Objective: To study Analysis of the Expression of serum Heparin binding protein (HBP), N-acetyl-茁-D-glucosaminosidase (UNAG) and lipoprotein associated phospholipase A2 (LP-PLA2) in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis and its correlation with the degree of disease. Methods: Methods: 78 patients with diabetic ketoacidosis who were treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the case group, and 70 patients with simple diabetes who were treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The changes of serum HBP, UNAG and Lp-PLA2 levels and their correlation with the severity of the disease and their prediction value were analyzed. Results: The serum levels of HBP, UNAG and Lp-PLA2 in case group were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). Serum HBP, UNAG and Lp-PLA2 in mild group were significantly lower than those in moderate and severe group, and HBP, UNAG and Lp-PLA2 in moderate group were significantly lower than those in severe group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that serum HBP, UNAG and Lp-PLA2 were positively correlated with the severity of the disease (P<0.05). ROC results showed that the AUC of serum HBP for predicting diabetic ketoacidosis was 0.804, the sensitivity was 82.56%, the specificity was 86.32%, and the cutoff value was 59.92 ng/mL. The AUC of UNAG for predicting diabetic ketoacidosis was 0.886, the sensitivity was 83.48%, the specificity was 87.95%, and the cut-off value was 12.53 IU/L. The AUC of serum Lp-PLA2 for predicting diabetic ketoacidosis was 0.977, the sensitivity was 88.69%, the specificity was 89.97%, and the cut-off value was 194.96 ng/L (P<0.05). Conclusion: The abnormal expression of serum HBP, UNAG and Lp-PLA2 in patients with diabetic ketoacidosis is closely related to the severity of the disease, which has important clinical significance for the control of the disease. Objective: To study Curative efficacy of olactam combined with hyperbaric oxygenin treatment of Severe carbon monoxide poisoningand its effectsonserum lysophosphatidic acid (LPA), heart-type fatty acid binding protein (H-FABP) and cognitive function. Methods: 90 cases of severe carbon monoxide poisoning admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected for the study, divided into observation group(n=48) and control group(n=42) by random number table method. The control group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen, and the observation group was treated with olracitamon the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, serum LPA, h-fabp, cognitive ability, length of stay and incidence of delayed encephalopathy were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the two groups was 93.75% and 76.19%, respectively, with significant difference (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in serum LPA and h-fabp levels between the two groups. After treatment, serum LPA and h-fabp in both groups decreased significantly, and serum LPA and h-fab P levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in cognitive function between the two groups. After treatment, the cognitive functions of the two groups were significantly increased compared with those before treatment (P<0.05), and the levels of orientation, memory, attention and language ability in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The length of stay and the incidence of delayed encephalopathy in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Olracetam combined with hyperbaric oxygen has a significant effect in patients with severe carbon monoxide poisoning, and can effectively improve serum LPA, h-fabp levels and cognitive function. Objective: To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic fundoplication and hiatal hernia repair in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods: A total of 92 patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease, who underwent laparoscopic fundoplication and hiatal hernia repair in Changzheng Hospital of Second Military Medical University from May 2009 to August 2016, were selected and divided into Nissen group(54 cases) and Toupet group(38 cases) according to different fundoplication. The Nissen group was treated with Nissen360 degrees operation, and the Toupet group was treated with Toupet 270 degrees operation. The postoperative recovery,postoperative symptom relief, operation satisfaction and dysphagia were compared between the two groups. Results: The proportion of grade I to II of the Visick scores in the two groups was higher than that before operation,but the proportion of grade I to II was lower than that before operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The remission rate of postoperative symptoms in Nissen group was 90.74%(49/54), compared with 81.58%(31/38) in Toupet group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The satisfaction rate of operation in Nissen group was 92.59%(50/54), compared with 84.21%(32/38) in Toupet group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The incidence of dysphagia in Nissen group 1 month after operation was 46.30%(25/54), which was higher than that of Toupet group(23.68%)(9/38), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); there was no significant difference in the incidence of dysphagia between the two groups 6 months after operation(P>0.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic fundoplication and hiatal hernia repair are effective and safe in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease, and Nissen360 degree operation or Toupet270 degree surgical treatment can be selected according to the patient’s specific condition. Gastrointestinal motility dysfunction was an important clinical manifestation of many gastrointestinal diseases and other diseases, and the incidence rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction in gastrointestinal diseases was above 70 %. Gap junction protein 43 (connexin 43, Cx43) was the most important gap junction protein in cell gap junction communication, which played a key role in the formation and regulation of gastrointestinal motility. The treatment effect of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine on gastrointestinal diseases was significant, but the molecular mechanismwas not yet clear. The progress of Cx43 in the regulation of gastrointestinal motility disorders from the gap junction communication in Cx43 is reviewed in this article, which lays foundation for further research on the mechanismof the regulation of gastrointestinal motility disorders in Traditional and Modern medicine. Objective: To explore the regulatory effect of estrogen combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao Capsule on the reproductive endocrine and immune function of female patients with climacteric syndrome. Methods: 60 female patients with climacteric syndrome admitted in our hospital from May 2014 to September 2014 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in the control group were treated by the clinical?routine of estrogen replacement, while the other 30 patients in the observation group were treated by dang zi xiao yao capsules based on the use of estrogen replacement therapy. After treatment, the reproductive endocrine hormone(E2, FSH, LH) levels, the ratio of T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+), the changes of IL-2 activity were observed and compared between two groups. Results: After treatment, the E2, CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+levels and IL-2 activity of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P0.05), while the FSH, LH levels were obviously lower(P< 0.05). Moreover, the E2,CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+levels and IL-2 activity of expreriment group after treatment were all significantly higher than those of the control group(P< 0.05), while the FSH, LH levels were obviously lower(P0.05). Conclusions: Estrogen combined with Danzhi Xiaoyao capsule could effectively regulate the reproductive endocrine hormone levels and improve the immune function of female patients with climacteric syndrome, which was worthy of clinical application.
