This article, published in the journal "Ultrasound in Obstetrics & Gynecology," explores the use of ultrasound (US) combined with computed tomography (CT) in diagnosing adhesions of ovarian cancer omental metastatic lesions. The study consists of two parts: a retrospective study of 110 patients with advanced ovarian cancer, and a prospective study of 80 new ovarian cancer cases. The results show that the diagnostic accuracy of CT+US is higher than CT alone in identifying adhesions between the lesions and the transverse colon (T/C) and abdominal wall.
