The research has been conducted during a three-year period in order to determine the protein content in bean grains grown by organic principles and to choose more suitable variety for farming in organic production. The field experiment was set by a split-plot design in 4 repetitions on calcareous chernozem. The large plots were cropped with varieties Maksa and Zlatko, while control subplot was treated by agro-technical treatments permitted in organic production. In the research, the starting hypothesis was that the protein content in bean grains will depend on variety and applied agro-technics in organic bean growing technology. The protein content in bean grain was statistically significantly dependent on agro-ecological conditions during the production year, variety and applied agro-technics. For the production of bean by organic principles, Maksa variety is recommended. It is possible to achieve high protein content in beans grown in accordance with the principles of sustainable ecological development. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

With the development of new software solutions, techniques and methods, conditions have been created for modern advanced technologies to find their place in agriculture. Modern technologies must increase productivity per unit area while reducing production costs. Modern technologies include the application of Global Positioning System (GPS), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS), Variable Rate Technology. Research using these technologies has a wide range of uses in agriculture: determining the extent of land capacity utilization; space; study of soil quality for individual crops; determining the degree of contamination of plants; determining vegetation status; determination of damage caused by natural disasters; forecasting yields at different stages of vegetation and relatively quickly and inexpensively can provide timely information on the crop. The aim was to analyse and review modern advanced technologies and their contribution to sustainable agricultural production, which is in the function of producing health-safe food, developing rural areas and protecting the environment. The last three decades have been a growing need for food that has high nutritional value without the risk of possible contamination of soil and water with excess nitrate ions from the production process. The advantage is given to the production of field crops and vegetable plants species from the family of legumes. Leguminoses have the ability to provide up to 70% of their nitrogen needs in the process of biological nitrogen fixation. The study of the case - experimental field experiment with beans and garden peas during 2016-2017 analyzed the influence of varieties and permitted fertilizers in cultivation according to the principles of ecological production. Variation analysis was used for data processing, and the least significant differences were tested with the LSD test. Tours were set up by split-plot design. The aim was to determine the interaction of different genotypes of varieties of both plant species with different organic fertilizers in different agroecological conditions. The beans were more suitable for 2016, while the garden peas in 2017. The highest yield was achieved in the bean with the use of Guanita, and in the garden pea the combination of Guanito + Nitragin + EM active. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Climate changes cause decrease of the height and the quality of yield of cultivated plants. According to measures implemented in the plant production with the aim of decrease of the greenhouse gases, aims of the researches should be directed to improvement of the production of the significant crop cultivation under the principals of the sustainable production. Significant position in new systems of the production belongs to soybeanbeans. Soya bean is very significant plant specie from the aspect of the vitamin providing for the human nutrition. Therefore, soybeanbean is significant for adequate relation with symbiotic bacteria from ecological and economy aspect. In integral system of cultivation (from 2008 to 2010) in region of Backa Topola during pre-seed fertilization with 50 kgN.ha-1 and with the inoculation of the seeds by mixed cultures of the symbiotic bacteria and bacteria promoters of the growth of the plants can be reached stabile content of the proteins of the grain of 41,5% in the variety of Proteinka. In organic system of the variety of Valjevka soya bean (2013-2015) by the stimulation of the seed with electromagnetic field of the low frequency the content of the protein from 40,22 - 40,24% can be reached by fertilization with 30 - 50 kgN.ha. Agriculture is one of the most important branches of the economy in the municipality of Kanjiza. The aim of this study was to analyze the current situation and possibilities for improvement of agriculture in the Kanjiza municipality using the SWOT analysis in terms of sustainable development. This would give the recommendations about the most important potentials for agricultural development of Kanjiza municipality. Organic farming is a complex process that requires a lot of time in the implementation, the inclusion of new and modification of conventional production methods. It requires full engagement of the community through adoption of the legal framework and subventions for production certification. To speed up the process of agricultural development in the municipality of Kanjiza, intensification of primary agricultural production is inevitable. Sustainable development concept takes central place in considerations of longterm perspective of progress of human society burdened by the consequences of the dramatic environmental degradation over the past century, a strong demographic pressure and the real limitations of natural resources. For harmonious relationship with nature and creation of sustainable ways of life in the food production there was developed an innovative framework called permaculture.It is a harmonious relationship between people and the landscape through which are provided food, energy, material and non-material needs in a sustainable way. Organic agriculture is a part of permaculture system. The advantages of this mode of production are great, especially in increasing the biodiversity of plants, animals and microorganisms, soil conservation, development of farm type production. According to the position and the advantages of Serbia presence of organic farming in the country is small, only 0.4% of the total arable land. The development of organic production provides an opportunity for the development of other industries as tourism through the preservation of landscapes, gastronomy, higher employment, rural development, especially in rural areas.
