An 80-year-old man with pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) exhibited lack of efficacy during treatment with guselkumab, methotrexate, secukinumab, upadacitinib, and an unspecified corticosteroid. The man had a history of psoriasis and PRP and had previously been treated with topical corticosteroids, guselkumab, methotrexate, and phototherapy, all of which failed. He was then given secukinumab and upadacitinib, but there was no improvement. Finally, he was given brodalumab, acitretin, and triamcinolone, which resulted in significant improvement and resolution of keratoderma after 3 months. [Extracted from the article]
