Religious constitutionalism has recently become a global discussion. Such a trend arises as a result of several countries that have a majority of religious adherents declare their constitution based on certain religions. Thailand, for example, provides special norms about Buddhism (Buddhist constitutionalism), the Vatican has special norms about Catholicism (Catholic constitutionalism), India has special norms about Hinduism (Hindu constitutionalism), Saudi Arabia has norms specifically about Islam (Islamic constitutionalism), and so on. This article analyzes whether or not the Islamic principles have been adopted in the Indonesian Constitution. These principles consist of protecting religion, soul, mind, offsprings, and property. The author uses the five principles as a standard in measuring the entire Indonesian Constitution which constitutes to the teachings of Islam (Islamic constitutionalism). The implementation of Islamic constitutionalism can be identified through articles in the constitution. This study concluded that, in general, the Indonesian constitution could be considered to have agreed to Islamic constitutionalism, although in some cases it still needs to be actualized more.

In this work, A proposed Algorithm has been constructed for the selecting the best band and lessening high dimension of remote sensing data depending on multi algorithms, each on carried out and its results are studied irrespective of other, then combining them in the proposed algorithms, in the principle component analysis algorithm find covariance matrix for the processing bands . Then find Eigen vector by using Jacobs’s method and this represents the highest value in Eigen vector. The algorithm was applied on many groups of multispectral image for the Mapper sensor. By applying it on the first group of images it concluded that the sixth band is the best one, because the value of its Eigen vector is the biggest one. when the algorithm was applied on the second group of images it concluded that the second band is the best one, and the value of its Eigen vector is the biggest one, when the algorithm was applied on the third group of images it concluded that the fifth band is the best, and the value of its Eigen vector is the biggest one (regarding separating the sixth infrared band in the three groups By using wavelet transform algorithm for one level of analysis and selecting the best band according to the least value of mean square error , to show the result of selecting the best ,the k_means algorithm was used to classify images By using K_mean classification algorithm in images .A new way was proposed to determine centers which is an important matter in accurate classifications and specifying initial centers by finding the maximum value and minimum value and finding the mean between them until getting the wanted number of centers. Thealgorithm was applied on three groups of multispectral images .the classification was done on total number of bands to product one band out of it. A new algorithm was constructed depending on the previous three algorithms which applies the wavelet transform on multispectral images and finding the signal to noise ratio depending on variance of each band And arranging it decendingly and then choosing the bands that have highest datas in order to select the best bands and apply the principle component analysis on it. After finding the Eigen vector from the algorithm and selecting the highest values from it, it will be classified. From applying the proposed algorithm it has been clear that it is the best in accordance to applying .because it has shown high efficiency and accuracy in classification and in finding the best band.

The present study investigated the effect of infrared irradiation in the immune response of BALB/c mice against infection with secondary hydatid disease. By exposing protoscoleces of Echinococcus granulosus to infrared radiation at the periods 1, 2, 3, and 5 minutes, 20 cm from the light source, at wave length of 700-750 nm. Irradiated protoscoleces were injected in mice intraperitoneally. Many criteria were taken into consideration, 3, 15, and 30 days post injection, including WBCs total and differential count, innate immunity represented by phagocytosis, in comparison with the control group (mice infected with non irradiated protoscoleces). The study revealed a significant increase (P≤0.001) in the WBCs total count in mice injected with irradiated protoscoleces, in comparison with the control group. Regarding to the WBCs differential count, a significant increase (P≤0.05) in the lymphocytes 3 days post injection was noticed, followed by increase 15 days post injection, which was persisted significantly (P≤0.05) 30 days post injection. A significant increase (P≤0.05) in neutrophils and monocytes was noticed in treated mice at all irradiation periods. A significant increase (P≤0.001) in the mean of phagocytosis in treated mice was reported, at all irradiation periods. It will be concluded that irradiation may be used as an immunostimulator against injection with secondary hydatid disease in mice.

While acknowledging that the traditional concept of contractual freedom has changed, we go further and say that relying on this change is not the reason for good faith, but the idea is far and far greater than the principle of good will. It is in the direction of the objectivity of contractual will, The need to give contractual freedom in a way that does not contradict the principles of the concept of objectivity, which is the stability of transactions and justice, as well as non-violation of public order and ethics. In other words, the principle of good faith is an integral part of the idea of objectivity, since the good will be verified by the judge and the obligations imposed on him according to the concept of natural law in his modern sense and influenced by the public interest and customs and religious and moral norms and social and economic conditions.

Money politics has damaged the democratic system throughout the nation; handling the problem of money politics is not enough to be charged to law enforcement and all elements of society. The seriousness of the government and political parties in tackling the problem of money politics can be done by legal and political means. The results of this study show that political policies in preventing money politics in the 2019 elections in Banyumas Regency where political parties have made several efforts in at least three ways: 1) implementing pacta integrity and providing debriefing to cadres and legislative candidates. 2) All parties tend to follow only the existing rules, especially those issued by the KPU and Bawaslu. 3) It turns out that all parties do not require this, relating to the competency requirements of legislative candidates that are more stringent, intellectual, managerial skills, experience, and morality. Legal policies in the prevention and handling of money politics have carried out prevention strategies through legal policies, namely prevention at the level of legislation policy and judicial policy. In contrast, the execution policy has yet to be well realized.

Translation, in its simplest sense, is a means of interaction and communication between peoples and nations. It is an essential tool that expresses the strength of society in absorbing the greatest amount of science and knowledge reached by humanity in its quest for progress. Translation is an independent art that depends on creativity and linguistic sense, and it leads to understanding different cultures and thus bringing them closer together. Some liken it to a ship that transports science and knowledge from one place to another, thus helping nations to communicate and benefit from each other's experiences, as it is a key element in the interaction and openness of peoples to each other and a window to their heritage and intellectual productions. This paper includes books translated into Arabic in the field of libraries, information and archives published between 2000 and 2020, alphabetically arranged by the names of authors and their equivalents or titles, under subject headings that are also alphabetically arranged, with full metadata provided wherever possible.

In many discussions and conversations with Muslim Madurese I often heard common belief that none of Madurese individuals embraces Christianity. They mostly conceive that almost one hundred percent of Madurese people are Muslim while Christian people living in Madura are generally non-Madurese. It might be right but the fact shows that some of the Madurese have embraced Christianity, besides Madurese Christian community in Sumber Pakem East Java which is practicing Christianity for more than four generations. The ignorance of Madurese Muslim toward Christian population, especially Madurese Christian in Madura, appear because of less interaction between Muslim and Christian on the one hand and social worries of Madurese Christians to express their identity on the other. This paper aims to describe the existence of Madurese Christians, examine how they survive inside and outside Madura island, and how they interact with Madurese Muslims. It also attempts to elucidate cultural connection between ethnicity (of Madurese) and religiosity (of Christian).

Human first started domesticating animals at least 11,000 years ago in the Levant and Central Anatolia. Gradually the idea of animal controlling process, along with agricultural practice, spread throughout Africa, Asia and continental Europe and eventually transformed the face of the world. Archaeozoological evidences suggest that the process of animal domestication was actually occurred in a new way of human-animal interactions which was totally unknown to previous hunter-gatherers. Mardin region is located in the central point of northern Fertile Crescent. Archaeological settlements near and around this region provide the evidence of human-animal relationships in Early Neolithic societies which essentially promoted the early domestication process. However, the dimensions of present human-animal interactions are far different than the early stage, and therefore, Mardin region is a crucial place to study different facts and status in pastoral societies, particularly focusing on anthrozoological perspectives. Unfortunately very few attempts have yet been taken regarding this issue in southeast Anatolia. This field research, thus, aimed to observe the status of pastoralism and human-animal relationships in pastoral societies of Mardin providence.
