In this study, the identification of thermoelastic mass diffusion was examined on a homogeneous isotropic microstretch thermoelastic diffusion (HIMTD) solid due to normal force on the surface of half space. In the framework of Cartesian symmetry, the components of displacement, stresses, temperature change, and microstretch as well as couple stress were investigated with and without microstretch and diffusion. The expression of the field functions was obtained using the Laplace and Fourier transforms. So as to estimate the nature of the components of displacement, stresses, temperature change, and microstretch as well as couple stress in the physical domain, an efficient approximate numerical inverse Laplace and Fourier transform technique and Romberg's integration technique was adopted. It was meticulously considered and graphically illustrated how mass diffusion and microstretch affect thermoelastic deformation. Our objective was to address the inquiry regarding the impact of thermoelastic mass diffusion and microstretch on the field functions in the presence of a mass concentration source within the medium. In this manuscript, we implement analytical multiple soliton wave and singular soliton wave solutions for coupled mKdV with a time-dependent variable coefficient. Based on the similarity transformation and Hirota bilinear technique, we construct both multiple wave kink and wave singular kink solutions for coupled mKdV with a time-dependent variable coefficient. We implement the Hirota bilinear technique to compute analytical solutions for the coupled mKdV system. Such calculations are made by using a software with symbolic computation software, for instance, Maple. Recently some researchers used Maple in order to show that the bilinear method of Hirota is a straightforward technique which can be used in the approach of differential, nonlinear models. We analyzed whether the experiments proved that the procedure is effective and can be successfully used for many other mathematical models used in physics and engineering. The results of this study display that the profiles of multiple-kink and singular-kink soliton types can be efficiently controlled by selecting the particular form of a similar time variable. In this study, the effects of laser light on the heat transfer of a thin beam heated by an applied current and voltage are investigated. Laser heating pulses are simulated as endogenous heat sources with discrete temporal properties. The heat conduction equation is developed using the energy conservation equation and the modified Moore–Gibson–Thompson (MGT) heat flow vector. Thermal and structural analysis of Euler–Bernoulli microbeams is provided with the support of visco-Pasternak's base with three parameters. Using the Laplace transform method, an approximation of an analytical solution is found for the field variables being examined. A comparison was made of the impacts of laser pulse length, the three foundation coefficients, and the thermal parameters on the responses to changes in measured thermophysical fields, such as deflection and temperature. We examine the temporal comportment of formation entanglement and quantum coherence in a quantum system made up of two superconducting charge qubits (SC-Qs), in the case of two different classes of nonlinear field. The results discussed the impact role of time-dependent coupling (T-DC) and dipole-dipole interaction (D-DI) on the temporal comportment of quantum coherence and entanglement in the ordinary and nonlinear field. The term "optical thermoelasticity" is used to describe how the optical properties of a material change when it is heated or deformed mechanically. The issues of effective elastic and heat transfer symmetry are given particular focus. This study gives a new nonlocal theoretical formulation for a thermo-optical elastic material that can be used to describe how thermomechanical waves and plasma waves relate to the symmetry of semiconductor materials such as silicon or germanium. The suggested model includes the idea of nonlocal elasticity and a modified Moore–Gibson–Thompson (MGT) heat conduction equation with nonsingular fractional derivative operators. The heat transfer equation has been converted and generalized into a nonsingular fractional form based on the concepts of Atangana and Baleanu (AB) using the Mittag–Leffler kernel. The developed model is used to examine the effect of thermal loading by ramp-type heating on a free plane of unbounded semiconductor material symmetries. Using the Laplace transform approach, we may analytically obtain linear solutions for the investigated thermo-photo-elastic fields, such as temperature. An interesting feature that appears in the thermoelastic interaction in an orthotropic material containing cylindrical cavities is addressed in this study. For this purpose, the Finite Element Method is applied to analyze a generalized thermoelasticity theory with a relaxation time. For the development of the model, a thermal conductivity that is dependent on the temperature of the orthotropic medium was considered. The boundary condition for the internal surface of a cylindrical hollow is defined by the thermal shocks and the traction on the free surface. The nonlinear formulations of thermoelastic based on thermal relaxation time in orthotropic mediums are abbreviated using the Finite Element Method. The nonlinear equations without Kirchhoff's transformations are presented. The results are graphically represented to demonstrate how changing thermal conductivity affects all physical values. Modeling competing failure modes is an important problem in engineering and survival analyses. Competing failure modes are partially observed in many applications and often pose a modeling challenge. This study discusses the inference for partially observed failure modes assuming a Burr XII distribution. In particular, we consider two failure modes, and the failure time data are collected under a hybrid type I censoring scheme. The model parameters are estimated using maximum likelihood and Bayesian methods under a symmetric squared error loss function, whereas the intervals estimation is done with three methods: asymptotic and credible confidence intervals. Besides a simulation study, a real-life data set is taken from individuals who live in an environment with several diseases to present the utility of the work. A novel nonlocal model with one thermal relaxation time is presented to investigate the propagation of waves in a thermoelastic semi-infinite medium. We used Eringen's theory of the nonlocal continuum to develop these models. Analytical solutions in all physical quantities are provided by using Laplace transforms and eigenvalue techniques. All physical quantities are presented as symmetric and asymmetric tensors. The temperature, the displacement, and the stress variations in semi-infinite materials have been calculated. In this paper, we develop statistical inference of competing risks samples which are collected under a joint Type-II censoring scheme of products with Weibull lifetime distributions. These inferences are drawn from two independent fatal risks and come from two different lines of production with the same facility. The model parameters and the parameters of life (reliability and hazard rate functions) are estimated using maximum likelihood (ML), bootstrap and Bayes methods. Additionally, we constructed asymptotic ML confidence intervals, bootstrap confidence intervals and Bayes credible intervals. Furthermore, the theoretical results are assessed and compared through Monte Carlo simulations. Finally, one real data set is analyzed under the proposed model for illustrative purpose. This study is concerned with the theory of Cosserat thermoelastic media, whose micro-particles possess microtemperatures. The mixed initial boundary value problem considered in this context is transformed in a temporally evolutionary equation on a Hilbert space. Using some results from the theory of semigroups, the existence and uniqueness of solution is proved. In the same manner, it approached the continuous dependence of the solution upon initial data and loads. From what we have studied, neither on the internet nor in the databases, we have not found qualitative issues addressed regarding the mixed problem in the context of the theory of thermoelasticity of Cosserat environments, in which the contribution of inner structure and microtemperatures are taken into account. Statistical and artificial neural network models are applied to forecast the quantum scheme of a three-level atomic system (3LAS) and field, initially following a photon added negative binomial distribution (PANBD). The Mandel parameter is used to detect the photon statistics of a radiation field. Explicit forms of the PANBD are given. The prediction of the Mandel parameter, atomic probability of the 3LAS in the upper state, and von Neumann entropy are obtained using time series and artificial neural network methods. The influence of probability success photons and the number of added photons to the NBD are examined. The total density matrix is used to compute and analyze the time evolution of the initial photonic negative binomial probability distribution that governs the 3LAS–field photon entanglement behavior. It is shown that the statistical quantities are strongly affected by probability success photons and the number of added photons to the NBD. The present research paper considers a three-level atom (3LA) that interacts with a field mode primarily in a photon-added coherent state of Morse potential (PACSMP). The dynamics of entanglement, the photon statistics, and the quantum Fisher information are investigated. The statistics of field photons are discussed by evaluating the Mandel parameter. We check the influence of the energy dissipation and intensity-dependent function. Finally, we detect the relationship between the entanglement, the field's nonclassical characteristics, and atomic quantum Fisher information throughout the evolution of time. The findings illustrate the important role of the number of added photons and CSMP in affecting the entanglement's time evolution, the quantum Fisher information, and the Mandel parameter. Based on the obtained results, we reached significant physical phenomena, including the sudden birth and death of the nonlocal correlation between atom-Morse potential field structures. The paper aims to analyze the vibrations of a summing box, used in heavy vehicles. An experimental setup is proposed and used for the analysis of these vibrations transmitted by the box housing, based on the measurement of the mechanical impedance. It is then shown that a simpler measurement, namely that of the generated noise spectrum, can provide equally useful results, with less effort and in a shorter time. The experimental setup is much simpler, involving a sonometer arranged in the experimental assembly. The symmetry of the box allows us to facilitate the execution of the experimental assembly, and the use of the symmetrical structure to facilitate the calculation of vibrations. The paper studies the vibration response of an elastic solid that has geometric symmetries. These determine special properties of the equations of motion of such a system, presented in the case of a cylindrical body (hollow cylinder). The properties of the eigenvalues and eigenmodes of these systems are theoretically established. A validation of these results is made using the finite element method. The use of the obtained results can lead to an easing of the vibration analysis of such a system and, consequently, to the decrease of the cost related to the design and manufacture of such a structure. The properties presented and demonstrated in the paper can simplify the numerical calculation and experimental verifications of such a structure. In our study we analyse the vibration of a right cylinder which consists of an elastic material with dipolar structure and has pores. One end of this cylinder is subjected to an excitation, harmonically in time. The other end of the cylinder and its lateral surface are free of loads. We prove that the presence of the voids does not affect the spatial decay of effects away from the excited end, if the harmonic excitation level is below a predetermined threshold. In recent years, the use of composite materials in structural applications has been observed. The composites have revolutionized the field of materials and allow for interesting and new developments in different engineering branches. At the same time, in all areas of engineering, there are some products or parts of products or components that contain repetitive or identical elements. Here, different types of symmetry can occur. Such systems have been studied by various researchers in the last few decades. In civil engineering, for example, most buildings, works of art, halls, etc. have, in their structure, identical parts and symmetries. This has happened since antiquity, for different reasons. First, because of their easier, faster, and cheaper design, and second, because of their easy manufacturing and (less important for engineers, but important to the beneficiaries) for aesthetic reasons. The symmetry in the field of composite materials manifests itself in two different ways, at two levels—one due to the symmetries that appear in the composition of the composite materials and that determine the properties of the materials, and second in the structures manufactured with composites. The study of the obvious importance of the existence of symmetries in the design of composite materials or composite structures of a sandwich type, for example (but also other types), and of the existence of symmetries in structures constructed also using composite materials will be highlighted within this Special Issue. The aim of the present paper is to provide oscillation conditions for fourth-order damped differential equations with advanced term. By using the Riccati technique, some new oscillation criteria, which ensure that every solution oscillates, are established. The present paper is concerned with the spectral theory of nonlocal Sturm–Liouville eigenvalue problems on a finite interval. The continuity, differentiability and comparison results of eigenvalues with respect to the nonlocal potentials are studied, and the oscillation properties of eigenfunctions are investigated. The comparison result of eigenvalues and the oscillation properties of eigenfunctions indicate that the spectral properties of nonlocal problems are very different from those of classical Sturm–Liouville problems. The paper aims to study a concrete structure, currently used in civil engineering, which has certain symmetries. This type of problem is common in engineering practice, especially in civil engineering. There are many reasons why structures with identical elements or certain symmetries are used in industry, related to economic considerations, shortening the design time, for constructive, simplicity, cost or logistical reasons. There are many reasons why the presence of symmetries has benefits for designers, builders, and beneficiaries. In the end, the result of these benefits materializes through short execution times and reduced costs. The paper studies the eigenvalue and eigenmode properties of vibration for components of the constructions' structure, often encountered in current practice. This paper describes the stability and Hopf bifurcation analysis of the Brusselator system with delayed feedback control in the single domain of a reaction–diffusion cell. The Galerkin analytical technique is used to present a system equation composed of ordinary differential equations. The condition able to determine the Hopf bifurcation point is found. Full maps of the Hopf bifurcation regions for the interacting chemical species are shown and discussed, indicating that the time delay, feedback control, and diffusion parameters can play a significant and important role in the stability dynamics of the two concentration reactants in the system. As a result, these parameters can be changed to destabilize the model. The results show that the Hopf bifurcation points for chemical control increase as the feedback parameters increase, whereas the Hopf bifurcation points decrease when the diffusion parameters increase. Bifurcation diagrams with examples of periodic oscillation and phase-plane maps are provided to confirm all the outcomes calculated in the model. The benefits and accuracy of this work show that there is excellent agreement between the analytical results and numerical simulation scheme for all the figures and examples that are illustrated. Symmetries and their associated conserved quantities are of great importance in the study of dynamic systems. In this paper, we describe nonconservative field theories on time scales—a model that brings together, in a single theory, discrete and continuous cases. After defining Hamilton's principle for nonconservative field theories on time scales, we obtain the associated Lagrange equations. Next, based on the Hamilton's action invariance for nonconservative field theories on time scales under the action of some infinitesimal transformations, we establish symmetric and quasi-symmetric Noether transformations, as well as generalized quasi-symmetric Noether transformations. Once the Noether symmetry selection criteria are defined, the conserved quantities for the nonconservative field theories on time scales are identified. This work is devoted to analyzing an impulsive control synthesis to maintain the self-sustainability of Wolbachia among Aedes Aegypti mosquitoes. The present paper provides a fractional order Wolbachia invasive model. Through fixed point theory, this work derives the existence and uniqueness results for the proposed model. Also, we performed a global Mittag-Leffler stability analysis via Linear Matrix Inequality theory and Lyapunov theory. As a result of this controller synthesis, the sustainability of Wolbachia is preserved and non-Wolbachia mosquitoes are eradicated. The paper proposes composite materials for the manufacturing of parts of the car body structure, namely a door. This work aims to analyze the possibility of replacing the metal door of a vehicle with a door made of composite materials. Specific issues related to this replacement are analyzed in the paper. Test specimens were made of composite materials of different sizes, using several types of constituents to determine which material might be most suitable to replace metal in the manufacturing of the door. The choice of materials for the car door was made starting from the characteristics of the analyzed composite materials, but also taking into account the manufacturing possibilities and other engineering limitations. The behavior of the automotive structure as analyzed, using the finite element method for determining the stresses in the structure. The oscillation of differential equations plays an important role in many applications in physics, biology and engineering. We will prove the generalized Hyers–Ulam stability of isometries, with a focus on the stability for restricted domains. More precisely, we prove the generalized Hyers–Ulam stability of the orthogonality equation and we use this result to prove the stability of the equations ∥ f (x) − f (y) ∥ = ∥ x − y ∥ and ∥ f (x) − f (y) ∥ 2 = ∥ x − y ∥ 2 on the restricted domains. Commercial aircraft have well-designed and optimized systems, the result of a huge experience in the field, due to the large fleet of aircraft in operation. For light, utility, or sports aircraft, with a multitude of shapes, tasks, and construction types, there are different solutions that seek to best meet the requirements of the designed aircraft. In this sense, for a sport plane, an increased maneuverability is desired, and the system that controls flaps and wing must be properly designed. A new flap mechanism command solution is proposed and justified in the paper, for use in sports and recreational aviation, in order to achieve angles of braking greater than 40°, take-off and landing in a shorter time and over a shorter distance, as well as the gliding of the aircraft in critical flight conditions or when fuel economy is needed. A finite element model is used to verify the optimized command system for the flap and wing and to check if the strength structure of the aircraft is properly designed. The main result consists of the new design command system for flaps and wings and in verifying, by calculation, the acceptability of the new mechanism proposed from the point of view of the strength of the materials. At present, with the development in nanotechnology, nanostructures with temperature-dependent properties have been used in nano-electromechanical systems (NEMS). Thus, introducing an accurate mathematical model of nanobeams with temperature-dependent properties is a major and important topic for the design of NEMS. This paper aims to discuss nonlocal nanobeams analysis depending on the theories of Euler–Bernoulli and modified couple-stress (MCS). It also is assumed that the thermal conductivity of the nanobeam is dependent on the temperature. Physical fields of the nanobeam are obtained utilizing Laplace transform and state-space techniques. The effects of the size and nonlocal parameters, variability of thermal conductivity and couple stress on various distributions are presented graphically and studied in detail. Numerical results are presented as application scales and the design of nanoparticles, nanoscale oscillators, atomic force microscopes, and nanogenerators, in which nanoparticles as nanobeams act as essential and basic elements. The present study utilizes the generalized thermoelasticity theory, with one thermal relaxation time (TR), to examine the thermoelastic problem of a functionally graded thin slim strip (TSS). The authors heated the plane surface bounding using a non-Gaussian laser beam with a pulse length of 2 ps. The material characteristics varied continually based on exponential functions. Moreover, the equations governing the generalized thermoelasticity for a functionally graded material (FGM) are recognized. The problem's ideal solution was primarily obtained in the Laplace transform (LT) space. The LTs were converted numerically because of the considerable importance of the response in the transient state. For a hypothetical substance, the numerical procedures calculating the displacement, stress, temperature and strain were given. The analogous problem solution to an isotropic homogeneous material was provided by defining the parameter of non-homogeneity adequately. The obtained results were displayed using graphs to illustrate the extent to which non-homogeneity affected displacement, stress, temperature and strain. A comparison was been made between the present study and those previously obtained by others, when the new parameters vanish to show the impact of the non-homogeneity, TSS and laser parameters on the phenomenon. This work is devoted to the investigation of a two-dimensional porous material under weak, strong and normal conductivity, using the eigenvalues method. By using Laplace–Fourier transformations with the eigenvalues technique, the variables are analytically obtained. The derived technique is assessed with numerical results that are obtained from the porous mediums using simplified symmetric geometry. The results, including the displacements, temperature, stresses and the change in the volume fraction field, are offered graphically. This work uses the "fractional order bio-heat model" (Fob) model of heat conduction to offer a new interpretation to study the thermal damages in a skin tissue caused by laser irradiation. The influences of fractional order and the thermal relaxation time parameters on the temperature of skin tissue and the resulting thermal damage are studied. In the Laplace domain, the analytical solutions of temperature are obtained. Using the equation of Arrhenius, the resulting thermal injury to the tissues is assessed by the denatured protein ranges. The numerical results of the thermal damages and temperature are presented graphically. A parametric analysis is dedicated to the identifications of suitable procedures for the selection of significant design variables to achieve an effective thermal in the therapy of hyperthermia. The purpose of this study is to provide a method to investigate the effects of thermal relaxation times in a poroelastic material by using the finite element method. The formulations are applied under the Green and Lindsay model, with four thermal relaxation times. Due to the complex governing equation, the finite element method has been used to solve these problems. All physical quantities are presented as symmetric and asymmetric tensors. The effects of thermal relaxation times and porosity in a poro-thermoelastic medium are studied. In this paper, we consider the mixed initial boundary value problem in the context of a thermoelastic porous body having a dipolar structure. We intend to analyze the rate of decay of solutions to this problem to ensure that in a finite time, they become null. In our main result, we find that the combined contribution of the dipolar constitution of the body together with voids dissipation and thermal behavior cannot cause vanishing of the deformations in a finite time. When analyzing the dynamic behavior of multi-body elastic systems, a commonly used method is the finite element method conjunctively with Lagrange's equations. The central problem when approaching such a system is determining the equations of motion for a single finite element. The paper presents an alternative method of calculation theses using the Gibbs–Appell (GA) formulation, which requires a smaller number of calculations and, as a result, is easier to apply in practice. For this purpose, the energy of the accelerations for one single finite element is calculated, which will be used then in the GA equations. This method can have advantages in applying to the study of multi-body systems with elastic elements and in the case of robots and manipulators that have in their composition some elastic elements. The number of differentiation required when using the Gibbs–Appell method is smaller than if the Lagrange method is used which leads to a smaller number of operations to obtain the equations of motion. Engineering practice requires the use of structures containing identical components or parts, which are useful from several points of view: less information is needed to describe the system, design is made quicker and easier, components are made faster than a complex assembly, and finally the time to achieve the structure and the cost of manufacturing decreases. Additionally, the subsequent maintenance of the system becomes easier and cheaper. This paper aimed to use the symmetry that exists to the body of a guitar to ease the analysis behavior to vibrations. Symmetries can produce interesting properties when studying the dynamic and steady-state response of such systems. These properties can, in some cases, considerably decrease the effort made for dynamic analysis at the design stage. For a real guitar, these properties are used to determine the eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Finite element method (FEM) is used for a numerical modeling and to prove the theoretically determined properties in this case. In this paper, different types of guitar plates related to symmetrical reinforcement patterns were studied in terms of modal analysis performed using finite element analysis (FEA). The dynamic response differs in terms of amplitude, eigenvalues, modal shapes in accordance with number and pattern of stiffening bars. In our study, we will extend the domain of influence in order to cover the thermoelasticity of initially stressed bodies with voids. The present work investigated the effect of Thomson and initial stress in a thermo-porous elastic solid under G-N electromagnetic theory. The Thomson coefficient affects the heat condition equation. A constant Thomson coefficient, instead of traditionally a constant Seebeck coefficient, is assumed. The charge density of the induced electric current is taken as a function of time. A normal mode method is proposed to analyze the problem and to obtain numerical solutions. The results that were obtained for all physical sizes are graphically illustrated and we offer a comparison between the type II G-N theory and the G-N theory of type III, both in the present case and in the absence of specific parameters, as initial stress, pores and the Thomson effect. Some particular cases are also discussed in the context of the problem. The results indicate that the effect of initial stress, Thomson coefficient effect, and magnetic field are very pronounced.
