The objective of the research is to analyze the prospective strategic planning for the Cañar-Ecuador Judicial Council. It was approached methodologically from the descriptive type with non-experimental field design, collecting information on 13 people who work in the Provincial Directorate of the Council of the Judiciary of Cañar del Ecuador. The variables with the greatest deficiency are control audits, permanent training, internal process ambassadors, and process reengineering. The variables with the most conflict within the institution is the lack of coordination of internal processes, having ratings that range between more or less bad (3) and bad (2), having as a reference within the liker scale as the optimal point very good (7). The action strategies on these indicators have allowed a notable improvement, obtaining valuations of more or less good as a result.

The objective was based on analyzing the current competitiveness in the urban public transport sector of the companies Oroconti S.A., Multioro S.A and Ciudad de Machala S.A. Through a non-experimental descriptive methodology. Social responsibility in companies Oroconti S.A., Ciudad de Machala S.A. and Multioro S.A. undertakes with the users to inform all the security measures that are linked in their units, which makes it known that their professional drivers are trained and that they go through a database qualifying them as suitable to exercise their position, reflect as a company they adhere to the operations contracts and guidelines issued by the company superintendency of Ecuador and GAD Movilidad Machala. Thus, Oroconti S.A., has led in recognition in the transport sector in the city of Machala.

The objective of the research was to analyze the corporate image of the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security in the city of Cuenca. Methodologically developed from a non-experimental descriptive perspective, the population sample consisted of 698 members. The Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security, is going through both administrative and financial difficulties mainly due to the fact that the contributions of the affiliates do not cover health expenses and pensioners, each year its portfolio of accounts receivable has been growing and even more so the bad debt that the state maintains with the IESS, likewise since 2015 the national government eliminated the contribution of 40%, also the constant changes of managers and the increase in attention to members, family members and dependents.

The research aims to analyze the situational strategic planning (SSP) of the Institute for the Promotion of Human Talent of Ecuador. The methodology was based on a descriptive type with a non-experimental field design, with the population sample made up of 269 scholars from the Institute for the Promotion of Human Talent of Ecuador. The SSP helped to set priorities, allowing to focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the institute, helping to solve the problems of changes in the internal and external environment, it depends on it that the organizational objectives are successfully achieved. The IFTH in a period of 10 months can improve all the services in terms of scholarships in order to satisfy the needs of the scholarship recipients who are currently dissatisfied due to issues of dissatisfaction of the scholarship recipients.
