The age of Artificial Intelligence is the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The Fourth Industrial Revolution entered the literature for the first time with the use of the term "Industry 4.0" at the Hannover Fair in Germany. In fact, it can be said that this period or era started with the 21st century. Some writers refer to this era as "2. They also call it "machine age". The 4th industrial revolution is characterized by developments such as a much more widespread and mobile internet, smaller and more powerful sensors, artificial intelligence and machine learning. Among these, the main element that is thought to shape the future is Artificial Intelligence. The era of Artificial Intelligence or Industry 4.0 (Fourth Industrial Revolution) can also be explained as the period in which technology has reached its most advanced level in the 21st century, all desired results are now tried to be achieved through machines, and radical policy and practical changes are experienced in all areas such as economic, political, sociological, geographical, military, ideological, education, health, etc. before this era. This process deeply affects all countries of the world, and this impact will continue to increase in the future. Countries that can adapt to this process and complete their structural change, starting from now, will be successful. Countries that fall behind the age of artificial intelligence will experience significant losses. With this study, it has been discussed what path Turkey and Azerbaijan should follow in order not to fall behind in the current process and appropriate policies have been be suggested.
