South layer in Zanarol Oilfield has nearly 30 million tons of oil reserves. However, as the reservoir is the thin (4.4-16.1 m), poor in physical properties (0.3
-1 × 10-3 μm²), and low in formation pressure, etc. It is difficult to achieve economic production by vertical wells, horizontal wells are also low in productivity. By introducing the integrated staged completion, acid fracturing, gas lifting and commissioning technique, stage number selection, parameter optimization. ECP + multi-slide sleeve completion, liquid nitrogen pre-injection and gas lifting in one trip has been realized. Field application results show can increase the control area of horizontal wells, improve reservoir conductivity, shorten flowback time after acid fracturing and enhance single well production. Horizontal well staged acid fracturing, which achieves the effctivly reserves producing in this area, is of great instructive significance for for the high efficient development of reserves in low-permeable reservoirs.
