Sirerenomelia is one of the uncommon and fatal congenital anomalies. Its main characteristic is the fusion of the lower limbs or lack of one of them, it is accompanied by other anomalies such as renal agenesis, absence of the sacrum, rectum and bladder and pulmonary hypoplasia. We present a case diagnosed at birth at Bacir Ben Nacer Hospital of Wilaya El Oued in Algeria, describing the clinical characteristics.
