Five probiotic bacterial strains (Lactobacillus plantarumATCC 14917,Lactobacillus caseiDSM 20011, Lactobacillus acidophilus ATCC20552, Lactococcus thermophilus DSM 20259,and Bifidobacterium longum B41409) were used as monoculture, and combined with them as co-cultures for the fermentation of soymilk. The total number is 20 co-cultures, separated similarly into two parts, the first half of each co-culture consisted of two strains, and the second half of each co-culture consists of three strains. The findings revealed that these cultures were capable of fermenting soymilk at only 8 h with a pH drop of between 4.42 and 4.89. Among 25 cultures, eight cultures (3 monoculture of L. plantarumATCC 14917 (C1),Lc. thermophilusDSM 20259 (C4), and B. longum B41409 (C5) and co-cultures of two strains L. plantarum ATCC 14917+ Lc. thermophiles DSM 20259 (C8) and of three strains L. plantarum ATCC 14917 + Lc. thermophilus DSM 20259 + B. longum B41409 (C18), L. plantarum ATCC 14917+ L. caseiDSM 20011+ Lc. thermophilus DSM 20259 (C19), L. caseiDSM 20011+ L. acidophilus ATCC20552+ Lc. thermophilus DSM 20259 (C22), and L. acidophilus ATCC20552+ Lc. thermophilus DSM 20259 + B. longum B41409 (C25)) which recorded the greatest significant viability of bacterial cells, titratable acidity, total organic acids (lactic, acetic, and propionic acids) contented, and pH in fermented soymilk ranged from 9.26 to 9.98 Log CFU/mL, 3.06 to 3.32 %, 19.90 to 18.40 g/L (lactic acid), 13.30 to 12.30 g/L (acetic acid), and 16.35 to15.00 g/L (propionic acid), and 4.38 to 4.62. The soy yogurt produced from the selected fermentation of soymilk was more preferred in the chemical composition of protein, carbohydrate, and fat contents than non-fermented soymilk.So the results show that the integrative use of probiotics may achieve the nutritional value of soymilk after fermentation had been improved by probiotic strains, therefore, making it a more health-beneficial functional food.

Quelle co-construction de sens quand un écran nous sépare des autres apprenants et des enseignants ? C’est la question que nous souhaitons ici discuter en nous appuyant sur deux expériences qui font appel aux TICE en contexte FLE au profit d’apprenants adultes de niveaux variés, qui se sont déroulées respectivement en France et en Arabie saoudite. L’une d’entre elles s’appuie sur un jeu sérieux pensé pour l’apprentissage du français et l’autre sur un forum écrit sur le thème de la présentation de soi. Cette comparaison, basée sur des observations participantes, nous permet de faire le point sur les différentes instances de médiation intervenant dans de tels contextes d’enseignement-apprentissage. Ces deux contextes, sans doute peu communs, sont cependant susceptibles de gagner du terrain depuis la pandémie de Covid-19 qui affecte le monde entier depuis le début de l’année 2020. Nous montrons les différents types et niveaux d’interaction et de médiation qui entrent en jeu dans ce cadre (autrement dit, qui – et ce qui – contribue à construire du sens). Abstract Which co-construction of meaning when a screen separates us from other learners and teachers? This is the question that we wish to discuss here. For this purpose, we draw on two experiences that use ICTE in a FFL context for the benefit of adult learners of various levels, which took place in France and Saudi Arabia respectively. One of them has to do with a serious game designed for learning French and the other with a written forum about self-presentation. This comparison, based on participants’ observations,allows us to take stock of the different mediation bodies intervening in such teaching-learning contexts. The two contexts, undoubtedly uncommon, are however likely to gain ground with the current Covid-19 pandemic, which affects the whole world since the beginning of the year 2020. We present the different types and levels of interaction and mediation which come into play in this context (who and what contributes to meaning making).

Natural sources of water are limited in Egypt. The rapidly growing populations necessitate continuous expansion of the cultivated area. This means an increase of the gap between the demands of water for irrigation and the limited water supply. Looking for other sources such as low quality water like (industrial effluent, drainage and sewage) must be used in irrigation of some garden and wood plants. This investigation was conducted on agricultural drainage wastewater from El Mohete drain (Marioteya Canal) west of Cairo; the samples were collected from different places during (Summer and Winter seasons). The wastewater contaminated with pathogenic microorganisms, the excess of fertilizers (inorganic & organic), heavy metals, and the residuals of pesticides. Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) could remediate the wastewater as biological bioremediation to remove some pollutants such as pathogenic microorganisms, heavy metals and pesticides. Chemical remediation was used as nitrification inhibitor to stop transformation of ammonia to nitrate. This work was conducted to study the ability of PGPR strains e.g. Bacillus megaterium, Bacillus subtillis, Bacillus circulans, Paenibacillus polymyxa, Pseudomonas floresense, Serratia sp. and Azotobacter chroococcum 5, 9 and 23 to treat the drainage water for irrigation the Mentha viridis cv. and Gladiolas grandiflorus cv. plants. Two pot experiments were conducted in greenhouse. The treatments were applied as follows; Natural water, treated water and drainage water to irrigate the plant. Use the PGPR as inoculants and thiourea as nitrification inhibitor, Heavy metal treated was (Copper, Cobalt, Zinc, Cadmium and Mercury) the result showed us heavy metals removal by PGPR from drainage water. The characterizations of PGPRs as shown in the obtained results are they could enhance plant growth by using their own metabolism (solublizing phosphate, producing hormones or fixing nitrogen) as well as correlation of them with the potenit of effects on the growth of plants in unfavorable conditions in order to improve the efficiency of phytoremdiation of contarinated soils. The removal of heavy metals and the elimination of pesticides residues were markedly noticed in this investigation. Results also confirmed the ability of PGPRs in suppressing the effect of pathogenic bacteria like Salmonellasp and E.coli. These abilities are of great importance in terms of plant and soil health. Consequently, the role of PGPRs bacteria associated with plant rhizosphere in remediation of water and soil contaminations due to its biochemical activity and thus, stimulate plant growth is a great important subject in phytoremediation process nowadays.

The study aimed to reveal the degree to which Islamic education teachers have the skills of the 21st century at the primary level in Mecca from the point of view of educational supervisors and school leaders. The descriptive survey method was used. The study tool was a questionnaire consisting of (50) phrases spread over seven basic fields. The study sample consisted of (35) leaders and supervisors from Islamic education supervisors in Makkah. One of the most critical results reached was the degree to which Islamic education teachers have 21st-century skills at the primary level in Mecca city from the supervisors' point of view. Female educators and school leaders in the questionnaire scored (high) with an arithmetic average of (3.925). The skill of educational technology management ranked first with an arithmetic average of (3.983) followed by the skill of managing the abilities of female students with an arithmetic average of (3.975), followed by the management of the art of the education process with an arithmetic average (3.960) followed by the development of higher thinking skills with an arithmetic average (3.926) followed by the management of the evaluation system with an arithmetic average (3.920). The results showed statistically significant differences in the degree of acquisition of education teacher's Islamic skills for the 21st century at the primary level at the level of significance (a<0,05), according to the variable (educational qualification) and the absence of statistically significant differences in the degree to which Islamic education teachers have 21st-century skills at the primary level of significance (a<0,05), according to the variable (experience). One of the most important recommendations is to hold continuous training courses and workshops for Islamic education teachers to help them acquire 21st-century skills. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In 1951, and based on a decision made by the second session of the conference of the Arab chambers in Beirut at the 16 th of December 1951, the General Union of the chambers of commerce، industry and agriculture of the Arab States was founded It was the first Arab economic enterprise that works on the non governmental level.The aims behind the foundation were to support development، and achieve the economic integration through trying to coordinate the political، social and economic development. From the beginning, the union tried to support cooperation and achieve the economic integration among the Arab States. It had mange activities and meetings and studies concerning the community of business men, and the Arab economic thought. The Union could achieve mange things in different fields, some of these a achievements had political and cultural effects.

This research aims mainly at investigating the relationship between some family variables and the academic achievement of the Saudi female university student. The family variables included the socio-economic status of the family, family life-style and the types of interactions within the family. The present study views the relationship between family variables and academic achievement from a different perspective. for it assumes the presence of some intermediate variables that give functional value to the independent variables investigated in the study. Also, the present study is important in view of the fact that it can be utilized in educational planning for Saudi females. The study group consisted of 500 female students enrolled in the second and third levels in the University Center for Female Students. A questionnaire was designed and implemented to answer the research questions posed in the study. The study concludes that there are some intermediate variables that are responsible for the translation of the effect of the independent family variables into final positive or negative factors in academic achievement.

This study was conducted in the belief in the necessity for Syrian banks to acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively governance and manage information technology, to reduce the risks associated with it and monitor it in accordance with the latest international standards, by assessing the efficiency of the technical structures and their compatibility with the requirements of the COBIT5 framework and the difficulties that prevent this. The study concluded that the degree of implementation of IT governance reached 1.43 within an evaluation (1 applied), which means that the procedure is partially present, but it does not necessarily effectively achieve the desired goal, and there are insufficient controls. As for the degree of implementation of IT management, it reached 3.23 within an assessment (3 identified), which means that the related procedures are applied according to acceptable processes, methodologies and controls, but there are no performance indicators to ensure compliance with them. The study concluded with a set of solutions and proposals, the most prominent of which is the need to strengthen the role of information technology governance in all Syrian banks (government and private) by adopting the application of the COBIT5 framework. In the X-ray dispersing unit (EDX, XRD diffraction), the plates were made up of calcite CaCO3, Ankerite Ca (Fe2,Mg,Mn2)(CO3)2, hematite Fe2O3 and a percentage of quartz SiO2, and they contained salts such as halite NaCl, Caminite Mg7(SO4)5(OH)4.H2O and Blodite Na2Mg(SO4)2 (H2O)4

This study aims to investigate the relation between life skills acquired through swimming context and students’ academic achievement. The population of this study were students who attended one of the three levels of the swimming courses in the School of Physical Education /University of Jordan (n= 259). The study sample consisted of 211 students distributed into basic, intermediate, and advanced swimming courses (N=109, 73, 29, respectively). “Life skills through swimming context scale” was used to collect the life skills required data, in addition to the students’ academic achievement throughout the different swimming courses. Percentages, means and standard deviation were used to describe the collected data. Results of the study show that the sample of the study had acquired life skills through swimming context on a high-level scale. Taking responsibility was the most important life skill learned through the swimming context (88%), followed by communication and self-confidence/ self-esteem (86%), teamwork (85%) and finally problem-solving (80%). Furthermore, significant differences occurred in students’ academic achievement according to the swimming course level in favor of the advanced level students. We found a significant relation between acquired life skills and the students’ academic achievement of all group sample. In conclusion, students’ academic achievement level positively reflected the life skills they acquired through the swimming context. Life skills can play an important role in the promotion of mental well-being as well as academic achievement. Therefore, it is important to design comprehensive life skill-based study plans in different sport fields to enhance students’ life skills through sports.
