This article is about a great work in Islamic jurisprudence namely al-Ashbahwa-al-Nazair by Ibn Nujaym al-Hanafi (970H). It is considered to be one of the most comprehensive and well-organized works in the Hanafi school of law. The book has seven chapters: (1) al-qawaid al-fiqhiyyah, (2) al-fawaid (the benefits), where he mentioned around 500 fawaid, including classifications, conditions and other useful intellectual fiqhi items related to the different chapters and themes of fiqh, (3) al-jamawa-al-farq, In Which he narrated the similarities and differences amongst many fiqhi themes, (4) al-algha'z (the riddles), (5) al-Haiyal (the tricks), which are interesting suggestions, based on deep knowledge of fiqh, which one may need to learn to extricate oneself legally out of trouble, (6) al-furuq, i.e. those issues which are similar, but certain considerations make them different in their legal rulings, (7) Different events and stories of the scholars on fiqhi issues, and a number of intellectual anecdotes. Ibn Nujaym started his book with an index, in which he displayed the contents of the first three chapters in detail, and the contents of the last four chapters in general. After that, he presented an introduction in which he stated that why he wrote his book. He also described the significance of legal maxims. He depended on more than seventy sources in writing his book.

This research paper deals with the theory of deconstruction, as enunciated by French abstruse theorist and philosopher Jacques Derrida. This notable theory is considered to be one of the most significant theories of Postmodernism, a literary and philosophical trend that is famous for its distrust of ideologies and theories whatsoever and stresses the importance of conventions. This literary and philosophical theory challenges our perceived notions regarding text and their meanings by emphasizing the fact that language is nothing but a chain of signifiers. In other words, it means that meanings of a text–worldly or transcendental–are not stable ones; they are unstable and transient. Though this theory has gained much power and prestige in the realm of literature and philosophy; however, this theory has been castigated both by Muslim and Western philosophers and theorists, too. This paper is a humble effort to analyze the views of some well-known and veteran Muslim and Western theorists and philosophers. Sebagai salah satu teori yang penting dalam teori-teori posmodern, kepopulerannya dalam sastra dan filsafat menggoyahkan ideologi dan teori lain serta menekankan pentingnya konvensi umum. Teori sastra dan filsafatnya menantang apa yang sudah kita yakini tentang teks dan makna dengan menekankan fakta bahwa bahasa bukan apa apa selain rangkain pertanda. Dengan kata lain, makna sebuah teks, imanen atau transenden, adalah tidak tetap, mereka labil dan sementara. Walaupun teori ini mendapat posisi kuat dan prestisius dalam sastra dan filsafat, namun disangsikan oleh beberapa pemikir muslim dan barat. Islam is a peaceful religion, that teaches love, honesty, and brotherhood to all humanity. Propagation of Islam by useful means calls Da'wah and it is one of the most favorite strategies of the Holy Prophet (SAW), for the propagation of Islam, He used various methods and won the hearts and minds of people. His Madni life is a golden era of His life, in which He applied new and good strategies, and with a short span of time conquest of Makah made possible and light of Islam was spread all over the World. The current research paper shares valuable knowledge about the Prophetic Madni Da’wah strategies and also highlights the importance of Jihad in day-to-day life with appropriate examples. The current research work is qualitative and descriptive in nature-based upon both primary and secondary sources e.g. Quran Pak, Ahadith-e-Nabvi, Tafaseer, books, and published research papers in various journals. The paper also aims to discuss the need and importance of Prophetic Da’wah strategies in our life. The study mainly focuses on the Da'wah strategies of the Holy Prophet which need to be addressed and should be implemented in the 21st century. Furthermore, the life of the Holy Prophet is a great source of learning, so His Da'wah techniques must be learned and adopted because the preaching of Islam is a duty of all Muslim men and women. This paper provides immense knowledge about Prophetic Madni Da'wah techniques which are fruitful examples for all mankind.

Education in Islam is considered as an important and recommended practice ever since the advent of the Quran that took place in the seventh century. The primary aim of achieving Islamic education is to understand the preaching of Quran and spend one’s life most rightiously. The origin of Islamic Education is linked to madrassas where children pursue teachings of Quran. However, after the 9/11 incident Madrassas in Pakistan have come under scrutiny and several allies especially the U.S.has asked the government to re-form the Islamic education system in madrassas since they have been considered as the platform for producing terrorists and extremists. The Ulema in Pakistan have always played their proactive role in providing teachings of Islam to the children. However most of the madrassas have now been transformed into proper schooling system where religious education is integrated with modern education. In this study, Ulemas’ role has been reviewed and their extensive domain from a common man to dignitaries has been reviewed. The study highlights their constructive role in society.

"Islam lays emphasis on social justice and sharing of resources between the haves and the have-nots. In order to create such a balanced socio-economic environment, the inter-class lending is considered to be a way forward ethical activity. Qard is a gratuitous contract in which one gives a certain homogeneous wealth to other against the condition of returning of similar value of wealth upon demand or after termination of payback period. As per Sharia'h, the Qard should not bring any return or benefit for the lender because that would be equivalent to Ribâ. Therefore the lender cannot charge or demand any extra amount against the extension on the payback period awarded to the poor borrower. Furthermore, Islam considers the difference between debtors who default by procrastination and those who default by necessity. The Holy Qur'an, in principal, recommends having compassion for the poor barrowers and giving them the grace period till they have the capacity to payback. In such scenario the Muslim lenders perceive that the Islam has set unilateral direction in favor of borrowers only. Therefore the lenders feel that they are handicapped or helpless and found themselves in a strangled situation. This study is designed to solve the dilemma of lenders and explore risk mitigation strategies in case of insolvency of borrowers. The verses from the Holy Qur'an & Hadith of the Messenger (PBUH) and also work of prominent Sharia'h Scholars were considered to form a comprehensive guideline to mitigate the lender’s risk. Hence it has been proved that the Islam has given legal rights to the lender and allows some practical recovery strategies & tactics to recover the funds from the underprivileged borrowers. This study will play a key role in risk mitigation for default and late payments."

The history of Islam bears testimony to the fact that the Muslim scholars were not unaware of the emphasis laid down on health and medicine by the Prophet (Peace be upon him). Muslim scientists were aware of the then existing medical knowledge. They grabbed that knowledge, refined its matter, and reshaped its contours. In addition, they added useful information based on their observations and experiments and elucidated the unrevealed mysteries of the medical science. This research paper aims at revealing the generous contribution made by some significant Muslim physicians to the science of medicine.

In the beginning of forteen hundred years span we were the soleowner of reverence , glory , power and control but currently we are debried and under privileged . We don’t have power resources , glory or unity even good habits and characters are missing . In short , every undesired thing is present in us and we are far away from any good Wordsmith list many reasons for this decline , and concerned are trying hard to get Muslim out of this trouble Still the desices has not being diagnose properly and the causes listed a basically symptoms . Unless and untill we focus on the root of the infection , the journey to success will not begin for the same reason attempts have been made to indicate the root cause of the problem in this article . It has been proved in the light of Quran and Sunnah that most important problem of the muslim world is the lake of being an UMMAH . This article liost a 6 point frame work to establish unity in the muslim ummah .
