To examine the association of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) with anemia among older people. 24,116 participants aged 50 years or above were recruited. Multivariable linear and logistic regression was used to assess the associations of self-reported ACEs number with hemoglobin concentrations (g/dL) and presence of anemia. Older individuals with two or more ACEs, versus no ACEs, showed lower hemoglobin concentrations (β = − 0.08 g/dL, 95% confidence intervals (CI) − 0.12 to − 0.03) and higher odds of anemia (odds ratio = 1.26, 95% CI 1.01–1.59). A more pronounced association between ACEs and anemia in the lower education group was found, while the association became non-significant in those with higher education (P for ACEs-education interaction = 0.02). ACEs was associated with anemia in older people, and the association was stronger in those with lower education, highlighting the significance of early-life psychological stressors assessment and consideration of education background in geriatric care. Glioblastoma is a highly aggressive and malignant type of brain cancer that originates from glial cells in the brain, with a median survival time of 15 months and a 5-year survival rate of less than 5%. Regulated cell death (RCD) is the autonomous and orderly cell death under genetic control, controlled by precise signaling pathways and molecularly defined effector mechanisms, modulated by pharmacological or genetic interventions, and plays a key role in maintaining homeostasis of the internal environment. The comprehensive and systemic landscape of the RCD in glioma is not fully investigated and explored. After collecting 18 RCD-related signatures from the opening literature, we comprehensively explored the RCD landscape, integrating the multi-omics data, including large-scale bulk data, single-cell level data, glioma cell lines, and proteome level data. We also provided a machine learning framework for screening the potentially therapeutic candidates. Here, based on bulk and single-cell sequencing samples, we explored RCD-related phenotypes, investigated the profile of the RCD, and developed an RCD gene pair scoring system, named RCD.GP signature, showing a reliable and robust performance in predicting the prognosis of glioblastoma. Using the machine learning framework consisting of Lasso, RSF, XgBoost, Enet, CoxBoost and Boruta, we identified seven RCD genes as potential therapeutic targets in glioma and verified that the SLC43A3 highly expressed in glioma grades and glioma cell lines through qRT-PCR. Our study provided comprehensive insights into the RCD roles in glioma, developed a robust RCD gene pair signature for predicting the prognosis of glioma patients, constructed a machine learning framework for screening the core candidates and identified the SLC43A3 as an oncogenic role and a prediction biomarker in glioblastoma. This study adopted a 256-slice iCT scanner with the double low-dose mode in left atrial-pulmonary venous computed tomography angiography (CTA) and explored its effect on image quality. 120 patients were included and randomly classified into the Observation group and Control group. Patients in the Control group underwent routine left atrial CTA, while patients in the Observation group performed a double low-dose mode. Other scanning parameters were consistent in the two groups. The Full model-based iterative reconstruction (MBIR) technique was applied to fulfill image reconstruction in observation group. Continuous variables, ordered categorical variables were analyzed by statistical test. The CT values of left atrial in the Observation group were significantly higher than those in the Control group. The exposure doses (ED) and iodine intake were lower in the Observation group, as compared to the Control group. The left atrial-pulmonary venous CTA with the 256-slice iCT scanner in a double low-dose mode can reduce the ED of radiation and iodine contrast while providing high quality images. With the development of social media, interactive activities such as anthropomorphic communications are more accessible and popular. The country-of-origin(COO) stereotype is one of the most important factors which influences individuals' attitudes toward brands. This study aims to investigate the feasibility and validity of anthropomorphic communication via social media on COO stereotypes in international competitions. Experimental results indicate that the strategy of using anthropomorphic communication has positive effects for developing countries, but not the same for developed countries; the perceived social presence mediates the relationship between anthropomorphic communication and COO stereotypes of developing countries. However, the mediating effect is not obvious in developed countries, the influence of anthropomorphic communication is effective and feasible only when individuals' mindset is global. The theoretical model in this paper is a useful supplement to the existing achievements of anthropomorphism and COO stereotypes, it provides a reference for enterprises in developing countries to use anthropomorphic strategies accurately to reduce negative COO stereotypes and improve international competitiveness, it also gives suggestions for companies in developed countries to adopt anthropomorphic communication strategies cautiously. Machine learning-aided medical decision making presents three major challenges: achieving model parsimony, ensuring credible predictions, and providing real-time recommendations with high computational efficiency. In this paper, we formulate medical decision making as a classification problem and develop a moment kernel machine (MKM) to tackle these challenges. The main idea of our approach is to treat the clinical data of each patient as a probability distribution and leverage moment representations of these distributions to build the MKM, which transforms the high-dimensional clinical data to low-dimensional representations while retaining essential information. We then apply this machine to various pre-surgical clinical datasets to predict surgical outcomes and inform medical decision making, which requires significantly less computational power and time for classification while yielding favorable performance compared to existing methods. Moreover, we utilize synthetic datasets to demonstrate that the developed moment-based data mining framework is robust to noise and missing data, and achieves model parsimony giving an efficient way to generate satisfactory predictions to aid personalized medical decision making. Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a progressive multi-organ disease with significant morbidity placing extensive demands on the healthcare system. Little is known about those individuals with CF who continually incur high costs over multiple years. Understanding their characteristics may help inform opportunities to improve management and care, and potentially reduce costs. The purpose of this study was to identify and understand the clinical and demographic attributes of frequent high-costing CF individuals and characterize their healthcare utilization and costs over time. A longitudinal study of retrospective data was completed in British Columbia, Canada by linking the Canadian CF Registry with provincial healthcare administrative databases for the period between 2009 and 2017. Multivariable Cox regression models were employed to identify baseline factors associated with becoming a frequent high-cost CF user (vs. not a frequent high-cost CF user) in the follow-up period. We found that severe lung impairment (Hazard Ratio [HR]: 3.71, 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.49–9.21), lung transplantation (HR: 4.23, 95% CI, 1.68–10.69), liver cirrhosis with portal hypertension (HR: 10.96, 95% CI: 3.85–31.20) and female sex (HR: 1.97, 95% CI: 1.13–3.44) were associated with becoming a frequent high-cost CF user. Fifty-nine (17% of cohort) frequent high-cost CF users accounted for more than one-third of the overall total healthcare costs, largely due to inpatient hospitalization and outpatient medication costs. This study aimed to explore how kinesin family member 2C (KIF2C) influences the progression of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The levels of KIF2C and microRNA-186-3p (miR-186-3p) were examined by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). Through the utilization of cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) assay, colony formation assay, wound closure assay, and Transwell assay, NSCLC cell proliferation, migration, and invasion were identified, respectively. NSCLC cell apoptosis was assessed using the TUNEL assay and flow cytometry (FCM) assay. Luciferase reporter analysis was used to investigate the relationship between KIF2C and miR-186-3p. Western blot assays were conducted to investigate the influence of KIF2C on the AKT-GSK3β-β-catenin pathway. The results showed that KIF2C was up‐regulated in NSCLC cells, which predicted poor prognosis. KIF2C overexpression promoted the proliferation, migration, and invasion of NSCLC cells as well as inhibited NSCLC cell apoptosis. KIF2C was as a key target of miR-186-3p. High expression of KIF2C, meanwhile, increased the levels of β-catenin, p-GSK-3β and phosphorylated protein kinase B (p-AKT). KIF2C downregulation and miR-186-3p upregulation reversed these outcomes. Using agricultural wastes as an alternative phosphorus (P) source has great prospects to improve soil P status. A 70-day incubation experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of superphosphate (SSP), poultry manure (PM), cattle manure (CM), maize straw (MS), and cattle bone meal (CB) with the same total P input on soil P availability and fractions in typical acidic (red soil) and alkaline (fluvo-aquic soil) soils. The results showed that in both fluvo-aquic and red soils, CM out-performed other P sources in improving soil P availability. Changes in soil Olsen-P (ΔOlsen-P) were greater in fluvo-aquic soils with SSP, PM and CM additions than in red soils. Among the different P sources used, only CM has increased the labile soil P fractions to levels similar to that with SSP. Compared with SSP, more monoester P and inositol hexakisphosphate were detected in soils amended with PM and CM. A structural equation model (SEM) analysis suggested that soil pH had a direct positive effect on the labile P fractions in the acidic red soil amended with different P sources. Extremely low lipid levels are considered a sign of debilitation and illness. The association between lipid levels and the risk of mortality in critically ill patients has not been well investigated. This study was designed to evaluate the association between lipid levels and all-cause and cause-specific mortality in critically ill patients using a large collaborative research database known as the eICU database. In total, 27,316 individuals with low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), total cholesterol (TC) and triglyceride (TG) measurements were analyzed. A J-shaped association was observed between LDL-C, HDL-C, and TC levels and all-cause and noncardiovascular mortality, with low concentrations associated with higher risk. LDL-C, HDL-C and TC levels in the first quintile were associated with higher all-cause and noncardiovascular mortality but not with cardiovascular mortality compared to the reference quintile. There was a marked synergistic effect between low LDL-C combined with low HDL-C on the risk of mortality. Individuals with LDL-C ≤ 96 mg/dL and HDL-C ≤ 27 mg/dL had an increased risk of all-cause mortality (OR 1.52, 95% CI: 1.26–1.82), cardiovascular mortality (OR 1.07, 95% CI: 1.37–1.76) and noncardiovascular mortality (OR 1.82, 95% CI: 1.37–2.43). The results of this observational cohort showed that low LDL-C, HDL-C and TC levels were independently associated with higher all-cause and noncardiovascular mortality in critically ill patients. Cholangioscopy is reportedly useful for selective guidewire placement across difficult biliary strictures, but few methods are available for complete stricture of biliary anastomosis. This study aimed to propose a guidewire puncture technique to recanalize totally obstructed anastomosis and discuss its safety and feasibility. From January 2015 to December 2021, a total of 11 patients with complete biliary anastomotic stricture after liver transplantation were enrolled. These patients underwent peroral single operator cholangioscopy (SpyGlass), whereas two failed cases on SpyGlass finally underwent percutaneous transhepatic cholangioscopy (PTCS). The steps of the recanalization technique were as follows: the stricture was viewed carefully to detect the closure point (CP) of the scar endoscopically, then the CP was targeted by the hard tip of the guidewire and broke through under guidance of the cholangioscope and fluoroscope. Complete occlusions were confirmed by SpyGlass in all cases. A total of 13 hard-tip guidewire punctures were performed under cholangioscopy, and ten punctures were successful (technical success rate, 76.9% [10/13]). After recanalization of the occluded anastomosis, plastic stent or metallic stent was deployed in three and seven patients, respectively. No procedure-related complications occurred during or after the cholangioscopy-assisted guidewire puncture. After a mean follow-up of 12 months, stents had been removed in five patients. The other six patients were still receiving stent treatment. This study demonstrated that the guidewire puncture technique under cholangioscopy is safe and feasible for complete stricture of biliary anastomosis, and the success rate is satisfactory. To investigate whether driving pressure–guided ventilation could contribute to a more homogeneous distribution in the lung for gynecological laparoscopy. Chinese patients were randomized, after pneumoperitoneum, to receive either positive end expiratory pressure (PEEP) of 5 cm H2O (control group), or individualized PEEP producing the lowest driving pressure (titration group). Ventilation homogeneity is quantified as the global inhomogeneity (GI) index based on electrical impedance tomography, with a lower index implying more homogeneous ventilation. The perioperative arterial oxygenation index and respiratory system mechanics were also recorded. Blood samples were collected for lung injury biomarkers including interleukin-10, neutrophil elastase, and Clara Cell protein-16. A total of 48 patients were included for analysis. We observed a significant increase in the GI index immediately after tracheal extubation compared to preinduction in the control group (p = 0.040) but not in the titration group (p = 0.279). Furthermore, the GI index was obviously lower in the titration group than in the control group [0.390 (0.066) vs 0.460 (0.074), p = 0.0012]. The oxygenation index and respiratory compliance were significantly higher in the titration group than in the control group. No significant differences in biomarkers or hemodynamics were detected between the two groups. Driving pressure–guided PEEP led to more homogeneous ventilation, as well as improved gas exchange and respiratory compliance for patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopy. Digging in hilly regions is an important measure to promote afforestation on difficult sites. In view of the working conditions to build fish-scale pit on slope, the auger mechanism of soil lifting and throwing was investigated in this study. This study utilized EDEM software to establish the operation model of the earth auger and conduct DEM (Discrete Element Method) virtual simulation experiments. A quadratic rotating orthogonal center combination test was implemented by setting the efficiency of conveying-soil (Y1) and the distance of throwing-soil (Y2) as the evaluation indices. Variance analysis and response surface optimization were performed on the virtual experimental data. The results indicated that the weight of the factors affecting the Y1 and Y2, were feeding speed > helix angle > rotating speed > slope angle, and slope auger > rotating speed > feeding speed > helix angle. The optimal parameter combination of each influencing factor was obtained. Among them, when the slope preparation was required, the optimal operating parameter combination of the auger was: Slope of 26.467°, Helix angle of 21.567°, Feeding speed of 0.1 m/s, Rotating speed of 67.408 r/min. Copper-induced death, also termed cuproptosis, is a novel form of programmed cell death and is promising as a new strategy for cancer therapeutics. Elevated copper levels in tumor cells are positively associated with high PD-L1 expression. Nonetheless, the prognostic significance of cuproptosis-related immune checkpoint genes (CRICGs) in hepatocellular carcinoma remains to be further clarified. This study aimed to construct the prognostic CRICG signature to predict the immunotherapy response and outcomes of HCC patients. The co-expressed CRICGs were first screened through Pearson correlation analysis. Based on the least absolute shrinkage and selection operator-COX regression analyses, we identified a prognostic 5-CRICGs model, which closely correlates with poor outcomes, cancer development, and immune response to hepatocellular carcinoma. External validation was conducted using the GSE14520 dataset. Lastly, qRT-PCR was performed to determine the expression of the CRICGs in HCC. In summary, we developed and validated a novel prognostic CRICG model based on 5 CRICGs. The determination of length of time from the last drinking is critical for cases like drunk driving, sexual assault victims, and also postmortem suspected poisoning cases. The study was aimed to established a method of estimating the time of last drinking through the pharmacokinetic study of conjugation metabolites of alcohol in blood after a single oral dose. Twenty-six volunteers (14 males) consumed alcohol with food at a fixed dose of 0.72 g/kg after fasting for 12 h. Five milliliters of blood were collected 120 h after the start of drinking, and all samples were analyzed with headspace-gas chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry. The time point of last drinking was estimated through the relationship between the concentration ratio of ethyl glucuronide to ethyl sulphate and the length of time after drinking. Pharmacokinetic parameters were analyzed by a pharmacokinetic software DAS according to the non-compartment model. A good correlation model was obtained from the relationship between concentration ratio of ethyl glucuronide to ethyl sulphate in blood and the time of alcohol use, and the margin of error was mostly lower than 10%. The time of maximum concentration, maximum concentration, and elimination half-life of ethyl glucuronide in blood were 4.12 ± 1.07 h, 0.31 ± 0.11 mg/L and 2.56 ± 0.89 h; the time of maximum concentration, maximum concentration, and elimination half-life of ethyl sulphate in blood were 3.02 ± 0.70 h, 0.17 ± 0.04 mg/L, and 2.04 ± 0.76 h. The study established a potential method to estimate the length of time after a moderate oral dose, and provided pharmacokinetic parameters of ethyl glucuronide and ethyl sulphate in Chinese population. Cellular biological networks represent the molecular interactions that shape function of living cells. Uncovering the organization of a biological network requires efficient and accurate algorithms to determine the components, termed communities, underlying specific processes. Detecting functional communities is challenging because reconstructed biological networks are always incomplete due to technical bias and biological complexity, and the evaluation of putative communities is further complicated by a lack of known ground truth. To address these challenges, we developed a geometric-based detection framework based on Ollivier-Ricci curvature to exploit information about network topology to perform community detection from partially observed biological networks. We further improved this approach by integrating knowledge of gene function, termed side information, into the Ollivier-Ricci curvature algorithm to aid in community detection. This approach identified essential conserved and varied biological communities from partially observed Arabidopsis protein interaction datasets better than the previously used methods. We show that Ollivier-Ricci curvature with side information identified an expanded auxin community to include an important protein stability complex, the Cop9 signalosome, consistent with previous reported links to auxin response and root development. The results show that community detection based on Ollivier-Ricci curvature with side information can uncover novel components and novel communities in biological networks, providing novel insight into the organization and function of complex networks. To obtain novel insights into the tumor biology and therapeutic targets of LUAD, we performed a comprehensive analysis of the KCTD family genes. The expression patterns and clinical significance of the KCTD family were identified through multiple bioinformatics mining. Moreover, the molecular functions and potential mechanisms of differentially expressed KCTDs were evaluated using TIMER 2.0, cBioPortal, GeneMANIA, LinkedOmics and GSEA. The results indicated that the mRNA and protein expression levels of KCTD9, KCTD10, KCTD12, KCTD15 and KCTD16 were significantly decreased in LUAD, while those of KCTD5 were significantly increased. High KCTD5 expression was significantly associated with advanced tumor stage, lymph node metastasis, TP53 mutation and poor prognosis. In addition, KCTD5 was positively correlated with CD8 + T cell, neutrophil, macrophage and dendritic cell infiltration. Additionally, KCTDs demonstrate promising prospects in the diagnosis of LUAD. Importantly, high KCTD5 expression was enriched in signaling pathways associated with the malignant progression of tumors, including the inflammatory response, the IL6/JAK/STAT3 signaling pathway, EMT and hypoxia. Further association analysis showed that KCTD5 was positively correlated with hypoxia-related genes such as HIF1. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between weight change patterns across adulthood and the risk of incident asthma later in life using data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2001–2018. In this retrospective cohort study, asthma was defined by self-report questionnaires, and age at diagnosis was used to estimate the time of asthma onset. Based on BMI at 25 years old (young adulthood) and BMI at 10 years before the survey (middle adulthood), patterns of weight change were divided into five categories including stable normal, non-obese to obese, obese to non-obese, maximum overweight and stable obese. A total of 27,359 participants (female 13,582, 49.6%) were enrolled in this study and during a mean follow-up of 9.8 years, 1035 subjects occurred asthma. After adjusting for age, gender, race, education, family income and smoking status, participants changing from non-obese to obese, stable obese had significantly higher risks of incident asthma than those with normal weight during adulthood (HR1.70, 95% CI 1.35–2.15, P < 0.0001; HR 1.66, 95% CI 1.21–2.19 P = 0.0019, respectively). This paper presents an experimental study to assess the behaviour of coal samples under tensile loadings to better understand the failure mechanisms and the interactions with the coal characteristics. A set of Brazilian splitting tests were carried out using disk specimens obtained from Tashan Coal Mine in China. The digital speckle correlation method and acoustic emission (AE) were used to capture the deformation localisation and AE characteristics of each specimen during the loading process. The precursor characteristics of AE and the failure mechanism are discussed. It was found that the entire loading process mainly consists of compaction, elastic and post-peak dropping stage without an obvious yielding stage. Two kinds of deformation localisation were observed: central symmetry and axis symmetry. The corresponding AE evolution patterns have different phases, including gradual rise, step rise, transient rise and steady rise. During the subcritical failure stage, AE counts demonstrate a "rapidly increasing + flatten" intermittent feature. Central nervous system tumors have resisted effective chemotherapy because most therapeutics do not penetrate the blood-tumor-brain-barrier. Nanomedicines between ~ 10 and 100 nm accumulate in many solid tumors by the enhanced permeability and retention effect, but it is controversial whether the effect can be exploited for treatment of brain tumors. PLX038A is a long-acting prodrug of the topoisomerase 1 inhibitor SN-38. It is composed of a 15 nm 4-arm 40 kDa PEG tethered to four SN-38 moieties by linkers that slowly cleave to release the SN-38. The prodrug was remarkably effective at suppressing growth of intracranial breast cancer and glioblastoma (GBM), significantly increasing the life span of mice harboring them. We addressed the important issue of whether the prodrug releases SN-38 systemically and then penetrates the brain to exert anti-tumor effects, or whether it directly penetrates the blood-tumor-brain-barrier and releases the SN-38 cargo within the tumor. We argue that the amount of SN-38 formed systemically is insufficient to inhibit the tumors, and show by PET imaging that a close surrogate of the 40 kDa PEG carrier in PLX038A accumulates and is retained in the GBM. We conclude that the prodrug penetrates the blood-tumor-brain-barrier, accumulates in the tumor microenvironment and releases its SN-38 cargo from within. Based on our results, we pose the provocative question as to whether the 40 kDa nanomolecule PEG carrier might serve as a "Trojan horse" to carry other drugs past the blood-tumor-brain-barrier and release them into brain tumors. A novel optimization method to control the symmetry of contact paths on the concave and convex tooth surfaces of the gear then improves the meshing quality was proposed. By modifying the angular setting of the head cutter when cutting the pinion, the direction angles of the two contact paths are equated to estimate their symmetry. The relation between the direction angles is formulated precisely, the influence of the angular setting on the contact paths is investigated, and the equations for obtaining the values of the machine tool settings are derived. The proposed method is applied to a numerical example of a Spirac hypoid gear pair, and the results reveal that the contact paths on the concave and convex tooth surfaces are approximately symmetrical and the transmission errors of both sides are comparable. Hand, foot, and mouth disease (HFMD) is a serious disease burden in the Asia–Pacific region, including China. This study calculated the transmissibility of HFMD at county levels in Jiangsu Province, China, analyzed the differences of transmissibility and explored the possible influencing factors of its transmissibility. We built a mathematical model for seasonal characteristics of HFMD, estimated the effective reproduction number (Reff), and compared the incidence rate and transmissibility in different counties using non-parametric tests, rapid cluster analysis and rank-sum ratio in 97 counties in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2020. The average daily incidence rate was between 0 and 4 per 100,000 people in Jiangsu Province from 2015–2020. The Quartile of Reff in Jiangsu Province from 2015 to 2020 was 1.54 (0.49, 2.50). Rugao District and Jianhu District had the highest transmissibility according to the rank-sum ratio. Reff generally decreased in 2017 and increased in 2018 in most counties, and the median level of Reff was the lowest in 2017 (P < 0.05). The transmissibility was different in 97 counties in Jiangsu Province. As an important protein source, soybean products can cause intestinal inflammation and injury in many animals including human beings, particularly infants and juvenile individuals. Research in this field has been performed for terrestrial animals and fish, but still lacks integrity and systematicness. In this study, the main biological processes in the intestinal tract of marine fish juvenile pearl gentian grouper in the state of soybean meal-induced enteritis (SBMIE) were analyzed. A total of 720 groupers with an approximate initial weight of 12.5 g were randomly divided into three groups: the fish meal (FM) control group, the 20% SBM group (SBM20), and the SBM40 group (n = 4). Three iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic diets were prepared and fed to fish for 10 weeks. Each barrel contained a water volume of about 1 m3 in and was exposed to natural light and temperature. Results indicated that the growth and physiology of groupers fed with SBM were significantly negatively affected, with the gene expressions of intestinal structural protein abnormal. 16SrDNA high-throughput sequencing showed that the intestinal microflora played an important role in the pathogenesis of pearl gentian grouper SBMIE, which may activate a variety of pathogen pattern recognition receptors, such as toll-like receptors (TLRs), RIG-I-like receptors, and nod-like receptors. Transcriptome analysis revealed that changes of the SBMIE signaling pathway in pearl gentian groupers were conservative to some extent than that of terrestrial animals and freshwater fish. Moreover, the TLRs-nuclear factor kappa-B signaling pathway becomes activated, which played an important role in SBMIE. Meanwhile, the signal pathways related to nutrient absorption and metabolism were generally inhibited. Metabolomics analysis showed that isoflavones and saponins accounted for a large proportion in the potential biomarkers of pearl gentian grouper SBMIE, and most of the biomarkers had significantly positive or negative correlations with each other; 56 metabolites were exchanged between intestinal tissues and contents, which may play an important role in the development of enteritis, including unsaturated fatty acids, organic acids, amino acids, vitamins, small peptides, and nucleotides, etc. These results provide a basic theoretical reference for solving the intestinal issues of fish SBMIE and research of inflammatory bowel disease in mammals. While achieving rapid developments in recent years, bispecific antibodies are still difficult to design and manufacture, due to mispair of both heavy and light chains. Here we report a novel technology to make bispecific molecules. The knob-into-hole method was used to pair two distinct heavy chains as a heterodimer. IgG4 S228P CH1-CL interface was then partially replaced by T-cell receptor α/β constant domain to increase the efficiency of cognate heavy and light chain pairing. Following expression and purification, the bispecific antibody interface exchange was confirmed by Western blotting and LC–MS/MS. To ensure its validity, we combined a monovalent bispecific antibody against PD-1 (sequence from Pembrolizumab) and LAG3 (sequence from Relatlimab). The results showed that the molecule could be assembled correctly at a ratio of 95% in cells. In vitro functional assay demonstrated that the purified bispecific antibody exhibits an enhanced agonist activity compared to that of the parental antibodies. Previous studies have investigated the association of the rs1805087 A/G variant of Methionine synthase gene with the susceptibility to prostate cancer (PCa). Nevertheless, the conclusions remain divergent. We performed a systemic analysis with odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (95% CIs) to assess Methionine synthase rs1805087 A/G variant and PCa risk. Furthermore, we utilized in silico analysis to investigate the relationship between Methionine synthase expression and the overall survival (OS) time. Totally, 10,666 PCa patients and 40,750 controls were included. We observed that Methionine synthase rs1805087 A/G variant is associated with an elevated risk of PCa (G-allele vs. A-allele: OR = 1.06, 95% CI = 1.01–1.11, P = 0.013; heterozygous model: OR = 1.08, 95% CI = 1.02–1.14, P = 0.009; dominant model: OR = 1.08, 95% CI = 1.02–1.14, P = 0.007). During stratified analysis, similar results were obtained in Asian populations, hospital-based, high quality studies and that with large sample size. Moreover, in silico analysis indicated the Methionine synthase expression is down-regulated in both young and old PCa subjects (P < 0.05). Compared with the normal subjects, the down-regulated expression of Methionine synthase was found in PCa cases with Gleason score 6 to 9. Duck Tembusu virus (DTMUV), a mosquito-borne Flavivirus, has caused serious economic losses for the Chinese poultry industry. The genome is translated into a polyprotein that is cleaved to mature protein by host and viral proteases in the host cell, and this proteolytic process is important for the viral life cycle. However, the cleavage mechanism of DTMUV polyprotein is still unclear. In this study, we identified that several amino acids (P1-R, P1′-G, P2-R, P3-T, and P4-V) were vital for NS2A/2B cleavage. Meanwhile, both NS2A and NS2B were essential in cis for polyprotein NS2A/2B intramolecular cleavage. Subsequently, a DTMUV replicon and an infectious clone showed that the P1 site is essential to viral replication, while a mutation in P1′ could boost viral RNA replication. Furthermore, a recombinant virus with P1 and P1′ site mutations named rDTMUV-NS2A/2B-P1P1′(AA) was rescued from transfected BHK21 cells. The maximum viral titers and viral genome copies of rDTMUV-NS2A/2B-P1P1′(AA) were much lower than those of rDTMUV-WT both in the intracellular and extracellular samples of transfected and infected BHK21 cells. For the problems of high noise and low efficiency of twin-screw air compressor, the mutual coupling effect of noise and structure for the twin-screw air compressor is studied by using acoustic-solid coupling technology. The simulation model of acoustic-structural coupling of twin-screw air compressor is established. Combining acoustic wave theory calculation with structural characteristics, the sound pressure level distribution and structural deformation law of different tangent planes of the shell at different frequencies under external excitation are studied. The results show that when the frequency is different, the more intensive the acceleration distribution on the shell surface is, the greater the sound pressure level is. At the same frequency, as the incident pressure wave increases, the deformation on the shell also increases, and the maximum shell deformation and the maximum sound pressure level both appear around 2000 Hz. Multivariable logistic regression analyses were used to identify risk factors for bone metastases in breast cancer, whereas Cox proportional hazards regression analyses were used to identify prognostic factors for breast cancer with bone metastasis (BCBM). Based on the identified risk and prognostic factors, we developed diagnostic and prognostic models that incorporate six machine learning classifiers. We then used the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve (AUC), learning curve, precision curve, calibration plot, and decision curve analysis to evaluate performance of the machine learning models. Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analyses showed that bone metastases were significantly associated with age, race, sex, grade, T stage, N stage, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, tumor size, brain metastasis, liver metastasis, lung metastasis, breast subtype, and PR. Univariate and multivariate Cox regression analyses revealed that age, race, marital status, grade, surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, brain metastasis, liver metastasis, lung metastasis, breast subtype, ER, and PR were closely associated with the prognosis of BCBM. The Hun-Taizi River watershed includes the main part of the Liaoning central urban agglomeration, which contains six cities with an 80-year industrial history. A total of 272 samples were collected from different land use areas within the study area to estimate the concentration levels, spatial distributions and potential sources of arsenic (As), cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), copper (Cu), mercury (Hg), nickel (Ni), lead (Pb) and zinc (Zn) with a geographic information system (GIS), principal component analysis (PCA) and canonical correspondence analysis (CCA). Only the concentration of Cd was over the national standard value (GB 15618–2018). However, the heavy metal concentrations at 24.54%, 71.43%, 63.37%, 85.71, 70.33%, 53.11%, and 72.16% of the sampling points were higher than the local soil background values for As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb and Zn, respectively, which were used as standard values in this study. The maximal values of Cd (16.61 times higher than the background value) and Hg (12.18 times higher than the background value) had high concentrations, while Cd was present in the study area at higher values than in some other basins in China. Cd was the primary pollutant in the study area due to its concentration and potential ecological risk contribution. The results of the potential ecological risk index (RI) calculation showed that the overall heavy metal pollution level of the soil was considerably high. Three groups of heavy metals with similar distributions and sources were identified through PCA. The results of the CCA showed that the distribution of mines was the strongest factor affecting the distributions of Ni, As, Zn, Pb, and Cd. However, Cu was strongly influenced by the distance to the nearest river. These findings can provide scientific support for critical planning and strategies for soil pollution control and removal to support the sustainable development of the study area. T cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (T-NHL) is highly invasive and heterogeneous without accurate prognosis prediction. We proposed peripheral CD16−/CD16 + monocytes the additional indicators for T-NHL prognosis. We prospectively recruited 31 T-NHL patients without previous treatment. The CD16−/CD16 + monocyte ratio before chemotherapy was calculated and regular follow up was performed to calculate prognostic prediction value. Tumor associated macrophages (TAM) in tumor tissue were counted and transcriptome sequencing of CD16− and CD16 + monocytes was applied to explore potential mechanisms. We found that T-NHL patients had higher ratio of total monocytes especially the CD16 + monocytes along with a decreased ratio of CD16−/CD16 + monocytes, compared to the health control. The 1-year overall survival rate was 0.492 and 0.755 for CD16− monocyte/CD16 + monocyte ratio of <11 and ≥11(p < 0.05), respectively. The peripheral CD16−/CD16 + monocyte ratio was significantly relevant with the pathological CD68/CD206 macrophage ratio. The differently expressed genes in CD16− and CD16 + monocytes from T-NHL patients were mainly involved in signaling molecules related to tumor microenvironment. Pro-tumor genes were identified in monocyte subsets especially in CD16 + monocytes. In conclusion, the ratio of peripheral CD16−/CD16 + monocyte helps to stratify the prognosis of T-NHL. The Yangtze River Estuary (YRE) is one of the world's largest river-tidal systems with rapidly changing hydrology and morphology following the construction of multiple dams. The effects of dam construction may extend to the region close to the coast, where channel stability depends on the asymmetry of the tide. Here, we focus on the possible effects of changing discharge regimes on tidal asymmetry in the YRE. Specifically, we focus on the difference in duration between ebb and flood, quantified as tidal duration asymmetry, because it has strong implications for residual sediment transport and can be derived from available water level data. To cope with nonstationary tides under the influence of a time-varying river discharge, a nonstationary harmonic analysis tool (NS_TIDE) is applied to explore the spatiotemporal variations in tidal duration asymmetry, under the influence of different combinations of tidal constituents. Tidal duration asymmetry initially increases, then slightly decreases, in an upstream direction. It experiences significant seasonal variations in response to rapidly varying discharge: tides are more asymmetric upstream of Zhenjiang in the dry season and more asymmetric downstream in the wet season. The combined effects of discharge regulation and morphological changes cause seasonal alterations in tidal duration asymmetry. In the wet season, reduced river discharge caused by water storage and climate change enhance the asymmetry upstream (+11.74% at Wuhu, +7.19 at Nanjing) while the asymmetry is weakened downstream (−2.90% at Zhenjiang, −7.19 at Jiangyin) following the TGD's operation. Downstream channel erosion caused by post-TGD lower sediment loads has become the dominant factor weakening tidal asymmetry in most parts of the YRE in the dry season. To investigate the effects of ocular torsion on horizontal motor fusion and stereopsis in normal adults and to probe the effects of torsion on peripheral fusion, macular fusion and foveal fusion. Twenty-five normal adults aged 30–38 were enrolled in this study. During the synoptophore assessment, the break points (BP) and recovery points (RP) of convergent fusion (CF) and divergent fusion (DF) and random-dots stereopsis were measured and analyzed at intorsion and extorsion of 3°, 5°, 7°, and 9°. According to the different sizes of the retinal areas stimulated by the synoptophore slides, fusion was classified into three categories: peripheral fusion (p-F), macular fusion (m-F) and foveal fusion (f-F). The p-F, m-F and f-F were analyzed and compared at the same torsional angle. There were significant differences in BPCF, RPCF, BPDF and RPDF among different torsion angles (ANOVA, P < 0.05). The Tukey's multiple comparison test showed that BPCF and RPCF of p-F, m-F and f-F decreased significantly at extorsion and intorsion ≥ 5°, compared with baseline (0° torsion) (P < 0.05). Compared with the baseline, BP of DF decreased significantly at torsion angles ≥ 3°, ≥ 5° and ≥ 7° for p-F, m-F, and f-F, respectively (P < 0.05), and RP of DF decreased significantly at torsion angles ≥ 5°, ≥ 9° and ≥ 7° for p-F, m-F, and f-F, respectively (P < 0.05). Off-line leachate collection from agricultural landscapes cannot guarantee precise evaluation of agricultural non-point source (ANPS) due to geospatial variations, time, and transportation from the field to the laboratory. Implementing an in-situ nitrogen and phosphorous monitoring system with a robust photochemical flow analysis is imperative for precision agriculture, enabling real-time intervention to minimize non-point source pollution and overcome the limitations posed by conventional analysis in laboratory. A reliable, robust and in-situ approach was proposed to monitor nitrogen and phosphorous for determining ANPS pollution. In this study, a home-made porous ceramic probe and the frequency domain reflectometer (FDR) based water content sensors were strategically placed at different soil depths to facilitate the collection of leachates. These solutions were subsequently analyzed by in-situ photochemical flow analysis monitoring system built across the field to estimate the concentrations of phosphorus and nitrogen. After applying both natural and artificial irrigation to the agricultural landscape, at least 10 mL of soil leachates was consistently collected using the porous ceramic probe within 20 min, regardless of the depth of the soil layers when the volumetric soil water contents are greater than 19%. The experimental results showed that under different weather conditions and irrigation conditions, the soil water content of 50 cm and 90 cm below the soil surface was 19.58% and 26.08%, respectively. The average concentrations of NH4+-N, NO3−-N, PO43− are 0.584 mg/L, 15.7 mg/L, 0.844 mg/L, and 0.562 mg/L, 16.828 mg/L and 0.878 mg/L at depths of 50 cm and 90 cm below the soil surface, respectively. Moreover, the comparison with conventional laboratory spectroscopic analysis confirmed R2 values of 0.9951, 0.9943, 0.9947 average concentration ranges of NH4+-N, NO3−-N, and PO43−, showcasing the accuracy and reliability of robust photochemical flow analysis in-situ monitoring system. In order to establish a connection between the ballistic performance and mechanical properties of armor steel, a ballistic simulation model was developed and subsequently validated for accuracy and reliability. The mechanical properties of the target plate were described using the Johnson–Cook constitutive relation. An analysis was conducted to investigate the impact of the J–C parameters of the target plate on its ballistic performance, revealing a strong linear relationship between them. Subsequently, a mathematical model represented as H = 14.82 − 0.0048A − 0.0023B + 5.95n − 81.3C was derived, and its accuracy was demonstrated to exceed 90%. This mathematical model can effectively predict the ballistic performance of the armor steel, even when its mechanical properties undergo variations during the production process. The identification and quantification of the ecological risks, sources and distribution of heavy metals in purple soils are essential for regional pollution control and management. In this study, geo-accumulation index (Igeo), enrichment factor (EF), pollution index (PI), potential ecological risk index (RI), principal component analysis (PCA) model and geographical detector (GD) were combined to evaluate the status, ecological risk, and sources of heavy metals (HMs) in soils from a typical purple soil areas of Sichuan province. The results showed that the average contents of As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Hg, Ni, Pb and Zn in purple soil were 7.77, 0.19, 69.5, 27.9, 0.077, 30.9, 26.5 mg/kg and 76.8 mg/kg, and the Igeo, EF and RI of topsoil Hg and Cd in designated area was the highest, and the average contents of Hg and Cd in topsoil were obviously greater than respective soil background value in Sichuan province and purple soil. The hot spots for the spatial distribution of 8 HMs were mainly focused in the southwest and northeast of the designated area, and there were also significant differences for 8 HMs distribution characteristics in the profile soil. Cu comes from both anthropogenic and natural sources, Zn, Ni and Cr mainly come from natural sources, but As, Pb, Hg and Cd mainly derived from human activities. GD results showed that soil texture (X18), altitude (X4), total nitrogen (TN), clay content (X3), sand content (X2) and silt content (X1) had the greatest explanatory power to 8 HMs spatial differentiation.This study provides a reference for understanding the status and influencing factors of HM pollution in typical purple soil, and lays a theoretical foundation for the environmental treatment of purple soil in China. Solar irrigation systems should become more practical and efficient as technology advances. Automation and AI-based technologies can optimize solar energy use for irrigation while reducing environmental impacts and costs. These innovations have the potential to make agriculture more environmentally friendly and sustainable. Solar irrigation system implementation can be hampered by a lack of technical expertise in installation, operation, and maintenance. It must be technically and economically feasible to be practical and continuous. Due to weather and solar irradiation, photovoltaic power generation is difficult for high-efficiency irrigation systems. As a result, more precise photovoltaic output calculations could improve solar power systems. Customers should benefit from increased power plant versatility and high-quality electricity. As a result, an artificial intelligence-powered automated irrigation power-generation system may improve the existing efficiency. To predict high-efficiency irrigation system power outputs, this study proposed a spatial and temporal attention block-based long-short-term memory (LSTM) model. Using MSE, RMSE, and MAE, the results have been compared to pre-existing ML and a simple LSTM network. Moreover, it has been found that our model outperformed cutting-edge methods. MAPE was improved by 6–7% by increasing Look Back (LB) and Look Forward (LF). A low profile wideband spiral antenna array is presented for global mid-band 5G beam steering applications. In the global rollout of mid-band 5G, different frequencies have been licensed within each region (e.g. 3.4–3.8 GHz in the EU and 3.7–5 GHz in the USA). Therefore, antenna arrays must be able to cover a bandwidth of 3.3 GHz to 5 GHz to provide true global coverage. Initially, this work presents the design of a wideband compressed spiral antenna that provides an axial beam throughout its operational bandwidth of 3.3 GHz to 5 GHz, enabling beam steering functionality. Then, this antenna has been placed in a 4 × 4 array with a triangular lattice. The proposed spiral antenna array can provide a scanning range of − 40° ≤ θ ≤ + 40° in all azimuth directions with an average back lobe level of less than − 9.5 dB. To evaluate the value of texture analysis based on dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) in the differential diagnosis of thymic carcinoma and thymic lymphoma. Sixty-nine patients with pathologically confirmed (thymic carcinoma, n = 32; thymic lymphoma, n = 37) were enrolled in this retrospective study. Ktrans, Kep and Ve maps were automatically generated, and texture features were extracted, including mean, median, 5th/95th percentile, skewness, kurtosis, diff-variance, diff-entropy, contrast and entropy. The differences in parameters between the two groups were compared and the diagnostic efficacy was calculated. The Ktrans-related significant features yielded an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.769 (sensitivity 90.6%, specificity 51.4%) for the differentiation between thymic carcinoma and thymic lymphoma. The Kep-related significant features yielded an AUC of 0.780 (sensitivity 87.5%, specificity 62.2%). To evaluate the value of texture analysis based on dynamic contrast enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI) in the differential diagnosis of thymic carcinoma and thymic lymphoma. Sixty-nine patients with pathologically confirmed (thymic carcinoma, n = 32; thymic lymphoma, n = 37) were enrolled in this retrospective study. Ktrans, Kep and Ve maps were automatically generated, and texture features were extracted, including mean, median, 5th/95th percentile, skewness, kurtosis, diff-variance, diff-entropy, contrast and entropy. The differences in parameters between the two groups were compared and the diagnostic efficacy was calculated. The Ktrans-related significant features yielded an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.769 (sensitivity 90.6%, specificity 51.4%) for the differentiation between thymic carcinoma and thymic lymphoma. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of exosomes derived from endothelial progenitor cells (EPC-Exo) on neointimal formation induced by balloon injury in rats. Furthermore, the study aims to investigate the potential of EPC-Exo to promote proliferation, migration, and anti-apoptotic effects of vascular endothelial cells (VECs) in vitro. The underlying mechanisms responsible for these observed effects will also be thoroughly explored and analyzed. Endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) was isolated aseptically from Sprague–Dawley (SD) rats and cultured in complete medium. The cells were then identified using immunofluorescence and flow cytometry. The EPC-Exo were isolated and confirmed the identities by western-blot, transmission electron microscope, and nanoparticle analysis. The effects of EPC-Exo on the rat carotid artery balloon injury (BI) were detected by hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, western-blot and qPCR. LPS was used to establish an oxidative damage model of VECs. The mechanism of EPC-Exo repairing injured vascular endothelial cells was detected by measuring the proliferation, migration, and tube function of VECs, actin cytoskeleton staining, TUNEL staining, immunofluorescence, western-blot and qPCR. In vivo, EPC-Exo exhibit inhibitory effects on neointima formation following carotid artery injury and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors, including TNF-α and IL-6. Additionally, EPC-Exo downregulate the expression of adhesion molecules on the injured vascular wall. Notably, EPC-Exo can adhere to the injured vascular area, promoting enhanced endothelial function and inhibiting vascular endothelial hyperplasia Moreover, they regulate the expression of proteins and genes associated with apoptosis, including B-cell lymphoma-2 (Bcl2), Bcl2-associated x (Bax), and Caspase-3. Lip-to-Speech (LTS) generation is an emerging technology that is highly visible, widely supported, and rapidly evolving. LTS has a wide range of promising applications, including assisting speech impairment and improving speech interaction in virtual assistants and robots. However, the technique faces the following challenges: (1) Chinese lip-to-speech generation is poorly recognized. (2) The wide range of variation in lip-speaking is poorly aligned with lip movements. Addressing these challenges will contribute to advancing Lip-to-Speech (LTS) technology, enhancing the communication abilities, and improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Currently, lip-to-speech generation techniques usually employ the GAN architecture but suffer from the following problems: The primary issue lies in the insufficient joint modeling of local and global lip movements, resulting in visual ambiguities and inadequate image representations. To solve these problems, we design Flash Attention GAN (FA-GAN) with the following features: (1) Vision and audio are separately coded, and lip motion is jointly modelled to improve speech recognition accuracy. (2) A multilevel Swin-transformer is introduced to improve image representation. (3) A hierarchical iterative generator is introduced to improve speech generation. (4) A flash attention mechanism is introduced to improve computational efficiency. Many experiments have indicated that FA-GAN can recognize Chinese and English datasets better than existing architectures, especially the recognition error rate of Chinese, which is only 43.19%, the lowest among the same type. When exposed to oxidative and electrophilic stress, a protective antioxidant response is initiated by nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2). However, the extent of its importance in the forensic diagnosis of acute ischemic heart diseases (AIHD), such as myocardial infarction (MI), remains uncertain. On the other hand, immunohistochemical analyses of fibronectin (FN) and the terminal complement complex (C5b-9) prove valuable in identifying myocardial ischemia that precedes necrosis during the postmortem diagnosis of sudden cardiac death (SCD). In this study, we investigated the immunohistochemical levels of Nrf2, FN, and C5b-9 in human cardiac samples to explore their forensic relevance for the identification of acute cardiac ischemia. Heart samples were obtained from 25 AIHD cases and 39 non-AIHD cases as controls. Nrf2 was localized in the nuclei of cardiomyocytes, while FN and C5b-9 were detected in the myocardial cytoplasm. The number of intranuclear Nrf2 positive signals in cardiomyocytes increased in AIHD cases compared to control cases. Additionally, the grading of positive portions of cardiac FN and C5b-9 in the myocardium was also significantly enhanced in AIHD, compared to controls. Collectively, these results indicate that the immunohistochemical investigation of Nrf2 combined with FN, and/or C5b-9 holds the potential for identifying early-stage myocardial ischemic lesions in cases of SCD. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) continues to impact global public health. The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) has become less virulent as it mutates, prompting China to ease restrictions at the end of 2022. With the complete reopening, a surge in COVID-19 cases has ensued. Therefore, we conducted a study to explore the correlation between plasma antibody levels and baseline conditions or clinical outcomes in severe and critical patients. We collected the basic information of 79 included patients. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) tests were performed on plasma samples. The receptor-binding domain (RBD) IgG antibody level of the mild group was significantly higher than that of the severe/critical group (P = 0.00049). And in the severe/critical group, there existed an association between plasma antibody levels and age (P < 0.001, r = − 0.471), as well as plasma antibody levels and vaccination status (P = 0.00147, eta2 = 0.211). Besides, the level of plasma antibody seemed to be moderately correlated with the age, indicating the need for heightened attention to infections in the elderly. Rare earth elements have excellent catalytic effects on improving hydrogen storage properties of the Mg2Ni-based alloys. This study used a small amount of Y to substitute Mg partially in Mg2Ni0.9Co0.1 and characterized and discussed the effects of Y on the solidification and de-/hydrogenation behaviors. The Mg2−xYxNi0.9Co0.1 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4) hydrogen storage alloys were prepared using a metallurgy method. The phase composition of the alloys was studied using X-ray diffraction (XRD). Additionally, their microstructure and chemical composition were studied using scanning electron microscopy and energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, respectively. The hydrogen absorption and desorption properties of the alloys were studied using pressure-composition isotherms and differential scanning calorimetric (DSC) measurements. The structure of the as-cast Mg2Ni0.9Co0.1 alloy was composed of the peritectic Mg2Ni, eutectic Mg–Mg2Ni, and a small amount of pre-precipitated Mg–Ni–Co ternary phases, and was converted into the Mg2NiH4, Mg2Ni0.9Co0.1H4, and MgH2 phases after hydrogen absorption. Furthermore, the XRD patterns of the alloys showed the MgYNi4 phase and a trace amount of the Y2O3 phase along with the Mg and Mg2Ni phases after the addition of Y. After hydrogen absorption, the phase of the alloys was composed of the Mg2NiH4, MgH2, MgYNi4, YH3, Y2O3, and Mg2NiH0.3 phases. With the increase of Y addition, the area ratios of the peritectic Mg2Ni matrix phase in the Mg2−xYxNi0.9Co0.1 (x = 0, 0.2, 0.3, and 0.4) alloys gradually decreased until they disappeared. However, the eutectic structure gradually increased, and the microstructures of the alloys were obviously refined. The addition of Y improves the activation performance of the alloys. The alloy only needed one cycle of de-/hydrogenation to complete the activation for x = 0.4. The DSC curves showed that the initial dehydrogenation temperatures of Mg2Ni0.9Co0.1 and Mg1.8Y0.2Ni0.9Co0.1 were 200 and 156 °C, respectively. The desorption activation energies of the hydrides of the Mg2Ni0.9Co0.1 and Mg1.8Y0.2Ni0.9Co0.1 alloys calculated using the Kissinger method were 94.7 and 56.5 kJ/mol, respectively.
