Ask your Library Service has been running for 11 years. The successful operation of the service currently involves 77 Czech libraries. The article "All in the Same Chair?! The Cooperation of the Libraries in the Ask your Library Service" tries to describe how the libraries participate in the project. Their view of the service functioning is outlined and the ideas and plans for further development are evaluated in it. Participating libraries are also confronted with a user perspective. This article is based on a questionnaire survey, which was conducted among cooperating libraries as well as the users. The results of the survey allows to evaluate the current state of the service, the amount of participation by different libraries and also the possible development of further services. One of the communication channels with the library users is so called "Book of wishes and complaints". It has been kept for over fifty years. Perusing the volumes tell us how we changed or did not change in the eyes of users, what has bothered or pleased them and how they did change themselves.
