The present repertory gathers a selection of various doctrinal contributions (books, chapters and papers) on the Judiciary of Spain published in the last two decades. They are a reflection of some of the challenges that the Judiciary has lately faced, and they tackle issues as the Judiciary and the decentralised territorial model, the independence of the Judiciary as one of the three branches of any State based on the principle of rule of law, the constitutional status of the judges who make up the Judiciary, the General Council of the Judiciary, the governing body of the Judiciary, and the Prosecution Ministry, the latter two bodies which, although not part of the Judiciary, are closely related to it.
