Abstract

The article focuses on the role of community and student involvement in determining which codes of enforcement and enforcement strategies will be enforced in a university neighborhood revitalization. The study is drawn from a plan to revitalize the neighborhoods surrounding the Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Furthermore, it highlights the conditions in which American cities can use the code of enforcement process in stimulating neighborhood development.
