Considering the influence of thermal stress and material property variations, this study employs the Navier–Stokes equations and Fourier heat conduction law to establish a semi-implicit time-domain numerical analysis method for hypersonic aerothermal-structural coupling. Study the temporal variation pattern of different regions of the composite material wing under aerodynamic heating. Using the obtained transient temperature field of the wing, the thermal modal of the wing at different time points is calculated using the finite element method. Additionally, it conducts an analysis and discussion on the factors influencing the thermal modal. Composites can be effectively utilized as thermal protection materials for aircraft. During the aerodynamic heating process, the leading edge temperature reaches thermal equilibrium first, followed by the trailing edge, and the belly plate experiences a slower thermal response. Temperature rise significantly affects higher-order modes, with the change in material properties during the early stages of heating being the dominant factor. This leads to a faster decrease in natural frequency. As heat conduction progresses, the influencing factors of thermal stresses gradually increase, and the natural frequency decreases slowly or even rises. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

BAZ2A, an epigenetic regulatory factor that affects ribosomal RNA transcription, has been shown to be highly expressed in several cancers and promotes tumor cell migration. This study explored the expression and mechanism of BAZ2A in tumorigenesis at the pan-cancer level. The Cancer Genome Atlas, Gene Expression Omnibus databases and TIMER2.0, cBioPortal and other tools were used to analyze the level of expression of BAZ2A in various tumor tissues and to examine the relationship between BAZ2A and survival, prognosis, mutation and immune invasion. In vitro experiments were performed to assess the function of BAZ2A in cancer cells. Using combined transcriptome and proteome analysis, we examined the possible mechanism of BAZ2A in tumors. BAZ2A exhibited high expression levels in multiple tumor tissues and displayed a significant association with cancer patient prognosis. The main type of BAZ2A genetic variation in cancer is gene mutation. Downregulation of BAZ2A inhibited proliferation, migration, and invasion and promoted apoptosis in LM6 liver cancer cell. The mechanism of BAZ2A in cancer development may involve lipid metabolism. Differentiating tuberculous pleural effusion (TPE) from non-tuberculosis pleural effusion remains a challenge in clinical practice. This study aimed to develop and externally validate a novel prediction model using the peripheral blood tuberculous infection of T cells spot test (T-SPOT.TB) to assess the probability of TPE in patients with unexplained pleural effusion. Patients with pleural effusion and confirmed etiology were included in this study. A retrospective derivation population was used to develop and internally validate the predictive model. Clinical, radiological, and laboratory features were collected, and important predictors were selected using the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator. The prediction model, presented as a web calculator, was developed using multivariable logistic regression. The predictive performance of the model was evaluated for discrimination and calibration and verified in an independent validation population. The developed prediction model included age, positive T-SPOT.TB result, logarithm of the ratio of mononuclear cells to multiple nuclear cells in pleural effusion (lnRMMPE), and adenosine deaminase in pleural effusion ≥ 40 U/L. The model demonstrated good discrimination [with area under the curve of 0.837 and 0.903, respectively] and calibration (with a Brier score of 0.159 and 0.119, respectively) in both the derivation population and the validation population. Using a cutoff value of 60%, the sensitivity and specificity for identifying TPE were 70% and 88%, respectively, in the derivation population, and 77% and 92%, respectively, in the validation population. Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the leading cause of dementia worldwide, with recent studies highlighting the potential role of immunogenic cell death (ICD) in the pathogenesis of this neurodegenerative disorder. A total of 52 healthy controls and 64 patients with AD were included. Compared to the controls, the patients with AD exhibited 2392 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), of which 1015 and 1377 were upregulated and downregulated genes, respectively. Among them, nine common genes were identified by intersecting the AD-related module genes with the DEGs and ICD-associated genes. Gene ontology (GO)analysis further revealed "positive regulation of cytokine production" as the most significant term. Moreover, the enriched molecular functions were primarily related to the inflammatory body complex, while the overlapping genes were significantly enriched in lipopolysaccharide binding. Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes (KEGG) analysis also indicated that these overlapping genes were mainly enriched in immunity, inflammation, and lipid metabolism pathways. Furthermore, the following four hub genes were detected using machine learning algorithms: P2RX7, HSP90AA1, NT5E, and NLRP3. These genes demonstrated significant differences in expression between the AD and healthy control groups (P < 0.05). Additionally, the area under the curve values of these four genes were all > 0.7, indicating their potential diagnostic value for AD. We further validated the protein levels of these four genes in the hippocampus of 3xTg-AD and C57BL/6J mice, showing P2RX7 and HSP90AA1 expression levels consistent with the previously analyzed trends. Finally, the single-sample gene set enrichment analysis (ssGSEA) algorithm provided additional evidence by demonstrating the crucial role of immune cell infiltration and its link with the hub genes in AD progression. Our study results suggest that ICD-mediated elevation of HSP90AA1 and P2RX7 levels and the resulting induction of tau hyperphosphorylation and neuroinflammation are vital in the AD pathogenic mechanism. Endometriosis (EMT) is an aggressive disease of the reproductive system, also called "benign cancer". However, effective treatments for EMT are still lacking in clinical practice. Interestingly, immune infiltration is significantly involved in EMT pathogenesis. Currently, no studies have shown the involvement of cuproptosis-related genes (CRGs) in regulating immune infiltration in EMT. This study identified three CRGs such as GLS, NFE2L2, and PDHA1, associated with EMT using machine learning algorithms. These three CRGs were upregulated in the endometrium of patients with moderate/severe EMT and downregulated in patients with infertility. Single sample genomic enrichment analysis (ssGSEA) revealed that these CRGs were closely correlated with autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus. Furthermore, these CRGs were correlated with immune cells such as eosinophils, natural killer cells, and macrophages. Therefore, profiling patients based on these genes aid in a more accurate diagnosis of EMT progression. The mRNA and protein expression levels of GLS, NFE2L2 and PDHA1 were validated by qRT-PCR and WB studies in EMT samples. These findings provide a new idea for the pathology and treatment of endometriosis, suggesting that CRGs such as GLS, NFE2L2 and PDHA1 may play a key role in the occurrence and development of endometriosis.
