The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old Greek man who was referred for right carotid endarterectomy for symptomatic internal carotid artery stenosis. The patient has reportedly recovered from a mild right hemispheric infarct and has a moderate haemophilia. He underwent excision of the pseudotumour under continuous factor IX cover. It offers information on haemophilic pseudotumour and concludes that surgical excision is an effective treatment method.
