In this paper, we proposed a novel stacked OLED device, which consists of a single layer of RGB units stacked vertically together. In the stacked OLED display, the pixel aperture ratio is about triple of traditional displays. The color gamut with DCI‐P3 (CIE1931) of the stacked device reaches 99% without color filter.
