Abstract

This article aims to discuss the ERP system integration in the corporate cultures. It is result of a qualitative research in a pharmaceutical company, which was conducted through a case study by using participative watching and questionnaires. The analysis of the data compared to the theoretical reference allowed coming to the conclusion that culture tends to minimize the importance of IT factors as the unique element for improve the performance, because it interferes in the changing process, revealing the inter-subjective of the process.
