The article reviews correlation between the concepts of historical and non-historical which form the author’s artistic philosophy in E. Vodolazkin’s novel “The Aviator”. The interpretation of historical process in the novel is analyzed in the context of theories by M. Blok, A. Gurevich, B. Uspensky as well as philological works by E. Vodolazkin which help to characterize the author’s intent with better precision. The reflections about time and history occupy an important part in The Aviator, the concept is being formed both from the viewpoint of the main character Innokenty as well as in the polylog of the collective diary writings. The main source of the concept is the whole complex of E. Vodolazkin’s scientific views consistently stated in his work World History in the Literature of Ancient Rus (based on the material of chronographic and the Palaea narrative of the XI-XV centuries).

The article deals with the representation of the game beginning in the poetry of A.N. Vertinsky. The main attention is paid to the study of space-time relations in verses of different years. The combination of the past, present and future withing a single poem allows you to create an image of the hero, to characterize his personality, to show how his life will develop. Dream and reality in the poet’s work form a single world, constantly intersecting in the life and fate of the hero. Occurring and dreaming events are perceived as equivalent.

The poems of the first book of verse by M. Voloshin are analysed in terms of life and death, instant and eternity, philosophy of time, subtext and secret meaning. The cycle of little poems “When Time stops” is analysed. The main thing is the concept of “cave - space” in the sonnet “Grotto of Nymphs” set against antroposophic theory. The tie of the verse with the treatise of Greek thinker Porfiriy is traced. The sonnet is perceived as mystical project of poet’s fate.

In article specifics of space and time in a bible discourse of A. Bely are considered. The analysis of poetic texts is carried out in semantic aspect with application of a method of text parallels. In work research in works of the poet of functioning of the bible text in the analysis of existential categories is new. The dominating types of spaces are defined. The offered view of minus-space as a uniform text opens the « poetic » concept of life of the lyrical hero. The contextual antinomy of emptiness-light revealed by the author is presented as the main. Supervision over genesis of emptiness and light in A. Bely’s poetry allowed to show an originality of semantic oppositions, their wide variability.

The article looks upon the role of memory as a key element of Nabokov’s poetics (based on his novel “Ada or Ardor”), it also analyzes Nabokov’s “theory” of time and space in Nabokov’s art. Scientific novelty of the article is conditioned by the approach to the problem itself: by multilateral means such as intertextual, hermeneutic and literary analysis the article reveals essential characteristics of Nabokov’s attitude towards such key metaphysical concepts as time, memory and space. The ontologic analysis of the philosophical and ethical notions presented here is an advance in comprehension of the rich metaphorical and symbolical structure of one of Nabokov’s most complicated and mysterious novels

This article reveals the meaning of the category of time, which is cultural history and philosophical category in poetry of O. Mandelshtam. Ancient cultures exist in culture and the arts always. According to the artist’s will, they resurrect in the eternity. It’s an understanding of time in the context of history. But there is a philosophical understanding of time. The author of the article concludes that Osip Mandelstam understands the value of time as a special condition, catalyst, a way of being human in the world, which promotes the development, change and growth of a person. Time as «flesh active», is in the poems of O. Mandelshtam.

In the article there has been presented the analysis of the poems by Joseph Brodsky, devoted to the historic personalities, on the basis of which the question of the meaning of the historic character in the perception of the poet is being solved.
