With the rise of digital campuses, online learning platforms, and the improvement of educational technology, the interaction between teachers and students has entered a new stage. Especially under the influence of CSCL (Computer Supported Collaborative Learning), computer-assisted collaborative learning, and E-learning (Electronic Learning) network digital learning that emerged in recent times, new technologies are changing the way people learn. Students' learning is not limited to one-way absorption of knowledge taught by teachers, and the interaction between students and teachers, students and students, and the interaction between students and the teaching environment are increasingly appearing in modern teaching classrooms. This paper optimizes the physical education management based on the clustering algorithm under the background of big data, uses the popular Java language to write codes to realize all the functions of the algorithm, and uses some small examples to prove the correctness of the fuzzy clustering algorithm sex. The algorithm reads a file through the input and output streams FileReader and BufferedReader. The content of the file is the relevant information of the physical education mode. It gives the methods to calculate the cluster center (i.e., the center of mass), calculate the distance, correct the fuzzy classification matrix, and display the matrix. (i.e., output matrix), conversion to deterministic classification method, calculation of classification coefficients, and basic functions such as average fuzzy entropy. According to the data, if the FCM clustering method is not used, but the previous average method is used as the evaluation basis, there will be results that we do not want to see, but if we use the FCM algorithm, the evaluation result is that what we want to see is more specific. Ideological and political course is a key course to implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people. Teaching evaluation is an important part of the construction of ideological and political courses. Constructing a perfect teaching evaluation index system is an urgent need to further deepen the teaching reform of ideological and political courses and improve the teaching quality of ideological and political courses. In order to improve the practical application effect of mixed teaching mode, an online and offline mixed teaching effect evaluation method based on big data analysis is proposed. Firstly, the big data in the process of mixed teaching are collected by using big data technology, and the evaluation index system is constructed from three dimensions. The required data are extracted according to the index, and then the association rules between the relevant data of the evaluation index are established, the phase space distribution of the data is obtained. Finally, the constraint parameter analysis method is used to fuse the control variables and explanatory variables of the index-related data to realize the online and offline mixed teaching effect evaluation. The application analysis results show that the method in this paper obtains ideal evaluation results of online and offline mixed teaching effects, which is conducive to improving teaching quality. Slow reading speed is a common problem among Chinese college students' English learning, limiting the amount of reading done and thus directly affecting English-level improvement. Teachers in English classes place a premium on improving students' reading skills but the results are not immediately apparent. Even if many students have strong vocabulary and grammar skills, they will never be able to read English fluently. Teachers should prioritize not only students' knowledge acquisition and intelligence development but also the development of students' interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence in order to maximize their potential. This paper uses multimedia technology to investigate the role of multimedia technology in improving college English-reading efficiency and analyzes how teachers and students can play a positive role in improving the efficiency of college multimedia teaching using data mining technology, which shows that students' predictive reading skills can help them improve their reading efficiency. Teachers can also supervise and ask questions about students' learning progress via computers, communicate effectively with students, and provide timely feedback on students' learning results using multimedia technology. This article reports the results of an experimental study during the participation in the animation teaching system (ATS) by students of Digital Media Art at Kunming University (KU) and by students of digital media technology at Hunan University of Science and Engineering (HUSE), respectively. The experimental results are used to observe whether the students' scores on their work differed after using the ATS in different program contexts. The type of experiment in this study was quasiexperiment, with one experimental group and one control group at each university. Students from both universities participated in a pretest and a posttest. In accordance with the purpose of the study, we focused data analysis on the same group of posttest scores at both universities for analysis, i.e., two experimental groups for between-group comparisons and two control groups for between-group comparisons. The Mann–Whitney U test was used for comparative and quantitative analysis. The study examined that the experiment's digital media art students outperformed the digital media technology students. With the development and improvement of the humanization and quality of English teaching, the multidimensional teaching of English has formed a powerful learning model and teaching method. The teaching of dual-coding theory assisted by computer teaching software mainly focuses on the dual activation representation of language combined with nonverbal graphic recognition to complete the recognition of information. According to the dual-coding hypothesis, in Gilford's intelligence theory, the capacity of spatial and information recognition and reading is highly significant. With the large amount of visual recognition and information acquisition, images involve spatial domain information reading, which is a learning method based on the principle of information feature recognition. Based on the principle of dual-coding theory, it is a very effective way to present information and recall specific information in the form of vision and language. In this study, the application research for the purpose of English vocabulary teaching is adopted that has strong innovative and practical characteristics. According to the steps and contents of English vocabulary learning, the study is carried out step by step from the context in detail, so it continuously improves the learning quality and efficiency of English vocabulary teaching. Vocabulary teaching can help the students better improve their cognitive level of vocabulary and meet the vocabulary test requirements of the new institution entrance examination. Further, how to improve the effect of senior high school English vocabulary teaching is a major topic in the field of senior high school English teaching. In order to sort out this issue, I proposed a computer-aided dual-coding theory to help quickly understand vocabulary usage in order to increase learning efficiency.
