Main Outcome Measures Primary: 6-minute walk distance (6MWD); secondary: calf tissue oxyhemoglobin saturation (StO SB 2 sb ), pain-free exercise time (PFET), maximal exercise time (MXT), and Peripheral Arterial Questionnaire (PAQ). Mean calf exercise MXT increased by 189% (3 months) and 255% (6 months) for the CET cohort, and by 4.5% (3 months) and 23% (6 months) for the TMT cohort.
