As China's economic level and industrial volume continue to develop and expand, the traditional methods of business management and resource scheduling demonstrate significant limitations and misalignments with China's daily economic activities. Traditional industrial and commercial management resource scheduling is highly reliant on manual labor. When confronted with the requirements of large-scale project management, the pure manual mode cannot track the real-time progress of the project flexibly, effectively, and in a timely manner, resulting in the inability to complete the corresponding resource-scheduling work efficiently, which will affect the overall operation progress of the project. Deep neural networks have a high-application potential for solving extremely complex and highly nonlinear optimization problems. Artificial intelligence and deep learning research have advanced at a rapid pace over the past few decades, thanks to the efforts of numerous researchers. Combined with GPU technology, the deep learning framework can provide an extremely complex optimization problem with a practical and feasible optimization scheme and corresponding solution path in a very short amount of time. Therefore, this paper explores the potential application of deep learning technology to industrial and commercial resource-scheduling management. By analyzing the benefits of deep learning technology and the bottleneck issues of existing industrial and commercial resource scheduling, a real-time optimized industrial and commercial resource-scheduling model based on deep learning technology is developed. The model is evaluated using the respective data set. The test results demonstrate that the resource-scheduling model proposed in this paper has strong real-time and high-operation efficiency and can assist engineers in completing the corresponding resource-scheduling tasks. In this paper, we propose a computable method to evaluate the aesthetic value of fusion images of folk martial arts and dance based on human visual and aesthetic habits, extract features and use them as evaluation indexes from three aspects: technical features, perceptual features, and social features, establish an aesthetic evaluation model by fusing each index, and determine the influence factors of each index by using online research. The aesthetic evaluation of fusion images of folk martial arts and dance is carried out automatically. The results of the experimental tests on the evaluation dataset of the aesthetic quality of fusion images of folk martial arts and dance at the Communication University of China show that the accuracy of the proposed deep learning algorithm-based method for analyzing the aesthetic index of fusion of folk martial arts and dance can reach 98.08% with certain validity, and the evaluation results of each index are clear and intuitive, which can play a guiding role in improving the aesthetic quality of fusion of folk martial arts and dance from various angles. It can be used as a guide to improving the aesthetics of the fusion of folk martial arts and dance from various perspectives. By integrating the model into the mobile application, it is possible to evaluate and score the aesthetics of multiple portrait photos uploaded by users and select photos to be kept or deleted based on the scoring results, thus simplifying user operations. At present, China's civil aviation industry is in a period of rapid development. The passenger traffic is increasing year by year. The contradiction between the demand and supply of flight resources is becoming more and more prominent, and the competition between airports is becoming more and more fierce. Driven by local development and the country's overall planning, there are more and more multiairport areas, so how to analyze the airport market competition in multiairport areas needs to be further realized. This paper constructs a two-dimensional Hotelling model based on flight frequency and passenger travel cost to analyze the internal mechanism of market competition among multiple airports. It is assumed that, in a multiairport area, two airports are distributed at both ends of a linear straight line, and the other airport is in between, and each airport provides displacement services connecting the same destination airport. The research shows that, (1) with the increase of the flight frequency of the airports at both ends, its equilibrium profit shows a trend of decreasing first and then increasing; the difference of the flight frequencies of the airports at both ends affects the equilibrium profit of the middle airport. (2) With the gradual increase of flight frequency, the reduction of passenger travel cost will make the equilibrium market share and equilibrium profit show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. (3) Taking the Yangtze River Delta regional airport as an example, it is found after verification that increasing flight frequency or reducing passenger travel costs can increase the balanced profit and market share of Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport and Nanjing Lukou Airport; increasing flight frequency can improve the balanced profit and balanced market share of Sunan Shuofang Airport. With the rapid development of information technology, the network has become a part of the daily life of current college students. The use of network tools to develop college English teaching platform is necessary and beneficial. Various versions of online English teaching platforms have been developed in China and used by many Chinese universities. Through research and analysis, according to the theory of communicative learning, this paper puts forward the design plan of English university teaching platform for Chinese colleges and universities. The article first summarizes the research origin and importance of the college English online teaching platform. It then outlines the current situation of college English online teaching platforms and provides a demonstration of a specific platform for a specific teaching network. This article discusses the research on deep learning using advanced technology on college English teaching platforms. Through questionnaires, group discussions, in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and other research methods, we can understand the current situation of school computer networks from a macro perspective. It integrates foreign language courses and the problems teachers and students encounter in the process. The results show that 56% of the students said that this method can promote their own learning, and 12% of the students think that there will be no good learning effect. In this paper, the complex factors affecting the quality of piano information teaching are comprehensively considered, and the improved BP neural network (BPNN) algorithm is used to evaluate and predict the quality of piano information teaching. The model structure of BPNN for evaluating and predicting the quality of piano information teaching is given and simulated in MATLAB. The results show that the evaluation and prediction method overcomes the subjective factors of expert evaluation and obtains reasonable results. Sina Microblog, China's most popular social media platform, has a massive amount of data and users. The prediction of microblog forwarding has become a hot research topic in the current academic circle. The majority of current microblog forwarding research relies on traditional models that only use certain data properties or statistical features akin to term frequency-inverse document frequency (TF-IDF) for training but fail to extract microblog semantic-level information. In light of the popularity of evolutionary analysis and forecasting your own research only on particular moment popularity or predict popularity, finally, we only analyzed the influence of different factors on the final popularity, without considering the various factors in the popularity of the role played by different evolutionary stages and the popularity of evolutionary problems such as insufficient understanding. This article proposes a three-dimensional feature model. Average, trend, and cycle were used to fit and predict the prevalence, as well as the prevalence prediction method based on deep learning. We analyzed the hot topic evolvement popularity and defined a 3D character model. Regarding average, trend, and cycle and based on 3D feature model to create time series model to fit hot subject popularity evolution and forecast the short-term popularity of hot topic evolution, comparing Spike M and SH model, this work puts forward the model fit and greater accuracy. From the analysis and quantification of influencing factors in the three key stages of epidemic evolution, outbreak, peak, and decline, a prediction model of the epidemic based on a deep neural network was proposed, the different effects of each influencing factor in the evolution process of the epidemic were analyzed in detail, and the active period of the epidemic was predicted. The development of the financial industry and its integration with information technology have promoted FinTech innovation. China is a major contributor to FinTech innovation, but few studies have systematically summarized FinTech innovation and development in China from the perspective of patents. This lacuna is attributable to the lack of a generally accepted classification of FinTech patents and the unavailability of classified Chinese FinTech patent text data. To fill this research gap, we developed a classification of Chinese FinTech patents and manually annotated a set of patent texts to train machine learning and deep learning models to classify massive Chinese patent application data and identify different types of FinTech innovations. Among the evaluated models, the character-level convolutional neural network (CNN) model and BERT model classified FinTech innovation most accurately. We used the character-level CNN to classify 20,529 Chinese FinTech patent applications from 2013 to 2020.
