In the present paper, under certain assumptions, we establish the convergence of iterates for self-mappings of complete metric spaces with graphs which are of a contractive type. The class of mappings considered in the paper contains the so-called cyclical mappings introduced by W. A. Kirk, P. S. Srinivasan and P. This paper aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the advancements made in understanding Iterative Fixed-Point Schemes, which builds upon the concept of digital contraction mappings. Additionally, we introduce the notion of an Iterative Fixed-Point Schemes in digital metric spaces. In this study, we extend the idea of Iteration process Mann, Ishikawa, Agarwal, and Thakur based on the ϝ-Stable Iterative Scheme in digital metric space. We also design some fractal images, which frame the compression of Fixed-Point Iterative Schemes and contractive mappings. Furthermore, we present a concrete example that exemplifies the motivation behind our investigations. The rationale of this work is to introduce the notion of graphical symmetric spaces and some fixed-point results are proved for H - (ϑ , φ) -contractions in this setting. The idea of graphical symmetric spaces generalizes various spaces equipped with a function which characterizes the distance between two points of the space. Some topological properties of graphical symmetric spaces are discussed. Some fixed-point results for the mappings defined on graphical symmetric spaces are proved. The fixed-point results of this paper generalize and extend several fixed-point results in this new setting. This paper aims to give an extended class of contractive mappings combining types of Suzuki contractions α-admissible mapping and Wardowski F-contractions in b-metric-like spaces. In our joint work with Dan Butnariu (2006) we established the stability of the convergence of iterates of a nonexpansive mapping on a complete metric space in the presence of summable computational errors. In a recent paper of ours, we extended this result to inexact iterates of nonexpansive mappings on complete metric spaces with graphs under a certain assumption on the iterates. This paper discusses some properties of complex-valued fuzzy metric spaces and introduces the α -admissible mappings in the setting of complex-valued fuzzy metric spaces. We establish fixed point theorems for mappings satisfying symmetric contractive conditions with control functions. The results of this paper generalize, extend, and improve several results from metric, fuzzy metric, and complex-valued fuzzy metric spaces. The concept of symmetry has played a major role in Hilbert space setting owing to the structure of a complete inner product space. Subsequently, different studies pertaining to symmetry, including symmetric operators, have investigated real Hilbert spaces. In this paper, we study the solutions to multiple-set split feasibility problems for a pair of finite families of β -enriched, strictly pseudocontractive mappings in the setup of a real Hilbert space. In view of this, we constructed an iterative scheme that properly included these two mappings into the formula. Under this iterative scheme, an appropriate condition for the existence of solutions and strong and weak convergent results are presented. No sum condition is imposed on the countably finite family of the iteration parameters in obtaining our results unlike for several other results in this direction. In addition, we prove that a slight modification of our iterative scheme could be applied in studying hierarchical variational inequality problems in a real Hilbert space. In this paper, we introduce the novel concept of generalized distance denoted as J θ and call it an extended b-generalized pseudo-distance. With the help of this generalized distance, we define a generalized point to set distance J θ (u , H ★) , a generalized Hausdorff type distance and a P J θ -property of a pair (H ★ , K ★) of nonempty subsets of extended b-metric space (U ★ , ρ θ). Additionally, we establish several best proximity point theorems for multi-valued contraction mappings of Nadler type defined on b-metric spaces and extended b-metric spaces. This article examines the process for solving the fixed-point problem of Bregman strongly nonexpansive mapping as well as the variational inequality problem of the pseudomonotone operator. Within the context of p-uniformly convex real Banach spaces that are also uniformly smooth, we introduce a modified Halpern iterative technique combined with an inertial approach and Tseng methods for finding a common solution of the fixed-point problem of Bregman strongly nonexpansive mapping and the pseudomonotone variational inequality problem. Using our iterative approach, we develop a strong convergence result for approximating the solution of the aforementioned problems. We also discuss some consequences of our major finding. The focus of this paper is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the advancements made in the understanding of Interpolative contraction, building upon the ideas initially introduced by Karapinar in 2018. In this paper, we develop the notion of Interpolative contraction mappings to the case of non-linear Kannan Interpolative, Riech Rus Ćirić interpolative and Hardy–Roger Interpolative contraction mappings based on controlled function, and prove some fixed point results in the context of controlled metric space, thereby enhancing the current understanding of this particular analysis. It is known that a strict contraction on a complete metric space with a graph possesses a fixed point. In the present paper, we show that this property holds for single valued and set-valued self-mappings of metric spaces with graphs that are of the contractive type. The authors deal with nonlinear and general Hammerstein-type functional integral equations (HTFIEs). The first objective of this work is to apply and extend Burton's method to general and nonlinear HTFIEs in a Banach space via the Chebyshev norm and complete metric. The second objective of the paper is to extend and improve some earlier results to nonlinear HTFIEs. In 2006, together with D. Butnariu, we showed that if all iterates of a nonexpansive self-mapping of a complete metric space converge, then all its inexact iterates with summable computational errors converge too. In a recent paper of ours, we have extended this result to uniformly locally nonexpansive self-mappings of a complete metric space. In the present paper, we establish analogous results for uniformly locally nonexpansive mappings which take a nonempty closed subset of a complete metric space into the space. In our recent paper we obtained an extension of a theorem of Tam (2018), which was established for iterates of a set-valued paracontracting operators in a finite-dimensional Euclidean space. This extension was obtained for exact iterates of maps in a metric space. In the present paper we prove two analogs of this result for inexact iterates under the presence of computational errors. In the first result, the errors are summable, while for the second one they converge to zero. Lipschitz mapping appears inevitably in many branches of mathematics, especially in functional analysis, and leads to the study of new results in metric fixed point theory. Goebel and Sims (resp. Goebel and Japon-Pineda) introduced a class of the Lipschitz mappings termed as (α , p) -Liptschitz mappings and studied not only the modified form of the Lipschitz condition, but also the behavior of a finite number of their iterates. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the various types of (α , p) -contractions with cyclic representation that extend the results due to Banach, Kannan, and Chatterjea. Moreover, based on such types of contractions and the property of symmetry, we obtain some related fixed-point results in the setting of metric spaces. Some examples are studied to illustrate the validity of our obtained results. As an application of our results, we establish the existence of the solution to a class of Fredholm integral equations. In this paper, we introduce the notion of extended S-metric space of type (α , β) . This extension is a generalization of S-metric space, defined by employing two functions instead of considering a constant in the second condition of the S-metric space definition. In 2007, in our joint work with D. Butnariu and S. Reich, we proved that if for a self-mapping of a complete metric that is uniformly continuous on bounded sets all its iterates converge uniformly on bounded sets, then this convergence is stable under the presence of small errors. The purpose of this paper is to find a common element of the fixed point set of a nonexpansive mapping and the set of solutions of the general split variational inclusion problem in symmetric Hilbert spaces by using the inertial viscosity iterative method. Some strong convergence theorems of the proposed algorithm are demonstrated. As applications, we use our results to study the split feasibility problem and the split minimization problem. In this paper, we introduce a new type of contractions on a metric space (X , d) in which the distance d (x , y) is replaced with a function, depending on a parameter λ , that is not symmetric in general. This function generalizes the usual case when λ = 1 / 2 and can take bigger values than m 1 / 2. We call these new types of contractions λ-weak contractions and we provide some of their properties. The purpose of this paper is to define the notion of extended convex ℱ contraction by imposing less conditions on the function ℱ satisfying certain contractive conditions. In this paper, we modify various contractive conditions (C.C.)s such as Ciric type (C.C.), Rhoades type (C.C.), Seghal type (C.C.), Bianchini type (C.C.), and Berinde type (C.C.) for two self-mappings, considering that the contractive property plays a major role in establishing a fixed circle (F.C.) on both metric spaces (M-s) and S -(M-s) where the symmetry condition is satisfied, and we utilize them to establish a common (F.C.). The applications of non-zero self distance function have recently been discovered in both symmetric and asymmetric spaces. With respect to invariant point results, the available literature reveals that the idea has only been examined for crisp mappings in either symmetric or asymmetric spaces. Hence, the aim of this paper is to introduce the notion of invariant points for non-crisp set-valued mappings in metric-like spaces. To this effect, the technique of κ -contraction and Feng-Liu's approach are combined to establish new versions of intuitionistic fuzzy functional equations. One of the distinguishing ideas of this article is the study of fixed point theorems of intuitionistic fuzzy set-valued mappings without using the conventional Pompeiu–Hausdorff metric. Some of our obtained results are applied to examine their analogues in ordered metric-like spaces endowed with an order and binary relation as well as invariant point results of crisp set-valued mappings. In this paper, we introduce and study a new class of coupled and uncoupled systems, consisting of mixed-type ψ 1 -Hilfer and ψ 2 -Caputo fractional differential equations supplemented with asymmetric and symmetric integro-differential nonlocal boundary conditions (systems (2) and (13), respectively). As far as we know, this combination of ψ 1 -Hilfer and ψ 2 -Caputo fractional derivatives in coupled systems is new in the literature. The uniqueness result is achieved via the Banach contraction mapping principle, while the existence result is established by applying the Leray–Schauder alternative. One of the latest techniques in metric fixed point theory is the interpolation approach. This notion has so far been examined using standard functional equations. A hybrid form of this concept is yet to be uncovered by observing the available literature. With this background information, and based on the symmetry and rectangular properties of generalized metric spaces, this paper introduces a novel and unified hybrid concept under the name interpolative Υ-Hardy–Rogers–Suzuki-type Z-contraction and establishes sufficient conditions for the existence of fixed points for such contractions. As an application, one of the obtained results was employed to examine new criteria for the existence of a solution to a boundary valued problem arising in the oscillation of a spring. We investigate the existence and uniqueness results for coupled Langevin differential equations of fractional order with Katugampola integral boundary conditions involving generalized Liouville–Caputo fractional derivatives. Furthermore, we discuss Ulam–Hyers stability in the context of the problem at hand. The results are shown with examples. In this paper, we investigate the fractal-fractional Malkus Waterwheel model in detail. We discuss the existence and uniqueness of a solution of the fractal-fractional model using the fixed point technique. We apply a very effective method to obtain the solutions of the model. Chaotic maps have simple structures but can display complex behavior. In this paper, we apply discrete memristance and a nonlinear term in order to design new memristive maps. A general model for constructing memristive maps has been presented, in which a memristor is connected in serial with a nonlinear term. By using this general model, different memristive maps have been built. Such memristive maps process special fixed points (infinite and without fixed point). We introduce and study a new class of nonlinear coupled Hilfer differential equations with nonlocal boundary conditions involving Riemann–Liouville and Hadamard-type iterated fractional integral operators. By applying the Leray–Schauder alternative and Krasnosel'skiĭ's fixed point theorem, two results presenting different criteria for the existence of solutions to the given problem are proven. The third result provides a sufficient criterion for the existence of a unique solution to the problem at hand. In this article, we prove fixed point results for a Meir–Keeler type contraction due to orthogonal M-metric spaces. In this paper, we obtain two extensions of a recent result of Tam, which was proved for iterates of set-valued paracontracting operators in a finite-dimensional space. In this paper, by using the cosine family theory, measure of non-compactness, the Mönch fixed point theorem and the method of estimate step by step, we establish the existence theorems of mild solutions for fractional impulsive integro-differential evolution equations of order 1 < β ≤ 2 with nonlocal conditions in Banach spaces under some weaker conditions. This paper is devoted to introducing a new viscosity approximation method using the implicit midpoint rules for finding a common element in the set of solutions of a generalized mixed equilibrium problem, the set of solutions of a general system of variational inequalities and the set of common fixed points of a finite family of nonexpansive mappings in a symmetric Hilbert space. Then, we prove a strong convergence theorem regarding the proposed iterative scheme under some suitable conditions on the parameters. Finally, we provide two numerical results to show the consistency and accuracy of the scheme. Demicontractive operators form an important class of nonexpansive type mappings whose study led researchers to the creation of some beautiful results in the framework of metric fixed-point theory. This article aims to provide an overview of the most relevant results on the approximation of fixed points of single-valued demicontractive mappings in Hilbert spaces. Subsequently, we exhibit the role of additional properties of demicontractive operators, as well as the main features of the employed iterative algorithms to ensure weak convergence or strong convergence. We also include commentaries on the use of demicontractive mappings to solve some important nonlinear problems with the aim of providing a comprehensive starting point to readers who are attempting to apply demicontractive mappings to concrete applications. We conclude with some brief statements on our view on relevant and promising directions of research on demicontractive mappings in nonlinear settings (metric spaces) and some application challenges. In this paper, we introduce some new types of extended Geraghty contractions, called (α , β) -admissible generalized Geraghty F-contractions, and prove some fixed point results for such contractions in the setting of partial b-metric spaces. Moreover, based on the obtained fixed point results and the property of symmetry, we inaugurate a fixed point result for graphic generalized Geraghty F-contractions defined on partial metric spaces endowed with a directed graph. In this paper, we consider the solving of an equilibrium problem over the common fixed set of cutter mappings in a real Hilbert space. To this end, we present a subgradient-type extrapolation cyclic method. The proposed method is generated based on the ideas of a subgradient method and an extrapolated cyclic cutter method. As daily problems involve a great deal of data and ambiguity, it has become vital to build new mathematical ways to cope with them, and soft set theory is the greatest tool for doing so. As a result, we study methods of generating soft topologies through several soft set operators. A soft topology is known to be determined by the system of special soft sets, which are called soft open (dually soft closed) sets. The relationship between specific types of soft topologies and their classical topologies (known as parametric topologies) is linked to the idea of symmetry. Under this symmetry, we can study the behaviors and properties of classical topological concepts via soft settings and vice versa. In this paper, we show that soft topological spaces can be characterized by soft closure, soft interior, soft boundary, soft exterior, soft derived set, or co-derived set operators. All of the soft topologies that result from such operators are equivalent, as well as being identical to their classical counterparts under enriched (extended) conditions. Moreover, some of the soft topologies are the systems of all fixed points of specific soft operators. Multiple examples are presented to show the implementation of these operators. In our 2014 work with M. Gabour, we introduced a metric space of generalized nonexpansive self-mappings of bounded and closed subsets of a Banach space and studied, using the Baire category approach, the asymptotic behavior of iterates of a generic operator belonging to this class. In the definition of a generalized nonexpansive mapping the norm is replaced by a general function which can be symmetric as a particular case. The aim of this paper is to give some fixed point results in generalized metric spaces in Perov's sense. The generalized metric considered here is the w-distance with a symmetry condition. The operators satisfy a contractive weakly condition of Hardy–Rogers type. The second part of the paper is devoted to the study of the data dependence, the well-posedness, and the Ulam–Hyers stability of the fixed point problem. Based on the technique of enriching contractive type mappings, a technique that has been used successfully in some recent papers, we introduce the concept of a saturated class of contractive mappings. We show that, from this perspective, the contractive type mappings in the metric fixed point theory can be separated into two distinct classes, unsaturated and saturated, and that, for any unsaturated class of mappings, the technique of enriching contractive type mappings provides genuine new fixed-point results. We illustrate the concept by surveying some significant fixed-point results obtained recently for five remarkable unsaturated classes of contractive mappings. In the second part of the paper, we also identify two important classes of saturated contractive mappings, whose main feature is that they cannot be enlarged by enriching the contractive mappings. This article introduces the novel concept of an extended parametric S b -metric space, which is a generalization of both S b -metric spaces and parametric S b -metric spaces. Within this extended framework, we first establish an analog version of the Banach fixed-point theorem for self-maps. We then prove an improved version of the Banach contraction principle for symmetric extended parametric S b -metric spaces, using an auxiliary function to establish the desired result.
