Abstract The realization of two-bore complementary ventilation in construction tunnels is a new challenge. This paper takes two-way four-lane, six-lane and eight-lane tunnel as the research object, and studies the possibility of two-bore complementary construction ventilation and the influence of construction parameters on the effect of complementary ventilation when when there is a difference in wind demand of double-bore. The results show that: two-bore six-lane tunnel is in line with the characteristics of the complementary construction ventilation, when the distance from the wind pipe outlet to the working surface is 20 m, the height of the upper step is 3.5 m, and the safety distance between the working face of the twin holes is 50 m, the ventilation effect of double-hole complementary construction is enhanced. This kind of ventilation can introduce the surplus airflow from the tunnel with small air demand to the tunnel with large air demand, reduce the energy consumption of the tunnel ventilator in the tunnel with large air demand, and enrich the theory of the tunnel construction of the long double-cavity construction.

Abstract The ratio of non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol, or NHHR, has garnered increased attention because of its connection to metabolic diseases. It is yet unknown, nevertheless, how NHHR and sarcopenia relate to one another in the US population. Examining the relationship between NHHR and the prevalence of sarcopenia in the US population is the main goal of this study. Utilizing information gathered from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2011 to 2018, a study was conducted to look at the connection between NHHR and sarcopenia in the US population. The individuals’ baseline features were categorized based on whether or not sarcopenia was present. We used subgroup analysis, restricted cubic spline (RCS), and weighted logistic regression to examine the connection between NHHR and sarcopenia prevalence. Abstract Green mining is the basic background of high-quality mining, and source reduction is the most important part, among which the optimization of working face height and length is the most active. How to control the working face parameters, reasonably evaluate the surface subsidence characteristics of the super-long working face, and identify the limit working face length and the surface discontinuous deformation threshold is particularly important. In order to solve the problem of irreversible damage to the surface caused by the mining process of the working face, this paper discusses the whole process of surface movement in the 8.8 m super-large mining height working face of Shangwan Coal Mine through field investigation, the maximum subsidence is 6.20 m, with a subsidence coefficient of 0.72. Combined with the inflection point trajectory, advancing degree and subsidence coefficient, the 0.9 coefficient of the working face subsidence basin boundary and the loss reduction strategy far from the limit working face threshold are proposed. The results show that the subsidence basin of 12,401 working face accounts for 34%, the continuous deformation area of surface accounts for 64%, and the influence area of discontinuous deformation area is within 10 times of mining height. With the help of borehole detection verification, the caving zone height within the coal seam overburden to be between 33.2 and 33.25 m and the fracture zone height between 118.08 and 132.83 m. Therefore, the caving ratio is about 3.8, and the fracture ratio is about 13–15, which provides a strong basis for the optimization design of working face and the timing of surface ecological management.

Abstract To improve the mechanical properties of the rolling body surface of wind power bearings, extend its service life. In this study, a large-scale molecular/atomic parallel processor LAMMPS was introduced, and then the process of magnetron sputtering technology in the preparation of DLC/Ni-DLC thin films on the 42CrMo substrate material was simulated. The effects of deposition parameters such as sputtering temperature, sputtering voltage, deposition air pressure, and Ni doping on the residual stress, film base bonding, and organizational structure of the thin films were investigated. The simulation results show that for different deposition parameters, the atomic tensile and compressive stresses existed simultaneously in DLC/Ni-DLC films, and the residual stresses were between − 0.504–5.003 Gpa and − 2.11–0.065 Gpa, respectively; the doping of Ni effectively improved the distribution of hybrid structure and the mechanical properties of the DLC films, and the ratio of the sp3 hybrid structure in the film organization was about 2.56 times higher than that of the non-doped films, and the membrane base bonding force was increased by 32.78% and the residual stress is reduced and transitioned from tensile stress to compressive stress. In addition, it was observed that the thickness of the mixed layer of DLC/Ni-DLC films with the substrate was not increased after the thickness of the mixed layer was extended to about 2 nm. Nickel doping and reasonable control of deposition parameters help to reduce the residual stress and improve the bonding strength of the film by changing the organizational structure of the film, which provides an important theoretical and scientific basis for the preparation of low-stress, high-performance and long-life DLC films and the wide application of rolling bodies for wind power bearings under complex working conditions.

Abstract Extensive research has focused on the impact of weather on working capacity and income. However, in regions where income data largely relies on surveys, a pivotal yet underexplored question is whether weather not only influence real income but also introduce biases into survey-collected income data. We analyze longitudinal data from the China Health and Nutrition Survey and corresponding weather records from the Global Surface Summary of the Day, and uncover a negative correlation between survey-day temperature and self-reported annual income from the previous year. With a series of robustness checks, we confirm that the effect is primarily driven by behavioral factors rather than actual income changes. And threshold regression analyses show that the impact of temperature is more pronounced on hot days and relatively subdued or even reversed on cooler days. Further analyses indicate that mood, rather than cognitive capacity, plays a central role in causing the observed downward bias.

Abstract To explore the molecular network mechanism of Celastrol in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) based on a novel strategy (integrated systems pharmacology, proteomics, transcriptomics and single-cell transcriptomics). Firstly, the potential targets of Celastrol and RA genes were predicted through the database, and the Celastrol-RA targets were obtained by taking the intersection. Then, transcriptomic data and proteomic data of Celastrol treatment of RA were collected. Subsequently, Celastrol-RA targets, differentially expressed genes, and differentially expressed proteins were imported into Metascape for enrichment analysis, and related networks were constructed. Finally, the core targets of Celastrol-RA targets, differentially expressed genes, and differentially expressed proteins were mapped to synoviocytes of RA mice to find potential cell populations for Celastrol therapy. A total of 195 Celastrol-RA targets, 2068 differential genes, 294 differential proteins were obtained. The results of enrichment analysis showed that these targets, genes and proteins were mainly related to extracellular matrix organization, TGF-β signaling pathway, etc. The results of single cell sequencing showed that the main clusters of these targets, genes, and proteins could be mapped to RA synovial cells. For example, Mmp9 was mainly distributed in Hematopoietic cells, especially in Ptprn+fibroblast. The results of molecular docking also suggested that Celastrol could stably combine with molecules predicted by network pharmacology. In conclusion, this study used systems pharmacology, transcriptomics, proteomics, single-cell transcriptomics to reveal that Celastrol may regulate the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway by regulating key targets such as TNF and IL6, and then play an immune regulatory role.

Abstract Multiple myeloma (MM) is the second most common hematological malignancy, and angiogenesis determines its progression. In the tumor microenvironment, normal fibroblasts (NFs) are transformed into cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs), which can promote angiogenesis. Microribonucleic acid-21 (miR-21) is highly expressed in various tumors. However, research on the relationship between tumor angiogenesis and miR-21 is rare. We analyzed the relationship between miR-21, CAFs, and angiogenesis in MM. NFs and CAFs were isolated from the bone marrow fluids of patients with dystrophic anemia and newly-diagnosed MM. Co-culturing of CAF exosomes with multiple myeloma endothelial cells (MMECs) showed that CAF exosomes were able to enter MMECs in a time-dependent manner and initiate angiogenesis by promoting proliferation, migration, and tubulogenesis. We found that miR-21 was abundant in CAF exosomes, entering MMECs and regulating angiogenesis in MM. By transfecting NFs with mimic NC, miR-21 mimic, inhibitor NC, and miR-21 inhibitor, we found that miR-21 significantly increased the expression of alpha-smooth muscle actin and fibroblast activation protein in NFs. Our results showed that miR-21 can transform NFs into CAFs, and that CAF exosomes promote angiogenesis by carrying miR-21 into MMECs. Therefore, CAF-derived exosomal miR-21 may serve as a novel diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target for MM.

Abstract Pregnant women infected with HCV should be given attention due to their special physiological stage and the effect on offspring health. To examine the prevalence of HCV infection among pregnant women in part of China and explore relevant factors during pregnancy, a cross-sectional study was conducted in four maternal and children health care institutions (MCHC) in Guangdong, Hunan and Chongqing. Pregnant women who were delivered, induced or spontaneous abortion were included and relevant information was collected through the Hospital Information System. Results showed that the prevalence of HCV among pregnant women in four MCHCs was 0.11% (95% CI 0.09–0.13%).
