Multiplex polymerase chain reaction (mPCR) assay is a nucleic acid amplification method that is considered reliable and practical means for several pathogen detections in a single reaction, especially when multiple pathogens are suspected. In this study, a novel mPCR assay was validated for the detection of four notifiable diseases in cattle, including foot and mouth disease (FMD), Bovine viral diarrhea (BVD), Bluetongue (BT), and Hemorrhagic Septicemia (HS). The assay was operated in a two-step procedure. The first one was a reverse transcription of viral RNA, then mPCR of viral cDNA and bacterial DNA. The optimized mPCR was applied on blood (26) and vesicular epithelium (10) samples collected from 26 clinically infected animals from three governorates (Qalubia, Sharkia, and Gharbia). mPCR detected at least 10 pg of microbial nucleic acid extracted from the local isolates. The mPCR results showed that 22/26 (84.6%) of clinically infected animals were positively infected by single or dual infection. Mixed infection of FMDV and Pasteurella multocida was recorded in 11 animals (42.3%), while single FMDV infection was recorded in 5 animals (19.2 %). Single BVDV infection was detected in 5 animals (19. 2 %) and dual infection with FMDV in 1 animal (3.8%). Notably, BTV was not detected in any of the clinical samples. The assessed mPCR was a rapid, accurate, and sensitive test for diagnosing single and mixed infections in cattle and could be used to screen the notifiable diseases affecting cattle.

The average size at the withers of the subjects (n=95) was 152.15±05.07 cm, and the thoracic girth was 166.44±06.43 cm. Compared to the height at the withers, the rump size was slightly lower 151.61±04.79 cm, and the body length was almost identical 152.82±06.30 cm with an average weight of 395.83±40.51 kg that is considered minor. Our sample horses appear pretty thick relative to their size with an average circumference of the anterior and posterior guns of 18.30±01.70 cm and 19.68±0 1.79 cm respectively, and in extent arm lengths 30.90±02.66 cm and forearm 31.77±02.81 cm. The various calculated indices qualify our horses as compact horses, light, square and long. The reading of the dress color of our model presents the dominance of the Alazan at 51.57%, and the shape of the chamfer is mostly Camus at 56.84%, giving it a short head with a broad forehead and concave chamfer. Statistical analysis determined that males were more significant than females and adults compared to young.

Collagen triple helix repeat containing-1 (CTHRC1) is an essential marker for Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA), but its relationship with pro-inflammatory, anti-inflammatory, and inflammatory markers has been scantily covered in extant literature. To evaluate the level of CTHRC1 protein in the sera of 100 RA patients and 25 control and compare levels of tumour necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α), interleukin 10 (IL-10), RA disease activity (DAS28), and inflammatory factors. Higher significant serum levels of CTHRC1 (29.367 ng/ml), TNF-α (63.488 pg/ml), and IL-10 (67.1 pg/ml) were found in patient sera as compared to that in control sera (CTHRC1 = 15.732 ng/ml, TNF-α = 33.788 pg/ml, and IL-10 = 25.122 pg/ml). There was no significant correlation between the level of serum CTHRC1 and DAS28 (r = 0.046, P = 0.650), while there were positive significant correlations between the levels of serum CTHRC1 and CRP (r = 0.372, P = 0.0001), ACPA (r = 0.254, P = 0.01), TNF-α (r = 0.202, P = 0.044), and IL-10 (r = 0.260, P = 0.0001). The level of CTHRC1 (> 25.385 ng/ml) in combination with the levels of CRP and ACPA provided a good indication of RA prediction with sensitivity = 71.0%, specificity = 100.0%, accuracy = 0.71%, positive predictive value (PPV) = 100.0%, and negative predictive value (NPV) = 46.3%. The aim of this paper to study the effect of power on the drilling of soda lima glass (SLG) using under water laser drilling technique. A 1.15 mm thickness SLG sheets were immersed 1mm below the water surface, then irradiated with CW CO2 laser. The laser parameters used were (24, 25 and 26) W power, (5, 7.5 and 10) sec and exposure time and (1, 2and 3) pulses. Were determined using images for samples and study quality of holes using images. These ones of the dimensional of hole and crack length measured by image j program of the samples, it was watched that hole diameter and the length of cracks could be regulated by the power, time and no. of pulses. When power or pulses were increased, the hole diameter increased. The length of cracks decreased with increased no. of pulses and increased when the power increased. The small hole was 0.469mm found at working power (24) W, five seconds and one pulse for hole diameter. While, the minimum crack length was 0.4mm found at three pulse, five sec. and 24 W power. In addition, the parameters were analyzed statistically using design of expert software, Box Behnken design from surface response methodology and the results were significant.

This article came to reveal the relationship between the poetic text and the Quranic text in the poem of the three Umayyad poets and to wipe the dust of obscenity which knighted him and to identify the impact of the holy Quran upon its simple, compound and inspiration system and address the extent of correlation of poetic text and overlap with the Holy Quran.

Fava beans is considered the first leguminous crop in Egypt. the research problem is the decline in the areas planted with Fava beans in Egypt, statistics indicate a decline in the area from about 2715 thousand acres in 2000 to about 175,4 thousand acres in 2019, and the researsh aims to study an economic efficiency of the Faba bean crop in Egypt by studying the current situation of production, consumption and economic indicators and estimating the efficiency of the use of economic resources in the Fava bean production farms in the research sample, the technical, the distribution and the economic efficiency for the resources used in the production of Fava beans in the cases of stability and change of capacity, using the data envelop analysis method. It was found that the average technical efficiency in the case of constant capacity reached about 81%, 92% and 98% for the three categories respectively. With regard to distributive efficiency, it was found that its average for the three tenure categories in case the return to capacity is stable, amounted to about 87%, 42% and 95%. While, it was in the case of a change in return to capacity is about 95%, 95% and 97% as for the economic efficiency, it was found that the average of the three categories in the first case amounted to about 74% 86% and 91% respectively, while in the case of a change in return to capacity amounted to about 96%,94% and 95%. The reclamation of new hands has become one of the most important pillars of the Egyptian agricultural policy. The research aimed to identify the role of new lands production in archieving Egyptian food security. The area of reclaimed lands for encroachments on agricultural lands took a general increasing trend during the study period, with annual rates of increase the amounted tos 0180 %, 20.97%, 97.21% and 38.59% respectively, of the annual average for each it was found that more than 70% of the average total area of reclaimed lanals in Eygpt was concentrated in only five Governorates: Beheira, Matrout, Aswan, Port Said and New Valley. The Feddan productivity of fruit crops and most of the vegetable crops, fodder crops and vafa beans planted in the new lands outperformed their conunster parts in the old lands. The cereak group ranked first in the crop composition in the new lands in Faupt during the period (2017/2018-2019/2020) with an average of 27,9%. This study was undertaken in date palm research center university of Basrah to determine the effect of gibberllic acid after stem sterilization in date palm c.v. Barhee some characteristic of callus and somatic embryos. The results of this study were. 1: it was found that treatment of GA3 at 10 mg/L in embryogenic callus period led to significant increase in the average of fresh weight of embryogenic callus comparison with the other tested concentrations, the fresh weight was 429 and 502 mg after 30, 60 days respectivel after the first culture. 2: it was found that treatment of GA3 at 5 mg/L. to media of somatic embryos led to significant increase in the average of embryos length comparison with the other tested concentration (3,10 cm), and the embryos were very good and disinfected with vitrification While the average of embryos length was 2.15 cm in control treatment.
