According to the energy volatility of DC photovoltaic power supply system, municipal grid as the sources of energy compensation for load is proposed. In order to achieve power supply for DC load stability, the PWM rectifier circuit is joined in the system, when photovoltaic energy is shortage, the grid is added energy for load; when photovoltaic energy more than the load needed, the excess energy feeds to grid. Photovoltaic cells always work in maximum power point, in the back-end PWM rectifier. The load voltage stability is stabilized by voltage closed loop, and maximum power factor is achieved by current inner loop. After analyzing the PWM rectifier control, fuzzy inteHigent PID control is adopted in power control loop. The PID controller parameters are dynamically changed based on the tracking error signal. Simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control of PWM rectifier DC power supply can be achieved photovoltaic power system stability. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
