The revision rate in the mid-term has been 1.9% ( I n i = 1) secondary to rotator cuff failure which is similar to that reported for shoulder arthroplasty in the literature.[21] However our rate is lower than other series reporting stemless implants at 2.9%[19] and 7.7%.[22] Careful attention to surgical technique in our opinion, has been imperative in leading to our reported lower revision rate.
