Combining the randomness and ambiguity of the cloud model in precise values and the characteristics of fast generation of third-order Fibonacci sequences. A pseudo-random sequence generator of chaotic system combining cloud model with generalized third-order Fibonacci is proposed. Firstly, the chaotic sequence generated by the quantum logistic chaotic system is used as the parameter of the generalized third-order Fibonacci function model to achieve the dynamic randomness of the parameters, then the cloud droplet group generated by the cloud generator is used as the variable of the generalized third-order Fibonacci function, and then the generalized third-order Fibonacci function is coupled with the Logistic map to obtain the generalized third-order Fibonacci chaotic system model. Based on this model, a pseudo-random sequence generator is designed. The experimental simulation analysis shows that the generator can generate chaotic pseudo-random sequences quickly and in parallel form, and has the characteristics of simple structure, strong pseudo-randomness, uniform distribution and low correlation. In each time the chaotic pseudo-random sequence generated has independent randomness, and the periodicity cannot be found, thus, the fundamental defects in the design of chaotic pseudo-random sequence generator are overcome.
