The article discusses a case report on a 65-year-old man with benign prostatic hyperplasia who had separate episodes of choroidal detachment following treatment of terazosin and tamsulosin or serenoa repens. It references a study by B. L. Shapiro et al in the February 2007 issue of the "American Journal of Ophthalmology." Information is presented on the cataract surgery underwent by the patient.
