The article presents the evaluation of a pilot program called Aukera Program, which seeks to promote the social inclusion of young migrant former wards in a neighborhood in Pamplona. The program was carried out by the Public University of Navarra and the Neighborhood Unit of Milagrosa-Arrosadia. The program evaluation identified the group's needs and the positive effects on the social inclusion of young people. In addition, improvement proposals were offered for future editions. The article also talks about migration routes and strategies used by migrants to enter Spain, as well as the role of social work in the protection and control of migrant minors. The situation of unaccompanied migrant minors who reach adulthood and face the challenge of regularizing their administrative status in the country is also discussed.
