This research paper aimed at: (1) introducing e-learning, its concept, objectives, types, and characteristics, (2) defining instructional strategies, instructional strategies and e-learning, (3) defining the objectives of instructional and e-learning strategies, (4) defining the roles of teachers in e-learning environments, and (5) elaborating on some instructional and e-learning strategies that can be used during COVID-19 pandemic.
