analysis is better than the estimation effect in the case of no classification; the empirical test data also show that there is a strong cross-sectional correlation between the economic and financial development data of different regions, and the estimation effect of the model with the correlation treatment is better than the estimation effect of the model without the correlation treatment. The study finds that there is a significant imbalance between financial and economic development, the phenomenon of financial exclusion is serious, and the dynamic influence relationship between financial and economic development in relatively less developed regions is different from that between financial development and economic development in relatively developed regions. In addition to the influencing factors, we should improve the efficiency of investment utilization, give better play to the geographical advantages, keep the industrial structure rationalized, develop the special economy according to the local conditions, and give full play to the spatial effect as well as improve the economic development. Low-carbon economy has become a topic of great concern to the international community. Sea level rise caused by climate change, flood disasters, biodiversity reduction, global famine, and other issues have begun to threaten the normal survival of human beings, and the climate problem needs to be solved urgently. While ensuring rapid economic development, in order to better control the total amount of greenhouse gas emissions, this paper, based on the theory of low-carbon economy, takes control of total carbon emissions for low-carbon economic development, as a perspective, and selects the optimization for the development of low-carbon economy. From the aspects of structural emission reduction technology and emission reduction, a carbon emission control optimization index system for low-carbon economic development based on total carbon emission control is constructed. Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship (IE) driving economic development and transformation, it is of great significance to cultivate talents who dare to innovate and have the ability to IE. By stimulating IE potential of college students and improving their willingness to IE and on the basis of understanding the current situation of college students' IE, we explore the relevant factors affecting the willingness of college students to innovate and start a business. From two aspects of internal and external factors, this paper divides the modules that affect IE intention of college students into individual characteristics, self-awareness, school education, and environmental factors. Then, we use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate the weight value of each influencing factor so as to determine and analyze the key influencing factors. Finally, according to the existing problems of college students' IE, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve IE willingness of college students from the perspectives of school education and government policy. Regional development disparities, especially in developing countries, have traditionally been one of the central issues of empirical research in regional economics. However, this rapid change is accompanied by profound changes in the spatial distribution of economic activities in China, the formation of regional economic "blocks," the widening of regional disparities, and the geographical concentration of economic growth efficiency are important issues highlighted in this change. Therefore, it is important to explore the spatial clustering characteristics and patterns of regional economic growth to provide a scientific basis for relevant government departments to formulate reasonable regional development strategies and promote the balanced and stable development of economic growth. Clustering analysis is an important research topic in the field of data mining, which is used to discover unknown object classes in large-scale data sets. This paper proposes a density-clustering algorithm based on the regional economic competitiveness of China and analyzes its spatial aggregation characteristics. From the perspective of spatial structure theory, economic development is a dynamic process, and to optimize the spatial pattern of China's regional economic development and improve the efficiency of economic interaction between regions, it is necessary to fully exploit the diffusion and trickle-down effects of important growth poles in the region to the surrounding areas. The experimental results show that the error rate of KSNN is very small, and the error rate of K-means and PSO has increased to a certain extent. The development of geographically indicative (GI) agricultural products can effectively promote the development of local rural residents' per capita net income (PCNI) and the gross output value of agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery (GOV-AFAHF). This paper takes agricultural products with geographical indications in Anhui Province as the object of study and uses numerical analysis to analyze their application, geographical distribution, and various distribution in detail. By comparing it with the central region, this paper conducts an empirical study on its impact on agricultural economic development, analyzes its related variables and data, draws its effect on farmers' PCNI, and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures. In order to make the agricultural products with GI in Anhui Province develop better, according to the results of comparative analysis and empirical analysis, it puts forward suggestions for regulating the development of management industry associations, implementing the regional branding strategy of GI agricultural products, and increasing the construction of rural infrastructure. In addition, the experiment shows that under the condition of controlling other influencing factors unchanged, for every 1% increase in GI agricultural products, the average increase of PCNI of rural residents is 0.08%, which further confirms the conclusion that GI agricultural products can promote the development of GOV-AFAHF. Landslides in nature are harmful to economic development and people's lives and cause irreparable losses to the environment. With the application of image detection technology and intelligent algorithm, a new way for landslide detection is proposed to achieve effective detection and identification of hazards. This paper takes the landslide as the data set, carries on the noise reduction, the image expansion, and the image segmentation processing to the image, and extracts the object region information. The quantitative description of the azimuth displacement and displacement change of the crack curve is completed in this paper. This method is suitable for 3D simulation model, sand and stone model, soil model, and the sliding test results of Panzhihua Flight Field, which proves that the design method is effective. Experiments show that when sliding occurs, the texture and color become chaotic, the usual mountain becomes more in the regular state, and the extraction of features is very different. As a new service system of finance, inclusive finance emphasizes on better meeting the needs of people's livelihood at a reasonable and affordable cost. Inclusive finance can effectively solve the problems existing in the process of high-quality economic development by promoting regional coordinated development and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural areas. Firstly, this paper constructs the inclusive financial development level measurement index system and high-quality economic development measurement index system, uses these two index systems to measure the development of inclusive finance and high-quality economy of the Yangtze River Delta in China from 2010 to 2019, and then empirically analyzes the impact of Inclusive Finance on high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta by using the panel threshold model. The results show that the inclusive financial development level and high-quality economic development level of cities under the jurisdiction of the Yangtze River Delta have increased steadily year by year, but the development level differentiation among different cities is obvious. Inclusive finance has a threshold effect on high-quality economic development. When the inclusive finance index is lower than 0.358, inclusive finance is not conducive to high-quality economic development. When the inclusive financial development index is between 0.358 and 0.522, inclusive finance promotes high-quality economic development, but the effect is weak. How a developing China can meet the challenges of the post-Kyoto era in the process of rapid industrialization is a hot issue in current academic research. Facing the pressure of the international community to reduce emissions and the energy and resource constraints under the development trend of the heavy chemical industry, China can only turn the pressure into a driving force and seek a low-carbon development path. This paper proposes a prediction model for China's low-carbon economic development based on the combined model of genetic algorithm (GA) and long short-term memory neural network (LSTM). The data are encoded with one-hot, embedding is used to reduce the dimension, and the genetic algorithm is used to obtain the optimal hyperparameters of the LSTM model to improve the accuracy of the model. Innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) are of great significance to China's modern economic development, and college students are the most innovative and entrepreneurial potential group. I&E requires college students through the effective combination of various incentive methods on the basis of the individual differences and diversity of college students, so that the I&E enthusiasm of college students can be continuously and optimally exercised. Based on the theory of hierarchical analysis, this paper establishes the evaluation system of the implementation effect of college students' I&E incentive mechanism by setting the evaluation indexes of the effect of college students' I&E incentive mechanism, calculates and obtains the weights of each evaluation index, and provides a reference basis for the design of college students' I&E incentive mechanism. Market integration is an important tool for China's regionally coordinated economic development. At the same time, China is implementing an innovation-driven development strategy. Therefore, the way the market integration affects regional innovation is of great significance to analyze this problem. The panel data of 27 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region in China with the highest degree of economic integration from 2009 to 2018 are used to investigate the impact of market integration (MI) on regional innovation (RI). The main findings are as follows: the first-order lag term of RI is significantly positive, and RI has certain path dependence. In this regard, MI has a positive impact on RI and promotes RI. The estimated coefficient of MI is significantly positive and has a positive impact on RI and promotes RI. This provides a reference for promoting RI through MI. The contributions of the paper are threefold: (1) This paper examines the impact of MI on RI to provide policy implications for the coordinated development of innovation between regions. The marine economy in coastal areas has a great role in promoting social development, and efficient port logistics serves the high-quality development of the marine economy. There is a dynamic relationship of dependence, restriction, and mutual promotion between port logistics and marine economy, which has regional differences. Based on panel vector autoregressive model (PVAR model), the relevant panel data of Fujian Province from 2000 to 2020 were analyzed by using the Granger causality test, impulse response, and variance decomposition methods. The interactive relationship between port logistics and marine economic development was discussed, and development suggestions were put forward. The results show that the development level of port logistics in Fujian Province is low, the logistics supply cannot meet the needs of marine economy, the effect of port logistics is not significant, and the support ability for the development of marine economy is insufficient. On the contrary, the development of marine economy promotes the development of port logistics industry and the economic growth of logistics related industries, and the strong market demand promotes the further improvement of logistics supply capacity. On the whole, the two-way feedback effect between the indicators of logistics industry and the development of marine economy is weak. In the future, it is necessary to further increase the layout of port logistics network system, strengthen the support ability of port logistics to the development of marine economy, and promote the scale and quality of port logistics by relying on marine economy. This study is devoted to the analysis of high-quality economic development in Latin American countries. Under the guidance of the new development concept strategy, the evaluation index system for the high-quality economic development level of Latin American countries is constructed from the six dimensions of economic strength, innovation, coordination, green, openness, and sharing, and the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of each evaluation index. Based on UTM projection coordinate quantification and K-Means clustering algorithm, the spatial effect clustering model of Latin American countries is established. This study addresses the impact of financial structure on innovation. The mechanism of the impact of financial structure on innovation at different levels of economic development is elucidated from the perspective of optimal financial structure decision theory and development economics, and empirical evidence is provided using manufacturing data from 59 countries or regions for the period 1996–2015. The study finds that financial structure has no significant effect on innovation at lower levels of economic development, but at higher levels of economic development, market-based financial structure significantly promotes innovation in the industry. The role of financial structure in innovation shifts in the interval where per capita income is greater than 9747 International dollar (hereinafter called I$9747) and less than I$17070. This paper verifies that the innovation approach of technological imitation requires the support of a bank-based financial structure, while the innovation approach of independent innovation requires the support of a market-based financial structure. The differences in innovation approaches at different stages of economic development lead to the evolution of the inherent demand for financial structures in the economy. Exploring the transformation of the mode of economic growth has been widely concerned by researchers around the world, especially in the context of "dual carbon" goals. China's economy is in a transition stage to high-quality green development (HGD), with technological innovation (TI) and emerging industrial agglomeration (EIA) as important drivers. However, existing studies lack a systematic empirical analysis on different dimensions of TI and its influence mechanism. In order to examine the mechanism of TI affecting HGD through EIA, this study uses the panel data in the western Yangtze River Delta of China from 2009 to 2019 to first comprehensively calculate the TI index, EIA index, and the HGD index as proxy variables for regional TI, EIA, and HGD, respectively, and then empirically examines the impact of TI on HGD and the heterogeneous impacts on HGD. Finally, we test the mediation effect of EIA between TI and HGD. The results show that TI effectively promotes regional HGD, and with the increase in the HGD index, the driving role of TI also increases. Technological innovation has heterogeneous impacts on HGD at different dimensions of innovation, time periods, and regions. Innovation output and diffusion have significant impacts on HGD, whereas innovation input and environment have insignificant impacts. The effects of TI promoting HGD are different before and after 2013. Additionally, the nexus between TI and HGD also differs across spatial distributions. The production of services and goods needs consumption of available material and energy. An economy often focuses on sources of high-quality material/energy first produced by nature for increasing growth. World heritages sites (WHSs) have become major tourist attractions that promote economic development for developing countries. The increased number of tourists has thus brought about threats to ecological environment. Scholars stress that it should be sustainable or "green growth" since it comes to economic growth currently. The aim of this research is to establish a sustainable development model for WHSs to empirically investigate the dilemma between economic development and ecological protection with particular emphasis on strategies that promote the sustainability. The study took China's 45 WHSs as samples and constructed a two-stage sustainable development model to analyze the trade-off between economic development and ecological protection. The dynamic network slacks-based measure was employed for dynamic performance evaluation for the period 2013-2019. The results suggest that a strong balance between economic development and ecological protection would be essential for sustainability. Spearman's rank correlation was also used to verify that there are no conflicts between the two processes. In addition, this study demonstrates that an effective government policy covering regulations of economic development and ecological protection can positively influence sustainable development. The governments are suggested to improve the section that the WHS performs inefficient. Involvement of balanceable sustainable development for WHSs needs necessary cooperation during concerned institutions, practitioners, and communities. Technical innovation is an important means to achieve sustainable development. Industry-university cooperation is a new form of technological innovation. Most of the existing researches on industry-university cooperation focus on the analysis of industry-university cooperation models, but there are few researches on the examination of the relationship between industry-university cooperation and economic development. Using the spatial autocorrelation and spatial measurement model, the relationship between China's industry-university cooperation and economic development was empirically investigated. The results indicate that, first, the nighttime light data could be used as a proxy variable for GDP data to characterize China's economic development. Second, industry-university cooperation had a positive effect on China's economic development. Studying the impact of the high-speed railway (HSR) on economic growth has important practical significance and can provide a theoretical basis for government investment in infrastructure. In this study, the adoption of HSR was used for natural and rigorous exploration. Based on the panel data on counties in Hubei Province of China from 2001 to 2017, a synthetic control method was used to analyse the impact of HSR on the economic growth of county-level areas with different economic bases. The results showed that HSR had different influences on the economic development of county-level cities with different economic bases in the short term. The Wuhan-Guangzhou HSR had significantly promoted the gross domestic product (GDP) growth of Chibi City with a good economic foundation. The robustness test results revealed that the promoting effect was significant at a level of 3.7%. The Hefei-Wuhan section of the Shanghai-Wuhan-Chengdu HSR had significantly inhibited the GDP growth of Hong'an County by developing on a weak economic foundation. The robustness test results revealed that the inhibitory effect was significant at the level of 2.8%. However, the Hefei-Wuhan section had a stable and promoting effect on Macheng City. Based on the abovementioned conclusions, each county-level city should focus on long-term economic development, invest in HSR construction based on local conditions instead of blind expansion, make use of HSR to vigorously develop characteristic industries, and implement talent retention and introduction policies.
