- Abstract
This article analyzes the non State actors in International law of human right (excluding international organizations), taking into account some challenges. International challenges of International law of human rights by the presence of non state actors are present in sectors like International humanitarian law, guiding principles business and human rights, sustainable developments goals, and among others, raise the question if we are in an International law in transition. The rupture of the interstate feature in International law is not a new phenomenon. But present challenges pose the need to transform some relevant questions in the theory of subjects, of norms and even in the conception of International. Classical approaches do not work in present times. Foundations of International law and International human rights law must change. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
