This work will be argued that the preliminary environmental impact, given the need for treatment and disposal of solid waste, should be mandatory for planted forests. Intend to use rhetoric as a way of addressing methods and methodologies to serve as a tool for selection of hypotheses about the environmental good and presentation solutions on disputes about the environment. The issue of solid waste has been much discussed over the past few years, population growth brings increased consumption of products, mainly for quick disposal, which increases the pressure for exploitation of natural resources, especially native forests. Found a way to mitigate this are planted forests, but on the other hand, also causes the increase of the amount of waste and pollution, mainly water, soil, biodiversity and the atmosphere. Therefore, the research, from the transdisciplinarity offered by agrarian and environmental sciences, attempted a critical analysis of the rule relating to the impact on the environment produced by the solid waste generated by the mentioned forests. Aims to become a more effective protection / reproduction of the environment. The requirement of prior environmental impact study on planted forests is one way to mitigate the effects of the expansion of the market economy on the environment, reflected mainly in the growing accumulation of garbage and industrial waste [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
