Abstract

The article focuses on a case of presacral epidermoid cyst in a 35-year-old woman. The tumor was found in the right rear wall of her rectum through three-dimension high-resolution manometry (3D-HRM). The case is said to indicate the benefits of using the 3D-HRM technique in finding and predicting the size of presacral or anal peripheral tumors for diagnosis.
