The heat transfer area of the heater tubes is a significant factor that deeply affects net output power and thermal efficiency in Stirling engines. It is greatly affected by the input heat transfer rate, heater tube geometries, and heat transfer removal rate. The alpha Stirling engine heater is our concern in this study. An ordinary circular and straight elliptical section heater tubes having different twisting ratios with a rectangular section-connecting duct are used to study the different heater tube configurations and twisting effect on the heat transfer characteristics and working fluid motion inside the engine. Three twisting ratios of two, three, and four with each section of the heater tube are used in this study. The 3D simulation model using the SST K-ω model using ANSYS FLUENT-16 is used for simulating airflow through the hot cylinder, heater tubes, regenerator, cooler, and cold cylinder of the Stirling engine, during a complete engine cycle. The results showed that increasing the twisting value increases the net output power and the thermal efficiency. The maximum net power output occurs at the elliptical section heater tube with a two-twist ratio with a value of 1249.26 W by an increase of 86.90 W with respect to the ordinary circular heater. In addition, the maximum thermal efficiency occurs at the elliptical section heater tube with a two-twist ratio with a value of 29.55% by an increase of 1.07% with respect to the ordinary circular heater.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى قراءة بنية السؤال في شعر البردوني، وذلك لأن السؤال يشكّل ظاهرة رئيسة تتمظهر في صيغ وتشكلات موضوعية وفنية يتضمنها الشعر، الذي يشكل في حد ذاته سؤالاً كبيراً يبحث في تفسير العالم، والوقوف على أسرار الحياة والوطن والتاريخ والكون بكل تفاصيله. خلص البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: إن السؤال في شعر البردوني ظاهرة موضوعية يتم عبرها تأليف الوطن وتشكيله شعرياً، وتعرية الواقع بهدف اصلاحه وتنقيته من الذبول، واستعادة التاريخ للاستفادة منه وتقييم الحياة والذات حتى صار معادلاً موضوعيا لهما طموحاً وانكساراً. كما السؤال في شعر البردوني يمثل تحولاً فنياً ناضجاً، حيث استطاع من خلاله أن ينقل القصيدة من صوتها الذاتي الغنائي إلى أصوات متعددة وأبعاد أكثر موضوعية.

This study aimed at identifying evaluating the external participation of the Palestinian federations from coaches' point of views in Gaza governorate. The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The sample of the study consisted of (100) coaches and they were randomly selected from the origin population with percent (33.7%). To achieve the purpose of this study' the researcher used a questionnaire consisted of (35) items distributed to four domains: (planning, administration, organizing, implementation, and logistics). The results of the study showed that the total degree reached for the evaluating estimation of the external participation of Palestinian federations was low with percent weight(59.30%). Also, the planning domain came with middle rank with percent weight(67.2%), then the organization and administration with a middle percent weight (62.12%), then the logistic domain came with low degree with percent weight (57.46%) and finally, the implementation domain came with a low percent ( 48.78%). Furthermore, the result showed that there were no statistically significant differences due to federation, years of experience, qualification. The researcher recommended top reactivate the sport federation in reinforcing the external participation according to bases and standards, and saving the logistic administrative which encourage the sport federation on external participation. This study aimed at identifying the obstacles which face the civilian community outreach through reinforcing the culture of human rights from principals perspectives in Gaza governorates, The researcher used the descriptive method to investigate the purposes of this study. The sample of this study, chosen randomly, consisted of (100) male and female principals with percentage weight (11.4) from the origin population. To achieve this, the researcher used a questionnaire consisted of (30) items distributed into three domains (cultural, social and political). The result of the study showed that the total degree of obstacles reached (72.92), and the political got the highest rank with percentage weight (79.22) then, the social obstacles reached a high rank with percentage weight (71.9) and finally, the cultural obstacles came with a medium degree with (67.64), in addition, the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences due to gender, years of experience and qualification. The researcher suggested some recommendations as: the necessity of saving the administrative, technical and material abilities which reinforce the civilian community outreach institution to spread the culture of human rights. Also, the researcher recommended the civilian community outreach institution to be far away from the conflict and to coordinate among them to achieve common goals, and to give them wide chances to express about their opinions through different mass media. This study uses an econometric approach to estimate long and short run European import demand elasticities with respect to crude oil prices, taxes, and exchange rates, for the purpose of examining three issues. First is the appropriateness of oil pricing policies as a means to minimize trade balance fluctuations between OPEC members and their European trading partners. Second is the effect of Us dollar fluctuations on OPEC revenues. Thrid, is the question of whether OPEC members should continue to post oil prices in US dollars, or use another currency. Statistical evidence suggests that oil pricing policy is ineffective, and that the interest of OPEC members would be better served by exchange rate policy.
