The article aimed to analyze the various cultural pillars of the Algerian educational system, especially as we are witnessing a wave of media and information revolutions that have caused significant changes in the social order in general and education in particular. This has caused great challenges for our schools and universities. Our approach is based on the Bereday model of comparative education, which is an important key to interpreting the achievements and failures in the educational arena from different aspects, especially the cultural one. Algerian students suffer from a decline in their cultural level; a consumerist culture and a false awareness as a result of the post-colonialism period often influence it. This analysis has led decision-makers to adopt a set of measures using soft power tools that help addressing this problem in the cultural background of education. Based on the above, we recognize the effectiveness of the Bereday model in this educational analysis, characterized by its horizontal approach on the one hand and its input for understanding our educational heritage and its contextual method on the other hand. This research attempted to investigate the semantic effect resulting from the synergy or merging of the lexical and contextual meanings to clarify intents. With the aim of reaching the intent of the analyst, the book Sharh Al-Radhiy ‘alaa Kaafiat Ibn Al-Haajib as a linguistic reading blog was used. The objective of the study was determined by tracing the two lexes (meaning) and (denotation) besides their derivatives in the book in a pursuit to elaborate the different meanings contained in it. To this end, the research was divided into a general introduction and a brief preface that talked about the debatable relationship between lexis and meaning, in addition to two parts where the first section is concerned with meaning and its derivatives (I mean, it means...), and the second which is concerned with denotation and its derivatives (signifier, signification, it signifies). At the end of the study, a number of results were reached at, with the most important being that Al-Radhiy made use of the word (meaning) in different usages, some being lexical and the others being contextual, in which the intents of speech and the aims of the discourse are clearly manifested. These usages carry the following meanings: signification, the lexical meaning, manifestation of terminology, and interpretation. Further, he used the word (denotation) in the book having the sense of (meaning) to some extent, implying (indication) often, and inferring (evidence) rarely. Moreover, the research refuted the use of the ancient Arab grammarians of denotation as being the meaning, and to their view of the former as synonymous to the latter. This is due to the fact that their use of it in the sense of (meaning) on the one hand, and on the other hand in the sense of the denotation causes a lot of ambiguity and vagueness. And perhaps it does not at present conform with the rules of terminology that stipulate the use of a single term to denote a single concept. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Implementation of business today can not only use the approach of textual analysis that is in the Qur’an alone, but must enter into the context of contextual analysis in order to interpret the problem in depth so as to form a behavior, which then becomes a habit, to the ultimate culture, and finally into a solid civilization. Based on this, this paper tries to discuss more deeply related to the contextual analysis of Qur’anic verses in entrepreneurship. The end of this article offers the characteristics of business in Islam, namely intentions based on worship, the foundation of Qur’an, sunnah on the basis of belief (tauḥīd), purpose of the balance of profit world and hereafter (falāḥ), orientation maximization maṣlaḥah, high working ethos, character business performer honest (ṣidq)¸ be responsible, trustworthy, tablīgh, professional (faṭānah). Capital sourced from Ḥalāl property, business scope comply with sharia corridor rules, Free implementation maysir, gharar, ribā, ẓulm, baṭil, zakāt is an obligation, taxes and CSR is an obligation, vertical business relations (creator) and horizontal (gratitude), final destination of the fulfillment of maqāṣid al-syarī’ah (religious, soul, intellectual, descent, and wealth).
