Employee evaluation at the University of KH Bahaudin Mudhary Madura currently uses a separate method for giving assessments. Assessment of employees is carried out by superiors, subordinates and colleagues. Thus resulting in an assessment of existing employees to be not objective. This study raises a case that is evaluating employees based on the Personal Balanced Scorecard (PBSC) method. This study uses a data mining classification approach using the c4.5 method in making a decision tree. The results of a trial of 25 datasets using the decision tree method were able to provide a conclusion that employees will be able to improve their performance if the organization provides a policy in the form of providing monthly incentives to employees as a bonus reward to those who are diligent in carrying out their work, such as having activeness and being able to work together. The primary objective of this research is to examine how the amount of work and stress experienced on the job impact the overall performance of employees working at BPJS Merauke. This investigation employs a quantitative approach. The sampling method utilized is Total Sampling, involving all 31 employees in the BPJS Merauke branch. Data collection encompasses questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The collected data is processed through the utilization of SPSS version 25, using the technique of multiple regression analysis. The findings of the study reveal that the workload significantly influences employee performance at BPJS Merauke, as evidenced by the computed tvalue of 4.455, surpassing the critical t-table value of 2.048. Additionally, the p-value of 0.000, which is less than the significance level of 0.05, strengthens this significance. Furthermore, the impact of work stress on employee performance is also substantial. This is substantiated by the t-value of 3.232, exceeding the critical t-table value of 2.048. The purpose of this research is to analyze the importance of supervisor support in motivating the work of operational employees and its implications for employee performance and retention in 5-star hotels in Bali. The problem in this research is how important supervisor support is in improving employee performance and retention and what the implications are. The population of this study was all permanent employees of 5-star hotels in Bali. A sampling of 5-star hotels used sampling areas, namely in Badung and Gianyar Regencies. The number of research respondents was 125 people, determined by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and research questionnaires. Quantitative descriptive analysis is used to see the current condition of supervisors based on supervisor support, work motivation, performance, and employee retention so that it is known the importance of supervisor support in improving the performance and retention of 5-star hotel employees in Bali in the future. The results showed that supervisors' support increased employee performance and retention with an average value in the interval 4.21-5.00. Strengthening the performance of workers is one of the main issues in efforts to increase work productivity. Various previous studies have identified various factors that affect the performance of workers. Work experience, work commitment, work motivation, job satisfaction, and work compensation are factors that have proven to have a significant effect on the performance of workers. Based on previous studies, few researchers have examined the role of individual religiosity in strengthening worker performance. This study aims to examine the role of individual religiosity in strengthening work involvement, resilience, and performance of workers in Jombang Regency. This research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive research approach, which examines religiosity as the main exogenous variable. While resilience and work involvement as mediating variables, and performance as endogenous variables. Descriptive analysis, path analysis, and univariate analysis were used to answer various research questions. This study reveals that religiosity is the main variable that has a direct effect on resilience, job involvement, and employee performance. Resilience and work involvement then affect the performance of workers. In other words, religiosity plays an important role as the main variable that triggers the performance of workers. Based on the findings in this study, it is suggested that strengthening religiosity can be done early, when prospective workers are studying, and when workers are first accepted into the workplace. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of the application of the E-SKP assessment system and competence on performance with work discipline as an intervening variable in the Forestry and Environment Service of Papua Province. This is a quantitative study with 109 respondents. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analysed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using the Smart PLS application. The results of the study are that E-SKP has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and work discipline. Work discipline does not mediate the relationship between E-SKP and employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Employee work discipline. The study focused on the effect of job environment on employee performance of some selected SMEs within Kumasi Metropolis. Correlation as well as analytical survey research design were used. Respondents for this study were one hundred and twenty-nine (129) employees. This study employed two non-probability sampling techniques, namely convenience sampling, and purposive sampling techniques. Training and development may not be a panacea for all the challenges that organisations face in the 21st century, but it has important implications on employee performance and overall organisational performance. Organisations that want to improve performance and productivity can do so through leveraging their most valuable resource, its people. The significance of this study is to inform curriculum developers about the skills shortage in the footwear industry in South Africa. The core problem this study seeks to address is the skills shortage in the footwear industry in South Africa. Furthermore, currently in KwaZulu-Natal, universities, technical and vocational education do not provide training on footwear. The mixed research method was employed. The purposive sampling was used to select the participants from Dick Whittington Shoes (Pty) Ltd Questionnaires, focus group interviews and document reviews were used to gather data. The findings of the study show that the human resource manager is facing a serious challenge from employees, which is a higher rate of absenteeism this hamper the performance of the organisation. The study found that the majority of employees are above the age of 55 years. In addition, they retire the organisation will reemploy them on the contract bases precisely because they find it hard to find incumbent with skills. The study recommended the need for a proper framework on continuous training and development of employees in the footwear industry in South Africa. Secondly, the public-private partnership with universities to bridge the skills gap and improve the gross domestic product in South Africa if implemented this could bring a resolution to the problems and challenges posed. The study was focusing on the impact of training and development on employees' performance at the Bureau of Public Service and Human Resource Development. The overall objective of the study was to determine the effect of training and development on employees' performance. The study used mixed approach and applied both primary and secondary data sources. The primary data collected from BOPSHRD through self-administered questionnaire for 156 selected experts and middle level managers through simple random sampling technique and semi- structured interview question exploited for human resource process owner and training coordinator through interview. The collected data were analyzed using statistical tools (SPSS-Version 23). Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used for the data analysis. The findings showed that training and development were positively correlated and claimed statistically significant relationship with employees' performance. The study concluded that training and development have positive effect on employees' performance. The findings of the study also indicated that there was no sounding and effective training and development practices in the area of the study, consequently the result disclosed the given training and development processes have been unsystematic. Therefore, the researcher recommended that the top Management and other training coordinators should apply systematic and authentic training and development practices. This research is intended to answer the question of how employees perform during Work from Home, what obstacles are encountered by employees and leaders during Work From Home, and how employees can be motivated to continue to maintain productivity during Work From Home. This is a qualitative research using a case study approach. Data collection was obtained from the results of semi-structured interviews with 10 informants consists of 8 staff from 4 departments and 2 managers. The results of this study prove that in order to be able to maintain their performance during a pandemic, extrinsic motivation from every supervisor is needed to motivate their staff. This research also proves that superiors who never motivate their staff and only demand that employees have intrinsic motivation from within themselves will not be able to maintain the productivity of employee performance. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of competence, cooperation, and organizational climate on employee performance mediated by work motivation (a study in the food and agriculture office clump work unit in Merauke Regency). The research uses a quantitative research approach. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The research sample as many as 117 employees were selected from Civil Servants (PNS) as structural or implementing officials, not as Field Agricultural Extension Officers (PPL) or civil servants who were not on duty in the unit. The data comes from the answers to the questionnaire according to the employee's perception. The results of the questionnaire were tabulated and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using the SmartPLS application. The results of the analysis prove that competence has a significant effect on performance, competence has an effect on work motivation, and motivation mediates the influence of competence on employee performance. Cooperation has no effect on performance, but has an effect on motivation and work motivation mediates the effect of cooperation on employee performance. Organizational climate does not affect employee performance but organizational climate affects work motivation and work motivation mediates the relationship between organizational climate and employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on performance. The results of the study have implications for competence and motivation that need to be improved in order to improve employee performance. Motivation variable affects performance by 48.6% and competence affects performance by 28.2%. Increasing work motivation can be done by increasing cooperation and organizational climate. Researchers used a crosssectional design to obtain information from respondents through a researched sample. The method of this study requires the variables to be measured by surveying the selected model. This quantitative approach is used to measure the level of success in the influence of leadership style and work climate on employee performance at the Manado City Population Control and Family Planning Office. The technique of collecting data and information in this quantitative approach is a questionnaire. The data method analysis in this study uses statistics, namely inferential statistics. Inferential statistics used in this study are parametric. The statistic is helpful for testing population parameters through sample data. This test population parameter is called a statistical hypothesis test. Parametric statistics requires the fulfillment of many assumptions. The results showed that leadership style significantly affected the employees' Performance at the Office of Population Control and Family Planning in Manado City with a contribution of 3.059 or 0.031%. So it can be concluded that the better the Leadership Style, the higher the performance of employees at the Office of Population and Family Control. Manado City Planning. Work climate does not significantly affect employee performance at the Manado City Population Control and Family Planning Office because it does not contribute to the dependent variable.
