Objective: To study the efficacy and mechanism of Shenmai injection combined with western medicine on patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: A total of 101 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to December 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with oral ticagrelor, and the observation group was treated with Shenmai injection. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed, as well as plasma lactic acid, brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and serum procalcitonin (Procalcitonin, before and after treatment). PCT), Hypersensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels and changes in cardiac function indicators. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the levels of plasma lactic acid, BNP, PCT, and hs-CRP before treatment were not significantly different between the two groups (P>0.05). The indicators were significantly lower (P<0.05), and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); the left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and the end diastolic diameter of the two groups before treatment of left ventricle, LVEDd), CO and left ventricular end systolic diameter (LVESd) had no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the above indicators of the two groups were significantly improved (P<0.05), and the observation group It was better than the control group (P<0.05); the adverse drug reaction rate of the observation group was 14.00% (7/50), which was no significant difference compared with 11.76% (6/51) of the control group (P>0.05). Conclusion: Shenmai injection combined with ticagrelor can reduce the inflammatory reaction in patients with acute myocardial infarction and improve heart function, which may be related to its mechanism.
