The study aimed to assess gender perception and the integration of the 2030 Agenda within the Engineering in Administration program at the Technological Institute of Higher Studies of Los Cabos. The study uses a mixed methodology with an exploratory scope; two surveys were applied to faculty (n=10) and another to students (n=146), utilizing a Likert scale of up to 6. Findings revealed that the work environment scored an average of 3.55 among faculty, while communication of actions presented an opportunity for improvement, averaging 2.7. Conversely, students rated the university environment highly at 4.59 on average, yet communication of actions scored lower at 4.32. In summary, the study underscores institutional commitment to gender equality and women's empowerment, striving to mitigate gender disparities and promote sustainability in tourist destinations.
