Infantile hemangioma (IH) is the most common vascular tumour of infancy and childhood. His are benign tumours that appears usually days or weeks after birth, but some of them show precursor lesions such as anemic, reddish-blue or blue maculae, telangiectasias and port-wine stain lesions. Bacille Calmette Guerin (BCG) is the current vaccine for tuberculosis. It was first used in 1921. There were described different cutaneous reactions or complications at the injection site or at distance. We describe a case of IH arising at the site of BCG vaccination in an infant, situation which has not been reported in the literature [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
